Not the way anyone wants to end a busy Friday. My truck quit on me while on my way home during rush hour traffic. I called several companies and no luck till my wife sent me V1’s number. I was not able to be home when the driver came for my car. My driver was incredibly professional. He alerted me 30 minutes prior to arrival, and again after my car was on his rig. He sent me a picture of my car at the service station, and also sent me the contact information of the service technician. I’ve had experience with quite a few towing services, but none have been as organized and professional as my experience with V1. I was given an ETA and they actually showed up at that time. Within 5 minutes of their arrival my car was inspected for damage and on the bed of the truck. Mike briefed me on where it was going and even texted me a picture of the car once he dropped it off. Pleasantly surprised for sure. Service like this is not common, so it makes quite an impression.
