Travis hooked up my car and was very safe.I was hesitant since the car is so low and I didnt have a key for the car. He jacked the car up before he backed up the tow truck. I would 100% recommend this towing company to friends and family.

This business do not play their workers on time .this business fires working in training.this business has the most rude and out manner .The super visor for bsp Benito has cursing the client out when they hang up the line .

Elijah came and picked me up when I was stressed and angry on the side of the road! That guy knows his way around cars and he was kind and friendly as well. Guys it was like 150 degrees and I’m already angry bc my car is broken down on the side of the road then skrrrt here comes Elijah! He brought me home fast and easy. Thank you guys so much!

It took me an hour to get a hold of AAA they told me that our tow truck would arrive at 5:50 it is now an hour later I’ve been on hold with AAA for 45 min and no tow truck. I can’t believe I’m paying for this service!! so frustrating!! The tow truck still has not arrived and it’s 10:00 pm

When I called AAA for a tow they dispatched United Towing. Rodney, the truck operator was personable, professional and informative. I would never hesitate to recommend him and United to anyone. It’s difficult in our current world to find kind, professionals who deliver such great customer service.

I called AAA because I got a nail in my tire and went completely flat. They took my information and told me that I would have an arrival by 8:08pm. Her it is 9:50pm and they’re still not here. Been on hold with AAA for 40 minutes just to take another 10 minutes to reach out to the provider. They told me it’ll be another estimated 60 minutes. It’s dark outside and no one even reached out to update me about being behind. I just canceled the tow because this is unbelievable!!!!

I am so glad this service is affiliated with AAA. I always get the friendliest, most professional drivers. Today, my daughter had a flat and no spare. The arrival time was estimated at 1 hr, 10 min. He arrived within 10 minutes, hooked the truck up and towed it to a tire shop. I followed to observe because of past experiences with tow trucks. He was so cautious and careful. When he approached the speed bumps, he slowed down and took extra caution crossing over. Also, the dispatcher was very caring. She made sure she dispatched the closest driver for us.
