Ive been with Diversified Tax Services for quite some time, and will never go any where else. Kitty takes more than enough time with each of her clients until everything is completed. Cass was a very professional and caring friend she was AWESOME at her job she is truly missed.

I am a delivery driver for a company. The receptionist Mrs Simmons was possibly the most rudest and unprofessional individual, Ive encountered in 10 years of Customer Service. Quite honestly its amazing with a front desk associate like that, that they have any business at all.

I have never left a review on google.Let me just say ive been to other tax offices in Houston, but this is by far the worst. I dropped my taxes off here and they authorized my returns without ever contacting me back. Please for your sake, dont waste your day at this office; and take the time to drive to another tax office. Wish I would of read reviews first
