Very feiendly staff. I am not an expert so they took the time to explain everything in laymans terms. Took me in the ware to show the machine and other options. Not crowded at all. The only thing that was weird, on their door they had a sign that read no mask - no entry and none of the employees were wearing masks. Go figure..

Went in to get a stuck blade removed from a Dremel and not only did they get it done but didnt even want to charge for it. I know where I am going for future tools purchases/service. Great service and looks like better stocked than any big box store.

Its great to do business with people who know what theyre doing and know their products.

Really below one star. I asked for the price of a tool and was met with a please wait. I waited only to see the guy whom was to be helping me help someone else. I wave to be ignored again. Only to see that I and two Spanish fellows where told to step aside. So that they could help people whom had just walked in. I is sad that race still plays into being help at this day and age. I was infuriated and saddened. To see this happen. When I came to spend more money that the people I saw checking out. SmhI will never in my life come here again and if you know me I hope you do so.

This is the best place Ive found for quality tools in Houston. No junk tools here, and very good prices. They had BelAire compressors right in the shop. Polite, respectful and knowledgeable people. Easy in-and-out, no ridiculous lines. Carlos was super helpful, and there was a young Asian lady who was also very helpful with picking up my online order. Ill do my best to never go to Lowes again, this shop is just around the corner on Ella Blvd. I stopped in just the other day to look around - super impressed. Just got a Rikon bandsaw at a great price. When I picked it up there was no question about would you like help putting it in the car? They just did it. Stores that just automatically take care of customers without asking permission are rad.

Well, about a year ago i called and a gentleman attended to me and was so surprice of the kind of service I received, I do not recall his name,🙈 but i was actually waiting for the next time I need to go back!! Well i need a piston for my nail gun, i call, a lady answer ask me for part number, did not have it she said then hold on, i did!!! Dang she left me holding for over 20 minutes!!😠 i waited because i was driving to work anyways, she came back and said do you wanto continue holding?... (Really?? ) I dont have any counter person thay can help( she said)you if you dont have a part number!! Ok, i said no, not if its going to take this long, and i ask do I ask for a sales person next time, ? She said no it does not matter I dont have much help.!!!I undertand and see the situation, but same way she answer she could had came back in 2 minutes or so to check and say same thing!!Make me wait and the way she was communicating,( rough) completely change my mind about this nice place, sadly, i choose to order on line some were else, its so sad how some people does a proffesional work that make you wish to go back and continue to do business and then someone that does not respect their jobs, can change your mind about the place, more than sure if she does same thing to other customers, many may also change their minds.I also see, doing this review that only the good reviews are answer or taken serius pehaps by the owner? And are answer? Any of the low stars are ignore, well dear Sir/ madam, this is very important when running busines, I would definitely pay more mind to the low star reviews than the ones with 5Those Could easily be fake or made up, the low stars are real customers like my self with real complains on the service, what is more sad and important to me is about the nice gentleman that did an extraordinary job! And now I been force to write this because a lady with personal issues !!!!!! Stay home and dont ruin it for peopke that do a god job lady!!!.

And if it is around lunch time, know that it will be busy.Plenty of stock, reasonable prices, and family owned. That isnt something you find much of anymore, and Im glad to do business with them.

This is a “class act” organization. I ordered a couple of inexpensive parts which were discontinued by the manufacturer. Circle Saw was out of stock but instead of stopping there, they researched the parts and found another supplier who had them in stock. Circle Saw obtained the parts and shipped them to me. They probably made a couple of bucks on the sale but lost 10 times that in time and effort.Circle Saw is the best! Give them your business — they couldn’t be more reputable!!

I needed to get several cobalt drill bits sharpened in a hurry for a job that was at a stand-still waiting for these bits. When I explained my circumstances, they had my bits sharpened within the hour. The bits are cutting well. I’m very happy with the service and would recommend them to everyone. I can’t wait to go back and pick up some new equipment when I have more time. They’ve got everything you can think of. If they don’t have it, you probably don’t need it.

Bill was helpful to answer my question over the phone before I placed my order through their website. I was able to get a bushing for my table saw for a very good price and the quality was better than what I can find here locally. Shipping was quick and inexpensive. WOW! Not only did they have a rare drill bit in stock that we needed, but when we called Friday afternoon to discuss the shipping details and availability of the bit they confirmed their quantity and made sure to go pull the item immediately so that it could go out in that days fed ex. I received it the next day. Very professional and great customer service. We will be looking to them first for our future carpentry needs.

Dec. 2015 I was desperate to find an Alaskan Saw Mill modell 777 for our son.....I found these guys on the internet. The gal was so great on the phone, she thought they had one left, ran back to make sure and packaged it and shipped it that day for me!!! Its taken a month and a half to get a drill that was brought in for service back. Now they have no ideas when the batteries will be in.Judging by the correspondence with Ridgid they didnt even start the claim for the first 4 weeks.The initial estimate was 2 weeks.They carry nice equipment but after the sale support / communication is very poor.

Got my stuff fast and easy, now my pole saw is ready for action!

Circle Saw stocks trade-grade tools, not the cheaper product lines of the same brands that are sold at Lowes, Sears, etc. The best tools Ive ever purchased came from Circle Saw. And the staff can actually answer questions and provide info to assist buyers in making purchases. You wont get service like this elsewhere.

Its a Good Ol Boy network over there, always chatting up about drinkin beer and killin deer, and you DO NOT want to look in the warehouse, I worked there for a year and a half, got harrassed every time I cleaned a bench or changed parking spots. The founder, Mr. Miles, at the time 93 years old, was allowed to cut wood in the back completely without supervision in 2010, cut his hand, nearly bled to death, and nobody knew about it. How he lived with that loss of blood Ill never know. The response of management? OH WELL. I had to report them to OSHA before I quit. Dont work there!

This the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have for four weeks trying to get my scroll saw fixed but they have been unable to get the parts that are needed (two brushes) from their parts supplier. I do not believe there is anyone actively following through to get the parts in. All of the follow up has been initiated by me only to hear that the parts are still not available for my machine. Very disappointed in there follow through.
