Excellent pool cleaning service. Very thorough and follows a checklist that is e-mailed to you along with a picture of the pool after its been cleaned. Our pool always looks amazing after they are done. Matt (the owner) is very responsive and if there are any changes to the schedule, he will call you to make sure the new time works.

These guys are great. They come weekly and always take care of my pool. Once they have done their job I get a report almost immediately of what has been done and a picture of my pool as they have left it.The reports are great because other pool services do not always offer this and you never have any idea what has been done. Plus with my reports I know if it is safe to jump in my pool after Falcon has left.Keep up the great job!

We hired Falcon Pool services two weeks ago when our pool was leaking air. Our pool went from the first picture that I thought was bad, to the next picture of a green swamp in 4 days. The pool cleaner came and left on our very first service without putting any chemicals into the pool, and never touched the problem with the pumps. We were promised service that we never received and are still waiting after two weeks for a simple O-ring replacement to perhaps fix the pump problem. We have called several times a day to get someone to come out. I would never recommend this service to anyone!

I switched services recently when the owners of the pool company I used for many years closed their company to retire. So far have been very happy with the services provided by Falcon. When service was complete they provided a nice photo of the pool and a thorough list of services performed, chemical readings and chemicals added. They are prompt, professional, courteous and responsive. Great communication and customer service!

He does a great job keeping my pool clean. He is very thorough and has even been vacuuming my pool which was rarely done before Falcon Pools took over.

We were actually using another pool cleaning company and Falcon took over our account due to some type of merger. Ever since, we have been pleasantly surprised. They do GREAT work - they’re on time, and if there is an unforeseen issue, they notify you if someone will not be there. They also send follow up pictures when done, so even if we’re at work, we can see the results. We have never once been disappointed after their scheduled maintenance. I have been using Falcon Pool Services since May of 2020 and I am extremely happy with the service they provide. They communication very well and their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very reliable. Falcon Pools has recently taken over from Seabreeze. They provide excellent service and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have expressed. Weekly emails showing the services they have provided along with pictures of the pool validate the work they have. One last note very important to my wife and I - they are the only service we have ever had that diligently closes our gate when finished. Since we have dogs that have gotten out with other services, we naturally worry. With Falcon Pools we have not had any problems.

Falcon Pool Services did a great job cleaning my pool. The young man worked hard, brushing the pool, vacuuming and netting the leaves. Also, tested the water and added needed chemicals. A few minutes after he left I received an email with a picture of my clean pool and also a list of all the things done.

Falcon Pools is the best pool service I’ve used. They do what’s best for the customer at a reasonable price.

We had 3 companies try to turn our water from green to blue. It would start to turn for a couple days and then revert back to green. Falcon showed up and did a free evaluation of all our equipment and found an issue with the pump that the other companies had overlooked. They turned the water blue and it has looked perfect since!
