They offer an amazing service for a fair price it was almost half off compared to Terminix I would recommend this place I had a chance to speak with the owner and he seems honest and not out for a quick buck like other quotes I got they use the highest quality products

I would not recommend End O Pest to anyone expecting timely service or reasonable pricing.We scheduled a weekend appointment and were given a window of time in which End O Pest was supposed to arrive. Their technician never showed. When we called the office, they advised us that they had not sent somebody because of wet weather hours earlier in the day, fair enough. Though it would have been nice to be notified so we didnt spend our Saturday waiting around for nothing.We rescheduled for the following week, even though it meant my wife had to take time off from work to be on site to let the techs into the house. The appointment window came and went and again nobody arrived. When we called the office, they pulled out every excuse in the book not to come: weather (its partly cloudy), no available technicians, scheduling date mix up, on-and-on. Finally, they agreed to meet their commitment and send somebody out. When the technician arrived, they told us that because of the late start (2 PM) only part of the two-hour job could be done that day, but it would be at the cost of a complete job. If we wanted the rest done we could schedule that as a follow-up at additional expense.We declined that fine offer and are now scheduled with a different company. Asking around the neighborhood for alternative pest control vendors we learned that a handful of our neighbors have purchased annual treatment contracts with End O Pest that have not been fulfilled. My sense, based on the evasive nature of their office and feedback from our neighbors, is that they have larger commercial contracts so residential customers are only serviced when convenient.Im just glad this didnt cost us more than time.

I reside on the NW side of Houston and apparently my neighborhood or the county has contracted with End O Pest to conduct mosquito spraying. On 7/11/19, we were walking our dog when one of their trucks came speeding down the street with no regard to pedestrians on the street. The driver passed by multiple times never slowing down and driving erratically, to include not stopping for any of the stop signs.I wrote down the license plate number of the truck and planned to call the company to inform them how their employees are operating, but after reading the reviews I decided it probably wasn’t worth my time. I would never do business with such a blatant disregard and disrespect for the people they are allegedly serving - it speaks volumes of who they are and how they operate all around.

I am a business and residential owner who was looking for a company that offered fumigation services.Yesterday, I spoke to the owner of End O Pest who indicated that she will have her representative out on site around 8-9am to check the sq footage/site map and build an estimate for our company.Their company representative failed to show up so I gave the owner a call. She informed me that her representatives are out in Surfside so they will not be able to show up to my commercial site. I informed her that we had an appointment and I set aside my allotted schedule so I can meet the reps and help provide any information necessary to build an estimate and work out the logistics. The owner responded that she never set up the appointment and that the reps are busy working on bigger commercial/residential commodities as she called it.I explained to her that I dont feel comfortable as a customer being treated this way regardless of how much monetary value I bring to her company.The owner cut me off abruptly and said that she is too busy dealing with bigger commodities whatever that meant and that I should look elsewhere to handle my account.I usually do not write bad reviews but I felt so frustrated and dumbfounded by the service provided by End O Pest, I am compelled to write this review for those of you who are looking for a good customer service and professionalism.I would never work with End O Pest, because their level of customer service shown by the owner lets me know that they will not take ownership of the services they provide.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

This company is not serious and does not comply what their seller’s promises. In my case I was promised to do an additional Inspeccion and chemical re-injection in the case termites come back for one year period. When I called them for re-inspection they put all sorts of obstacles and excuses until finally after visiting them in person I got an appointment for the next day. One hour later the appointment was canceled because I had not paid the service agreement and it was due the day before the appointment.I do not recommend this company at all as they do not comply with their commitments it is lacking professional ethics

They did a great job for a reasonable price. I would recommend end o pest for fumigation.

These guys are careful and thorough. They tented my house for drywoods, and were cheaper than anybody else & did a great job!

Honest & friendly - recommended affordable DIY product

As a landlord, they have the industrial type products I need to handle German cockroaches, termites, and ants. It actually works out cheaper to buy their chemicals than to use Home Depot type consumer products.
