Technician Terrance Johnson was awesome! I had a re-service today 9-11 and was ready to give the technician who came out a piece of my mind. When Terrance arrived he was so PROFESSIONAL, listened to my concerns and addressed everything.I was ready to leave the company and this experience has changed my mind. Hey management you may want to consider promoting Terrance and allow him to train your other techs in the art of customer service and a great work ethic.I will be requesting that Terrance be the only one to service our home.

Had a great experience while using their services. Great communication and notifications of upcoming service dates and times, as well as what service(s) was performed. One of the Managers, Walter, I specifically have to brag on because he was so courteous to me during our last conversation and helped me accomplish the reason I called. Great team and customer service!

We have been with Hawx for awhile now and they always deliver great service to our home. Today was another one of those days. Robert Dean did an excellent job.

Joel treated my property for mosquitoes and took several quality pictures showing what he did and made a collage of the pictures. I appreciate the proof of the work being done. This company has good communication.

Having called Hawx Pest Control was by far the best decision I made. Their knowledge and patience to answer every question made me feel that called the right company. Ronnie Friedrichs what a great technician, he took the time to answer every question I had, he didnt rush to get me to leave him alone, he stayed there until I had no more questions. Before leaving he made recommendations for me to ensure I would keep my house bug and pest free.

This company was sending young men out door to door. We were new to the area and wanted to support this mans hard work selling :) Unfortunately he works for a terrible company. Our second service I was home and saw the person pull up, assumed he would just start on the outside of the house (we paid for inside and out). He soon drove away and wrote a message saying a dog was outside and so he couldn’t do it. No knock on the door, no phone call while he was there to ask to put the dog (an extremely friendly Aussie) inside. We tried twice to schedule them to come back and they just never came back that month though we still got charged for it. My husband was super upset at how unprofessional this all was so called to cancel the services. The following month they showed and my husband explained that he had cancelled and did not want the service. The person left and we got charged AGAIN. My husband spent a ton of time on the phone and they basically told him he couldn’t cancel due to contract and would have to pay for all of it anyway. Infuriated by such terrible customer service AND actual service to our home. We ended up paying over $500 for only getting our house sprayed one time. Wild. Not sure how they have so many good reviews. I never write these but on principle for such an AWFUL experience, I felt the need.

Terrance is the best! He was very professional and thorough in everything that he did unlike other technicians. I was very disappointed with the previous techs and the service that I received. Terrance came along and made me a happy client. Prior to him I was very close to canceling my contract. Now, I will remain a client as long as he is my technician. Today was my first time using the Hawx Pest Control. So far, so good, with customer service and I am satisfied. Our tech guy, Mr Ronnie, was very punctual, knowledgeable, and patient. I signed up for 12 months and I get treated with animal and human safe chemicals every 2 months for a wonderful price that fits my budget. My favorite part is they will come back for free if I feel they need to come back and do the service again. Like I said, today was impressive. I hope they will stay that way because the last company started to disappoint me a lot because they were not communicating. Communication is always key no matter what you do in my opinion. I pray this new company will keep their word and stay consistent.

The tech Kaleb was excellent very Polite. Didn’t not have to tell him where to spray he done the entire house. He didn’t come in acting like as if he was scared to do his job he done his job very well. The was the first tech that has done a great job. He changed my mine because I was ready cancel service until Kaleb. Kaleb could train the others techs.

The Hawx team has been protecting my property and family for over a year on a consistent schedule. After moving in during the Spring of 2020 the insect problem in my yard was so out of control we could not even enjoy our pool or deck. I followed Hawx recommended advice and committed to their sustained monthly blitzkrieg tactics designed to systematically destroy the insects will to fight a long campaign. The deployment of Hawx seasonal carpet bombing missions aimed at the insects Air Forces (sometimes referred to as mosquitos) proved to be the insects Waterloo, returning unchallenged air superiority to my family while forcing their ground forces back underground. Basically this summer we enjoyed the pool and deck daily with minimal reports of insurgency.Although the power has shifted back to our side for now, we still occupy a very unpredictable, unstable and hostile region. A departure from our current posture would create an immediate power vacuum and usher in the return of insect training camps within a couple months. For this reason, our official policy is to maintain our current agreement with Hawx for the foreseeable future, both for security and to honor all those who have been stung, bitten or had a perfectly good beer ruined.So thank you Al for continuing the fight during your sortie to my property today, or yesterday (I’m in a very different time zone than home). Keep up the stellar communication and top notch service, we all are very appreciative.

While my technician Kaleb Bellows was great! I’m not glad to be with Hawx because there has been a lack of consistency. Every month I’ve had to call/ text to get a service scheduled. It’s not automatic. One time, the technician serviced the wrong address (a home under construction with dirt all around it), when I called to get the service done at my house, the technician didn’t notify me or ring the doorbell and did a lackluster job (I saw him from our security cameras). He didn’t go around the house, barely sprayed a small section and just took pictures as if he serviced. I needed to tell him about the wasps nest near my garage but wasn’t able to since he never notified me he was at the property. It was terrifying seeing a random man around my home without identification. I finally got a decent technician that communicated and was told my service would be automatically scheduled on a monthly basis. It’s been 10 days over and no communication about an upcoming service. I have to always call and get it scheduled. It’s highly inconvenient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HAWX

Ronnie was very patient explaining to us services that we asked about before that were not answered by a previous technician. He explained not only what the service he was providing that day but also what they would do on another service we had inquired about. They came by my house today and the guy who I met told me a deal they’re having in the neighborhood. We talked it was an amazing price for a 12 month contract. Crystal did an OUTSTANDING job today! She came to my house today to help me with a flea infestation I was having. They were on my dog, throughout my house, and even ON ME! She came and used a treatment to get rid of all the fleas and she was very thorough. Her attention to detail was AMAZING! She even asked if she could move my dogs food container before spraying anything near it to protect my dog. I told her where I found several fleas and she made sure to get those spots along with the rest of my house. She was professional and very polite. She listened to the concerns I had and answered all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond today. This is how customer service is supposed to be. We appreciate that the company was able to send him out in a timely manner as well. We signed up for a Quarterly Service. It was reasonably priced. I would recommend giving them a shot and asking for Zach.

We had our initial service tonight and are very pleased! Peter Camp came out on a Saturday evening to make sure we were taken care of. He was very thorough with his explanation of their services (I had lots of questions 🤷‍♀️) and was a pleasure to work with! The exterminator Robert Dean (Bobby D) did an awesome job! He went above and beyond he’d even took the time out to explain to us the difference between the nests a wasp and mud dauber was also looked it up to show me before I did too.

Horrible experience with this company.Scheduled an appointment to meet with a technician because of lots of indoor house flies, spiders, misc. creatures.Had an appointment window from 5-7 so took off work early to meet them and discuss my concerns and questions since Id never owned a house or had to use pest control services before. Had concerns regarding the specific types of products being sprayed indoors and outdoors because of my pets.5-no technician; 6-no technician; 7-no technicianCalled in around 7:15 and was told the technician had already came to service my house??? There was no notice or evidence of any services being completed. The technician never called to ask if they could show outside of their window.HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company because Hawx did not provide the agreed upon services but still wants to charge me.Do NOT recommend them. Go with Orkin.

I had to call several times to get them to come out same day. They caused an Ant problem and were not taking care of it. They rescheduled me without updating me. I’m only giving them a 4 star because the technician, Robert Dean, was great. As a company they need help taking care of the customer. I would give the company 1 star but this review affects Robert and it’s not his fault.

We were told by the salesman the yard would have granules put out in the entire yard. Josh used a small hand spreader and threw the granules out by hand and when it was empty that was it. Did not come close to getting the perimeter with ant granules. He was also in a hurry to get home since it was getting dark when he said he was finished. I will be cancelling if this is as good as it gets.

Xzaver was my exterminator today and he did awesome. Called me to let me know what time he was going to be there and then again right before arrival to allow me time to put the dogs away. Today I had the initial Service provided by Hawx. My technician, by the name of Kaleb, was very thorough and hardworking. Every few minutes he went hustling by with a different tool, intent on a new task. He was also very polite and friendly. This is the kid of guy one doesnt mind having in and around your home. Good job by the person doing the hiring at Hawx.

I called Hawk Pest Control Thursday for a wasp problem. They explained what was going on and why and what procedures they would take for the whole year. Al showed up the next day!!! I wasnt home but he stayed in communication with me with every step and explained everything he needed to do and what to expect. I am VERY satisfied with how everything was handled!

Todays was great. William, todays tech., was amazing about listenand responding to my concern of the weather and the increase of ants. He explained well the product he used to prevent weather from washing the product away and how it will help get rid of the ant problem. Amazing thank you
