Weve been using Aptive for over a year now and like the simple quarterly frequency. Weve had ant problems in the past and have been satisfied with their response times to come back to knock out the issue. They will also continue to come out until we are satisfied. Great customer service.

I met an exceptional young man named Cesar today. He excelled at explaining exactly what he was going to do during his pest control visit at my home. He was very courteous and thoughtful when he inquired if I had any questions or issues. He took care of the services I was expecting as well as exceeding those expectations in a very positive and professional manner. I for one, greatly appreciate the effort he puts into the quality of his work. Everyone should.

I really like this company, they have always came out as scheduled, alerting me 30 ish min before hand. Everyone I have interacted with has been professional and nice. Even when there was a money issue it was handled quickly. Today Kevin came out, be was great. He did a walk through with me discussing my problem areas and helping me move the spiders living in my backyard from the pathways to the trees. He also left the webs and the nest I pointed out alone like I had requested. He answered all of my questions and was very personable. He sprayed every spot I asked and went over the additional treatments he had done at the end of the appointment.They have different service plans and always come out if you need a respray in between regular services. I really enjoy dealing with this company, its not always like that with other places.

Dalton was very friendly and asked about any concerns we have with bugs around the house. He explained about the Aptive products he used and was careful about what and where he sprayed. Five stars ⭐️

This is my initial visit. Jasmine was my pest control person. She greeted me and was very friendly. She was patient and listened to my concerns and problem areas. She took her time and explained everything from the process to the chemicals she was using. I really appreciate the time she took at my home. Very respectful and courteous. Jasmine assured me that she and Aptive are here for any pest controls issues I have and will do rechecks if and when needed. Looking forward to a new positive relationship with Aptive.

The response was very quick, in 24 hours of me calling they were at my house, very nice!!The only concern is getting through to talk to customer service department is a very long wait during the weekday I waited on hold for 10-15 minutes before speaking with a rep.

IF I COULD RATE A ZERO OR NEGATIVE I WOULD. This is a SCAM company! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Service techs are wonderful, door to door sales people wonderful even most of the customer service reps I spoke with were nice but they are all LIARS!!! They promised first service for $25 then $99 quarterly. They came back 20 days after the first service for a follow up visit and my account was charged $99. I have been fighting with this company for 3 weeks now. They told me the would refund the money but it could take up to five days before I get it back in my account. I called again 10 days later and they tell me again oh I’m going to refund your account right now. Same BS it could take up to 5 days blah blah blah. I call again 7 days later and supposedly spoke with Jake the corporate manager he basically wiped his hands with me and said he doesn’t have my money anymore and there’s nothing he can do on his end because it shows that it was refunded already. Called my bank and they said I DO NOT have a refund pending from Aptive. This company is a SCAM - THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS- DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Antonio did a great job treating both the inside and outside of my home with excellent customer service and was very informative about the spider webs that he quickly cleared out for us. All and all good work!

Kevin performed the initial visit and was professional, polite, friendly, and thorough. He walked the property and gave thoughtful insight to what he was doing. He did do an inside spray of baseboards and outside sweep of eves. I understood this was a pre-treatment for service to come in 20 days when there should be a full property treatment. I hope all the techs are as pleasant as Kevin, Thanks!

A young man by the name of Donald texted me ahead of time to let me.know he was on his way. He was very professional, kind and friendly. He found a wasp nest right by my back door that I didnt see. He terminated them and knocked down the nest. The great thing about this company is that if you happen to get an ant mound before your next scheduled visit, they will come out for free and treat those areas! Give them a try! I love Aptive! Their chemicals are animal friendly too!

Jazmine was very professional and very informative. I could tell that she takes pride into what she does. Her unique way into explaining the quick and easy process of everything she had to do was incredible. Having 5 little boys at home is very important for my family and I to not have any bugs inside or outside our home. Very professional and pleasant. Havent seen results of pest control yet as they just finished the first application, but they definitely treated more areas than other companies. They, even treated second story eaves and windows for wasps,which has never been offered by others. So far Im impressed.

Our sales rep was knowledgeable, understanding and courteous in the approach not pushy. He broke all needed info down and answered questions calmly and with good tempo. Once we signed with him, the tech literally showed up like 5 minutes later in a truck and performed the pest control thoroughly and quietly around the house paying attention to detail and was cool too. Had a great attitude and got the job done that we needed. Good experience up front-Now let’s see if the treatment works over the next month! Yeah

I had a MASSIVE wasp nest at the very top of a 2 story porch. I’m allergic to wasps so it was crucial that it be taken care of. I called after 5pm on Tuesday and they were out here the very next morning by 8am. The wasps were dead within seconds of the professional treatment. Kevin continued on with the treatment of our entire property afterwards. He was both professional and courteous. The entire visit was completed within an hour. Grateful for our neighbor’s referral to Aptive. Hopefully we won’t have any more occurrences like the wasp nest going forward!

Received text regarding visit time. Arrived on time…asked if he had a mask, & he pulled up his gator. Went over what I had been told by sales and asked if I had questions. Then he started asking questions about what “bugs” I was having problems with. I had forgotten to mention that we’re fighting drain flies in the master bath…he didn’t blink but said he could take care of that and went to get his treatment. Asked if I had a preference as to where he was to start & I asked for the inside as we were anticipating leaving for supper. “No problem” he said & went to work. This is my first time to use this service and from all appearances, I have made a good choice. I have used my “old” service for MANY YEARS, but decided to check these guys out. So far, so good. They promised to return if I saw ANY of the bugs.

The service reps are always very courteous and friendly. Today our Service Rep was Kevin and he was very good. The kind of guy I would want Representing my Company. We see “very” few spiders, bugs, etc and we have a gully directly behind our house. If we have any issues such as red ants after a heavy rain in between services we call and they come back out very quickly.

Service is very inconsistent. The guy today was here for 7 min. He did not spray around the garage or around the entire outside of the house. He was on his phone the whole time he was spraying. Other techs have spent more time and done a better job but overall it does not seem to be a good value.

The technician was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He was efficient and gave me great pointers. He found 7 wasp nests of which 4 were very large. Am excited to now have this company caring for my home.

Aptive environmental knocked on my door to offer their pest control service. Salesman chase was very professional, knowledgeable about service and informative with pricing. I decided to go with their service and as promise showed up the very next day promptly. Jaime explained their chemicals are environmental friendly and applied all around my house inside and out, including front and back yard. All of their work has warranty and they do their best to get right the first time. I highly recommend their service

We were pleased with both Randy, the salesman,and with Preston, the service professional. They were both professional and knowledgeable. The company policy provides every 3 months reapplication. The rate is good. If or when I find an animal in the traps, I call and the company comes to get them and dispose of them. Preston was diligent in restating safety issues regarding staying out of the grass for at least 2-3 hours after the application. And WOW, they arrived at the exact time of the appointment following the promised phone call saying they would arrive in 30 minutes.

Very polite and informative. Tech. Ethan was very professional and thorough. After treating house and yard he can to door and let me know what he saw and all the areas he treated and what to expect in the next few days after treatment. Took his time and did a great job. Ethan is a nice respectful kid getting his summer job on. What’s not to like about that!

Their techs are friendly and do a great job of explaining what was done, what to look out for, and always let me know they can come back to take care of any issues that I need addressed from the application. The technician was on time gave a clear description of what he will do around the house. Asked me where were the most critical areas but he still exterminate the rest of the other areas and was very assertive, took his time to do his job. Good demeanor, great customer service. Cesar was amazing! I had other representatives come do my quarterly routine spray, however, Cesar took his time. Moved furniture and inspected my backyard. He was accommodating with my questions and explained in detail. I have a pet and I am going through a renovation and he took the time to get behind baseboards and closets. Had Michael out today after work to do my first call so I obviously had some questions about products, expectations, safety etc.He was so knowledgeable and able to answer every question with no issue. He was quick and efficient in my home, very nice to my dogs and explained how long they should be kenneled and away from chemicals.He also explained exactly where all inside and outside he sprayed and where all traps were set and how they operate.I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of pest services😁

Weve had Aptive for a couple of years now and they are great! Very effective. Always on time. They call before arriving, talk to you before and after about any problem bug areas. If you need them to address anything specific (we had fleas come in to the garage from a stray that liked our driveway), they will do it and ask the next time if it was taken care (i.e. no more fleas after treatment).

First visit with a pest control company where they completed a thorough inspection and treatment on inside and entire outside of property. Jasmine was my technician who would be my number one preference and choice to provide future treatments. Extremely friendly and great personality.

Today was our first bug treatment from Aptive. Caleb came by yesterday to find out if we would like to start service with them and he was informative about what they do and the difference between our current service. Ethan provided the first bug treatment today - he was very professional. We await good results (go away bugs!)!

I have been very pleased with Aptive Environmental. All of the technicians that Ive encountered are professional. We live near a wooded area where mosquitos used to be a big problem for us and now theyre not. The wasps and ants were abundant and those are gone also!

We signed up for the general bug spray today and Michael came out soon thereafter. He was professional and listened to my concerns about a bug that is eating our caulking. He took the time to investigate, figured out what it was, and then treated it accordingly. Super nice guy. The salesman that sold us our package was also very nice and professional. I don’t know how the treatment has worked yet, but I’m hoping for the best!!

Jamel was my service tech. He was very knowledgeable and created a customized plan to combat the any problem I had. I’ve seen a drastic decline in the ants and am sure they’ll be eradicated after this treatment. Overall the company is very responsive and have been pleased with services over the last two years. Jamel was also very pleasant and polite. He treated my home well and exercised Covid precautions like wearing a mask and shoe covers.

Not overly impressed. Technician was nice and professional, but I have more pests than ever since they left. I’ve got fire ants in my living room and bugs upstairs. And having to wait 4 days for a re-service is unacceptable. Highly regret signing up

Every interaction with Aptive has been pleasant. We get quarterly service and can call anytime we need help. We found some ants upstairs, I called, and they were able to come out the next day. Jamaal asked about our areas of concern before spraying. He was very nice and did a thorough job.

Very punctual, they said they would be here between 9-11 and they showed up exactly at 9 which I was super happy about. The whole process was explained thoroughly and only took about 30-40 minutes. They were very professional and the sign up process was very easy!

Guy came by earlier in the day to schedule services, very professional and easy paperless set up. Services were done in the afternoon on time. The technician took his time and handled several little hot spots for me. Great job so far.

Ive had issues with APTIVE since the beginning.The issues this time you ask...the Aptive technician left my gate open and at some point my dog got out. I was at the office and came home to my dog running up and down the street. When I called to complain AGAIN I was told a manager would be back in touch with me in one to two weeks. Im sorry, but for customer service that is unacceptable. I was informed there was no supervisor to speak with and would have to wait.Honestly, I cannot wait for my contract to be over so I can get rid of Aptive. I will NEVER recommend this company and will only warn people to stay away. The main reason is lack of customer service.

Use these guys for my pest control services. Chris my expert called notified of his arrival took care of business and then texted me when he was finished and all services performed. Phenomenal service every time not only in the staff that show up but also the staff on the phone always very happy and helpful staff.

Besides being almost a full hour late to an appointment scheduled for an hour after I requested and agreed to on the phone, my rep was kind and professional. Time will tell to see how effective the services are. Will update my review in the future based on my experience.

Aptive is wonderful. Our location is so responsive when I call for reinfestation, which in Texas is bound to happen during mosquito season. The tech is always out within a few days and they are always kind and professional. We canceled Terminex and started with Aptive a few months ago and have not been disappointed.

This company treats my home quarterly for insects and does a great job. They knock down any webbing and spray. They take care of unwanted creepy crawlers without drenching my yard in unwanted chemicals. Here in Houston I find I must do something to slow down the crawlies or else they take over. Treating the outside has worked well for me. So I haven’t had to treat inside. Well done, Aptive. The guys they send out are kind and professional. This time I had Joseph C. He did a stellar job.

Then he proceeded to go about doing the eaves spraying all around the house checking the yard and spraying it he did everything he was so very good and Im confident that he will in the future as well. Karley was very thorough in explaining what she was going to do that day and then took her time spraying, checking, and knocking down anything worrisome. My experience with Aptive started out rocky, with some confusion on arrival date and time. Yes, their company isn’t easy to get a hold of . But the technician that came out the second time reconfirmed my faith in this company. I was one of his last appointments of the day, and despite him working in 100 degree weather all day, he was still very responsive and friendly.

This was the first service and I know time will be the big determinant but service was more thorough than previous company. Austin was very enthusiastic to earn our business. They also treat for mosquitos, flies and gnats which was a bonus (especially considering we live in Houston), and these issues never addressed by previous company. Ethan the tech who performed treatment was professional thorough to ensure all concerns were addressed and seemed to move with a purpose.

Great job. My technician was very good and explained everything he was doing. Very knowledgeable about different bugs and their life cycles.The only drawback and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that he left the wasp nests he knocked down littered all over my front porch and back yard instead of cleaning them up. Very impressive so far, Aptive went above and beyond on my initial treatment.. my tech addressed all of my pest needs professionally and thoroughly.. he even knocked down all of the dirt dauber mud nest which my previous company refused to do.

Sending reps out door to door trained to knock and ignore no trespassing and no soliciting signs. No bueno. When I advised of the two large clear signs on the door. He said he had seen bigger and ignoring them was not illegal. Seems like an odd way to make future customers.

I had to reschedule my appointment twice. No fault of theirs. They were so nice and so easy to deal with. The technician that came out was just fabulous. You could not have asked for a sweeter person. Every person I have dealt with on the phone has been a pleasure.

They sprayed around the house and when I painted at a hornets nest and spider webs the technician took care of it.

The service was prompt and thorough. Ethan did a good job of explaining what he was going to do, and kept any treatments away from the garden beds I use for pollinator support plants. Would definitely recommend.
