Weve had our office here for sometime but have been consistently disappointed and have now left. The manager Adrianna is absolutely unprofessional. I have no idea how she has been able to treat people the way she does and still be in this position. We like the location of the offices but the lack of updates and the unprofessionalism of the manager are huge issues. Often when people came to the floor she would just stair at them or ignore them instead politely representing our office in a professional manner. There are a lot of things I could say but I would rather be nice and just say I was disappointed in this center.

Great Facility and Services for your office needs. Been a customer with Regus for some time now and as per my experience I never had any problems. I noticed over time their services have improved and Thanks to Ruth, Tiffany and Ashley for providing excellent service.

Disappointed, security guards here are a bit offline and mostly uncooperative.

The receptionist are friendly. There is no privacy in the office suites because there are no ceilings. Do not lease at this building if your business relies on mail. The mail delivery at this building is consistently 3 - 4 weeks late.

The team members at Corporate Office Centers are highly professional, courteous, thorough and I am extremely impressed and appreciative of the service I have received thus far. The General Manager Kathy Hertweck does an outstanding job accommodating my business needs and is always thinking out of the box, which is exactly what is needed in todays competitive market. As my security consultation, private investigation and executive protection/bodyguard business grows in Texas, so will my business needs and I am confident that Corporate Office Centers will satisfy my requests accordingly. I would strongly suggest this company to any business owner that is looking for office space in the Houston area. Hats off to the entire staff in the Galleria location and thank you for all that you do for CSS!

This review was actually a 5 star review one year ago in addition to the 5 star review that I also submitted five years ago regarding my experience with Regus and the employees at the 2100 West Loop S, center.Unfortunately, there have been numerous events that took place since these reviews that has caused me to adjust my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. As you can see from the review below as well as the other review I submitted, I basically call it like I see it and obviously try to acknowledge good service when it it is received. At this point, I am extremely unsatisfied with Regus as a company and would never refer their services to anyone. There have been numerous supervisors at this one location over the last 5 years and an even greater turnover rate of employees that has not only affected my service but has caused a huge financial loss on more than one occasion. One of those times, I was able to calculate the loss to a minimum of $4200 mainly due to the high turnover, poor training and follow through of some of the Regus employees and even after being promised the issue would be corrected, the issues continued.It is to the point where I have even contacted Regus corporate offices on 3 separate occasions in the last month and have not received a response other than their generic email response requesting feedback on my last corporate contact. I have even responded to that request and have still not received a response. Since I have had a mailing address at this location for more than 6 years, I will keep my address for professional consistency as long as they keep the cost at the current rate. However, our true office space will be leased at another location by another vendor and we will not offer or refer any other business to Regus moving forward. If after downgrading my plan due to these issues, the office asked for another service retainer in order to renew my contract and when I asked them where my other service retainers were from previous contracts, they then stated they would deduct the new retainer request from that amount. Basically, if I didnt ask and just submitted ANOTHER retainer for poor service, I would not have known that I was actually eligible for a refund.I strongly suggest trying other vendors before signing up with Regus.Review from 1+ years ago:Credible Security Solutions, Inc. has been located at this Regus location on West Loop since 2011 and have always had good experiences with the staff. In addition, since Emily took over and hired Tiffany, Ruth, Christina and Ashley, the locations services have improved. Now it is Emily, Ruth and Ashley that take care of our day to day tasks and they are always friendly and professional with our clients that visit as well as handling all of the calls that come in for our investigative and security services. We plan to stay at this location and hopefully these three ladies will be in place to continue with the awesome customer service they provide us as a company, our employees and mainly our clients.
