The building is maintenanced properly by an on site handyman. It has private offices 5 stories up. The elevator is old and not properly kept clean. It is an old property in a rough part of town, but it seems secure enough.

I went to look at space at this location, office spots range from $300- $1000 a month, you should check this out if you need a good location.
