I had my nails done for the first time here and I loved it. Everyone was professional and welcoming. I showed them what I wanted and my nail technician, Jackie, did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

My daughter wanted twin nails with me and found a design she loved. After asking friends and reading reviews, she decided we must try Gigi’s. They are busy for good reasons and I recommend an appointment. Jasmine and Pearl looked at the photos we provided, listened to us both, and then went above all expectations to suit my 14 yr old daughter and me. Prices were very reasonable, service exceptional, and so stress-free! I knew we were with competent nail techs from the minute we walked in the door. Definitely coming back here!

I tried this place for the FIRST and LAST time today. I literally just walked out the door and am completely disappointed with the outcome of my nails and my experience at this establishment. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this nail salon.First off, I received services from Ivan; I asked him right off the bat how much my services would be. I was receiving a take-off, new color powder with tips fullset, and stilleto shape on average length nails. He told me $55 total, yet when I finished he wrote a receipt for $65. I asked him about the difference in price and he stated that he originally said $65, which was totally not true.I told him as much and he promptly stopped applying my top coat and called out in Vietnamese to someone, in a rather miffed manner. Then, a woman, who I perceived to be either the owner or manager came over to address the situation. I explained to her that he had quoted me one price but yet was charging me for another. She then portrays to be doing calculations in her head and tells me $60.At this point, Im starting to become annoyed, as this is now the third difference in price quoted to me. Instead of making a big fuss about $5, I agreed to pay the $60. Never once was a price list shown to me to justify these sliding prices. And on top of that after further examination of my nails, theyre misshapen and just not up to par. SMDH

I visited GiGi’s for the first time last Friday and I was extremely satisfied. I’ll definitely be going back, especially since Vicky did such an amazing job. I showed her a Pinterest example on the nails that I wanted and she was able replicate the style. She took the time to work on the little details, yet she managed to do them quick and efficiently. All of the staff are wearing masks and the customers are asked to wear masks while inside, which is keeping everyone safe. They do accept walk-ins but I recommend making an appointment ahead so you don’t have to wait that much since they do get pretty busy.

Fantastic nail salon. Theyre nice and they do a great job, and the place is very clean. Will be back. Highly recommend.

I drive out of my way to get my nails done here. I have never had a bad experience at this salon and I have been coming here for over 2 years. They are are personable, friendly and professional. I love how much they pay attention to detail.

The salon is nice and clean. The staff is quick at getting you the service you need. I’ve been to Gigi’s three times and the first two times were great. The third time, I went to get the dip nails done and I had picked a color. I’m not sure who he was, but there was a man who brought out the wrong color. I told him it was not the right color. He brought the “right” color out. The tech doing my nails was in a rush and did not properly clean my cuticles or shape my nails. The color of the dip was completely off. I was not fully satisfied with this visit. I would recommend coming here during the morning or early afternoon because the after work rush is intense.

I am pleased to say my first visit was a positive one. My friend and I called ahead to make an appointment for the same day, luckily they were able to accommodate. I recommend to anyone if you expect to get your nails done or are on any kind of time crunch and have a desire to be seen, to call ahead.. (That’s the only thing you can control) They were busy when we arrived and had walk ins and appointments alike.I got a classic pedicure with gel polish.The nail tech, Annie, never rushed my pedicure and for that I really appreciated. She took her time painting in the “lines” and went back with nail polish remover to clean up the look. It’s a minimal gesture but proves the attention the detail..My toes look so good! (No feet pics available, you’re just going to have to take my word for it - IYKYK)The salon aesthetic was beautiful too. It seemed a bit crowded with a row of pedicure chairs on each side and manicure tables in the middle. But it didn’t bother me personally. Just thought I should mention. The set up may not be favorable to someone looking to relax or want peace and quiet. However I will say it is a good atmosphere to be in with popular music.We were happy with our experience and look forward to returning.

This place is absolutely amazing. My advice would be to get an OPI Deluxe pedicure and a shellac “deluxe” manicure. I promise you won’t regret it. Everyone here is so nice and I go every other week to change my colors out! You also get a shoulder massage with the pedicure! 😄

Tried this place out for the first time yesterday - I’d definitely go back. Sarah did my nails- she was quick, helpful, nice, and did a great job. One thing worth noting is that the place was PACKED. Almost every seat was full (which is wonderful for the business) but in terms of COVID safety it did make me uncomfortable and the way the place is configured just seems like they’re trying to cram as many people in there as possible. Even besides the pandemic, it wasn’t fun bumping shoulders and having to squeeze my way past people. I’d probably try going during off hours next time. Also I called ahead to confirm the price of the service and ended up being charged $5 more because of the nail shape I got. I’ve gotten my nails done at a few salons in the area (I always get this shape) and this is the only one to charge for nail shape. $5 isn’t much, but I wish I was informed ahead of time.

This place never disappoints and Lilly is still the best. She will make sure you get out of there happy. Im a picky one, I admit it, and she have a lot of patience with me, she really cares that her customers have a great experience.

Beautiful nail salon. Decided to switch it up & visit a new nail salon for the first time. Julie did my pedicure and Vicki took care of my nails. Very pleased. The shop isnt noisy which is hard to find nowadays. Great place to relax and enjoy your wine. A little on the pricier side but totally worth it. I will be returning.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will never go In there again . They left a hair stuck in between coats, and they only lasted for one week. All that fancy fluff in there doesn’t make up for the horrifying job they did. Never going back there

Hands down some of the best nails I’ve gotten since moving here! Called and got a same day appointment and they were ready when I arrived. Healthy pour of white wine and very quick service (full set with dip, checked in and paid in under an hour)! Great coffin shape and smooth, natural-looking work along the cuticles. Definitely will be back!

I brought my daughters to get a pedicure with me and the service was fantastic! We called ahead so they were ready for us almost as soon as we stepped in the door. Everyone was very nice and the techs were very accommodating to my young daughters. We all loved the time and attention they put into a nice pedicure. They allowed walk-ins and treated me and my friend super quickly I showed the nail tech what I wanted and he did EXACTLY THAT. He didnt talk much but I didnt mind honestly. My set cost me $75 which is fine for the quality. Ask for Ivan!!

This is the closest nail store to me so I was excited to try them out, aesthetically nice store however the service does not match up.The first time my nail shape was totally messed up, I didnt complain, gave a tip & went about my business. On Sunday went back to the store for a fill (nails done by someone else but a universal color shade) the tech that was doing my nails seemed not to want to do them, she found the same matching color but after she cut my nails down she then suggested I go back to the store where I had my nails done.I told her I didnt want to do that as the other store is further and I was already there and she had already started. She kept insinuating that I get a new set, I ended up caving in.... So she soaked my nails on one hand and took the acrylic off but left the other hand soaking then stood up and said lets give it time I will go do something else, mind you both my hands had soaked the same amount of time but she left me to go do a pedicure.I waited for about 18mins not knowing where she was till I asked another tech who told me about the pedicure. I think the guy was reception actually he helped remove the nails on the other hand but I could tell he didnt know what he was doing, I still had acrylic on my nails when he was done. I left. I would not return to Gigi nail spa for the poor quality service and unprofessionalism I received from them. Definitely not worth my coins!!!

I got a manicure and a pedicure today. It’s not my first time I’ve been, but today was by far the best! Every time I have gone has been consistently great though. They pay great attention to detail, and make your nails look gorgeous. The massages as part of the services are also incredible. Highly recommend this nail spot!

I went in as a walk-in and was greeted and seated immediately. They were super nice even with my weird request. Tamy did my nails and gave me some tips on what to do next with my nails as the last person who did them gave me some chunky boys. She fixed them and saved me from having to redo a full set. They look amazing and was patient with me on choosing a nice shellac to go on top. I didnt catch the lady who did my pedicures name(she had a pretty coyfish tattoo on her wrist) but she did amazing as well. I really liked this place after having so so results in my search for the perfect place. I think I have officially found my spot and will coming back.

Overcharged for everything. I asked for design. The lady told me $20 with me showing her the pic of the nails.. ended up being $25 with no explanation. I paid almost $200 for mani and pedi.. will I be returning? It’s a hell no for me.

Pedicures here are the best. The location on Washington. They can last up to 5 weeks if ur not hard on ur feet or toe nails.

Gigi’s is my go-to nail salon in Houston, and I’ve tried almost every salon in the 610 loop. They’re the best. Every visit is a good experience. Tons of nail color options, great massages and waxes, and most importantly - great staff.

I got a pedicure and the polish was not applied correctly. It looks awful. Shellac paint was already wearing off after a couple hours and it made some indentations. Poor quality polish they are using. They barely massage your legs and the shoulder massage was even worse. The lady had gloves on and her gloves were rubbing against my skin. I would have preferred her not to use gloves and just wash her hands before and after she touched my shoulders.The whole salon was packed. No social distancing. They used the same nail filter without cleaning. And they are overpriced. I should have just went to my regular salon.

I had an appointment the Saturday before Mothers Day and when I got there the place was uncomfortably packed. My appointment was at 10am and they didnt even seat me till 10:30. They did a really poor job at removing my cuticles, I still have dead skin on my fingers and toes. There was polish on my skin and they missed the tip of my big toes. Not to mention they had a poor selection of polish colors. I went there to relax and get pampered but neither of those things happened. Save your money and go someplace else.

It was my first time and I drove by it a couple of times and said i would try it the next time. I think I found my new nail salon. Very friendly, place is really nice and clean & their attention to detail is amazing. I did a dip manicure and a pedicure (which came with a neck massage - heck ya!)Just to show you how great they are.. I accidentally hit my nail and messed up one of my nails, it was really minor and I wasn’t even going to say anything. When the nail tech looked at my nails before i left she noticed and she completely redid it on her own & didn’t act irritated.

I’ve been here several times and I’ve had to wait for an appointment that I’ve made ahead of time. Now, this morning I made an appointment and couldn’t be accommodated until an hour later and when I’m late because there is no parking outside, they give my appointment away. Can someone make this make sense for me? The greed is beyond me.

I usually love this place. But the last time I went the lady was aggressive and a little rude. My fingers ended up bleeding in two different spots. Also I paid extra for dip nails, and they came off in less than 1 week, which sucked.

New Nail Spa on Washington Avenue. I liked my first visit experience. The massage was very nice. Lana gave a great leg massage. The grand opening discount was a nice touch. Without the discount, the Spa prices are about average for the area. I’ll try this location two or three more times before I make a final assessment. .

Everything is sanitized and so clean and beautiful! Such a cute shop, and amazing service! I went in for the GiGiPediSpa treatment and it was so relaxing and I felt so welcome and cared about while there. Ill absolutely be coming back!
