Qtee nail did a great job they are in fact professional but my problem with them and other nail salons is that their prices are not listed and they charged me and my coworker (who arrived there earlier and finished early ) $5.00 dollars difference. I cannot help but feel that they priced us differently. Although my coworker didnt tell me anything until I opened up about how I thought my pedicure charge seemed pretty steep. We got the same french style although our final price (before tip) was different.

Great service ! Great prices! Great nails ! Need i say more ? Tried out this place based on reviews and was blown away by the amount of care and time taken by the individuals who work here. The gentleman who worked on me took great care of my needs and nail wants. They only worked to please the customer ! I will definitely be coming back here, and bringing more with me ! A gem in the houston area!!

Normally I come here and while I’m happy with the initial result.. I’m always disappointed in the longevity. I’ve had shellac/powder nails pop off A DAY after getting it done. (Work a lot don’t have time to come back so it’s wasted money) I get the more expensive pedicure for the experience and the last few times they rushed through it. However... the MALE tech is amazing!!! My shellac has not even CHIPPED ! And it’s been weeks!! I’m happy with his work for sure! I will make sure if I go back I only request him

I like how they open up early if regular clients are waiting outside. The Nail Technicians are always professional and courteous along with marking sure the shop is also fresh and clean.

A wonderful atmosphere for relaxation and quality service. I have been to other nail salons and they do not live up to their standards. Ive seen Diane and Brian twice and they are very sweet and do great work with serious attention to detail. I highly recommend!

Super nice staff. I went to this location late in the day as I was rushing back from work and had a flight the next morning. They gave me the appointment past their closing hours and the staff was really nice and didn’t rush the process! Love the place !

Love this place! Diane always does such a wonderful job on my nails. I usually just go there for eyebrows recently started getting my nails done and I loooove them!! And the prices aren’t bad either. You can get your brows and nails done for a responsible price

Went to Q tee nails after my usual nail shop was over packed as always on a holiday weekend. I had no wait time. I am very satisfied and will be returning. The employees were extremely polite. It was clean and neat, and I am very pleased with the work on my main/pedi. I recommend to others.

They are very polite here and provide great service with products that work. They are a lean staff so the key is to call before you come to make sure they are not busy. When I want a peaceful pedi... This is my go-to.

Dont waste your time. The sign on the door and google say they open at 9am I stood outside for 15 minutes for someone to finally open the door and tell me that open at 930 and the already have an appointment and to come back at 11 I guess they only take 1 customer at a time or have 1 person that does nails. They did a terrible job on my nails last time I went there its probably a good thing I decided to go somewhere else.

PERFECT EYELASHES ! Their skill, techniques for eyelashes and listening to the client for what they want. Was great, will do that again here. Found my place. Was a lot gentler on removing old eyelashes and putting on new ones. And their techniques did not teer me up and make my eyes constantly blink.

Great first experience! They followed what said and made my nails look fabulous. The service was reasonably priced and the staff were super sweet.

I found the salon to be very relaxing and professional. I noticed that few of the other reviews complained about price and products however Id rather pay a person to do an amazing job the first time. Plus I love the atmosphere and they never disappoint me. Definitely go try out this salon!

Very nice place, but when it comes to nails they can not do them. I went in today and asked for coffin nails and the outcome was horrendous!! I love the atmosphere but as far as doing nails they wouldnt be in my favorites list. These people are not the original owners, they left 2 months ago along with the staff. You will be seen once entering because they have very few clients...

I absolutely love the way theyre able to shape and design my nails! Getting a wonderful set of nails! Not only I Also gotten done at jelly pedicure where theyre able to exfoliate my skin and give me a relaxing experience

I have tried lots of nail salons in the NW Houston area, and this place is by far the best value. The spa pedicure is wonderful, Ive never had a bad experience. I bring all my friends, and once they try it, they are instantly loyal customers.

The nail salon has everything that I ever wanted! Very clean sanitary tons of colors to choose from! Theyre so amazing and so sweet! They have wonderful symmetrical shape!

Very fast service, I was helped out right away which I really liked, I was getting married at the courthouse at 2 so I needed my nails done before. I brought in a picture so I didnt have to explain (its sometimes hard for me to explain, or at some places they dont know what I mean) the lady didnt shape my nails right some nails were wider and thinner acrylic than others,I wanted a blunt white color with glitter (like I have been getting for so many years already) she talked me out of the color saying my skin tone wasnt right.....to give me a disgusting beige color....I liked it in the bottle but not on me if it wasnt for my wedding in an hour I would of asked to switch the color,and the worst part is the acrylic is lifting a week later, and was done so cheaply I was breaking nails left and right!!!! HORRIBLE waste of $40 and SO NOT WORTH IT! Avoid at all costs

I definitely recommend Diane for eyebrows. She is wonderful! Very personable and highly skilled nail techI just had the best pedicure of my life (Special Pedi). It was so relaxing and completely worth the extra money. Highly recommend the Jelly Pedi. Staff is super friendly and Diane gives the best massage ever !!!

The lady that did my shellac manicure was detail oriented and accommodating. I left with beautiful looking nails.

They are such sweet people me and my sister had my nephew with us he was alil fussy but after everyone left he played with his ball and put things back where they were they loved him there we definitely found our spot

I went here for shellac, the color pallet are complete different to the actual color. I spent more than 30 min to chose a color and guessing if was the right one. She charge me $27+tip just for remove my shellac and put a new color no manicure or massage at all. The ladies were in a rush to close the place.

Walk-in at the opening of doors, while my vehicle was at NTB. One person in chair and the owner says they are busy. That is poor service, cant even take walk-ins, or was it somethings else he didnt like about me.

The lady that worked on my nails did a phenomenal job, on top of that, she was a friendly person too!

Not too bad - not the best, but not too bad. They seem nice enough (considering they cant really talk to you because they dont speak much English). I do enjoy that little bit of quiet time when getting my nails done so that was not a problem for me. The only issues I had was when I tried to tell the girl that one of my nails was slightly wider than the nail on the other hand so they would need to be fitted individually. The girl didnt understand me so she had to get someone else to come over and translate and that lady acted like I didnt realize they were professionals. Then after she buffed and I got up to wash my hands they moved my bag and phone to another station so they could start on the next person, even though I was not finished. I then had to get someone else to remove the excess glue from under my nails and she acted like that was an inconvenience. Even though it is convenient and close enough to my office that I can go on my lunch break, I dont think Ill be going back there. I prefer courteousness to convenience any day.

Just flew in late from Atlanta on business and I realized I was their last minute 11th hr and 59th minute walk in customer, but they took me anyway... Diane took really good care of me and Im sooooo appreciative... Kudos and next time Im in Houston Ill be back

Price was good, service was bad. I got Jane the older lady. I guess her eyes are bad or something because I couldve done better. Waste of $18.

Did not like the experience. They used the smoothing drill on me and now my nail surfaces are very uneven. They also didnt file well - Ive been snagging my nails on things since I left. Will not return.

Clean, friendly & reasonable, but quality was poor .. i went around noon time and asked for full set 25$ i had lady at the first station (right side as you walkin) didnt speak much but it was understanding as to why which didnt bother me .. but she rushed thru my nails so fast that my nails were breaking off 2-3days later, mainly because acrylic was extremely thin... also i noticed they had no manicans displayed to see the different designs they offered or anything .. i was very disappointed, if you want cheaper (20$/fullset)yet better quality nails with 3d nail art options i suggest the Nail salon on 290 & fairbanks in the parking lot between Shipleys and JumpnWorld, eyebrows are done well also .
