Not a quick visit but so worth it. Love my nails each time.. Absolutely perfect and long lasting. They only use sns instead of acrylic. Normally I find people make them too thick..not this last time.nails take a bit more than an hour and so does a pedi.

Wow! What an amazing experience!!!!The salon is super clean, organized, and spacious.Their massage chairs are NOT like other nail salon chairs. These chairs are LEGIT and guarantee will get the knots off your back!Now, Tracy is a Miracle Worker!!! I have always been afraid of getting a pedi due to my awful man soccer feet BUT she worked her magic and left my feet the Prettiest its EVEEERRR been 😍Adam was amazingly patient and focused on doing my nails, and they turned out so beautifully amazing! He really took his time to make sure it ended perfect and thats exactly how he did! 💖 Ive been to other nail shops but NOTHING compares to the attention, careness, and overall wonderful service I received here. Will definitely come back.PS!! Make sure to bring cash or a debit card because they do not take credit cards.

This is the second time I’ve come here to get a pedicure and both times I’ve been disappointed by the customer service/treatment received from the nail tech doing my feet. She didn’t speak to me when we started, gestured rudely when it was time to take out/put my feet back in the water, rushed through everything, (I mean if I’m paying for callous treatment it should take more than two swipes on each foot right) and just got up and left when done without saying a word. There definitely won’t be a next time, I’m more than happy to take my business elsewhere.

I’ve loved coming to this place. Saturday I went in to get a pedicure. I didn’t mind the wait time because they have always done a great job with my pedicures. On this day they called me up to go and sit where they’re do a pedicure. While I was waiting they then came to me and told me another customer changed their mind and wanted a pedicure so they made me get up from the chair and wait. Once I got my pedicure it was nothing like the times before I still had part of my nails not done. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again.

This was my first visit at Fancy Nails and Spa and I must admit I am in love. The atmosphere is soooooooo relaxing and calm. The staff are super friendly and very professional. The work is phenomenal! I love how Kelly takes pride in her work and she wont let you leave until you are fully satisfied. The pricing is well worth the work that she does. You arent going to find another nail tech on this side of Houston who takes pride in what they do. I strongly recommend visiting this establishment.You WILL NOT be disappointed. I plan on doing a two week review to see how the nails hold up but so far Im truly surprised and satisfied with her work! My nail technician is Kelly and I like her work. My nails rock when I go to her my pedi is done by another young lady who for some reason I forget her name. Great job the only things is sometimes the wait but other than that they do a great job.

Sandy who is the only person working here is very impatient and wont want to do what you request because it takes a long time. I got my nails done a few days ago and two of my solar nails completely fell off. On top of that she told me she didnt want to do a pink and white refill because it was hard and took too long, my cuticles bled and she filed my nails on the sides so much they hurt. I told her youre hurting me numerous times, she didnt care. My nails were left so thick they hurt. She had the audacity to get upset because I didnt have cash, and charged my card $4 more than what i tipped. This place is a nightmare shell tell you that next time she wont do the job you request because it takes too long.Im sitting here writing this review from another nail shop as they fix these atrocious nails. When I showed the nail tech my nails he laughed and said she should not be working. DO NOT GO HERE, I dont recommend this place.

Today was was first time visiting Fancy nails. I love the way my nails turned out. I got a pedicure and an overlay with schellec. I love how both turned out. However, the service was a bit slower than Im used to. I will be returning.

Ive been here twice, once for a pedicure and today for an acrylic set. The prices are affordable and the service is amazing! The male manager guy was very nice and accommodating even touching up where my toes had chipped. It is a very small shop so they really only have 3 people wrking but the work they do is quite good! Kelly is an actual artist and can give you almost any look you come in with. She paid attention to the inspo pics I brought in and gave me the look I liked while always checking to see if I liked it. This has been one of my fav nail shop experiences so far. Their basic pedi and acrylic are both around $20 but a custom acrylic like mine (glass, jewel, powder) was $50 which is still a decent price considering the length and service! I definitely will be going back and recommend! Just be sure to come at a good time because if they are busy, you will have a long wait.

Today was my 1st time coming into Fancy Nails & Spa. Fantastic customer service, everyone was so nice and friendly. Ryan was the 1st person that started on my nails and he did a wonderful job. Next was Cheryl the designs she did was out of this world wow fantastic job (I wouldnt have the patience lol). My pedicure was done by Cynthia, great job. So if you are looking for a place that has a great atmosphere, fantastic customer service. I differently recommend, Fancy Nails & Spa.

I have been to this nail shop two and three times before with no issues this time when I came I have followed all of the safety rules I had my mask on I let him give me sanitizer he told me no credit cards I said cool I had my credit card in my hand but I had cash in my car which was parked right in front of the building I usually dont pay until the end of services so I didnt bring the cash in I asked him would it be okay if I give you at the end he said yeah he kept complaining about the card and Im telling him that Im paying cash eventually he refused my services so he put me out of his shop and told me he cannot do my nails today after I have already called and confirmed that I was coming up here this is very unprofessional I did not curse at him I didnt try to swing at him I wasnt disrespectful abd he still refuse my Services dont come here why would I pay and you dont even know what Im getting done to my nails you dont know what kind of design I want or nothing and you want me to pay are you wanting me to pay I even asked if I could just bring the money in and sit it on the counter so he can see that I have cash and he still refused my services

I love this place, the people here are personable, courteous and professional the only thing is, they only have one person (Kelly) that does the nails. Even though she does a wonderful job, your visit can end up being up to 3 hours; if your services include both pedicure and nails. Besides that, I highly recommend this place.

Place looks clean, Kelly she is the best I love the way she does my nails. I’m not changing anytime soon. I have to Edit my rating and post... Last time prior to this time I had made an appointment a day before and when I came in everyone was busy and took an hour to get started with me. I was in the place for 4 hours between waiting and getting the nails and pedi done. Today I came in I didn’t wait for too long, but I feel like Kelly has gotten so busy that she has to rush so my nails are looking great as always and they look uneven. I’ll be on looking for someone else! Tracy is good with pedicure, but I can’t go to one place to get on thing done and another somewhere else.

Been here 3 times. First time they could not do 2 tone powder nails. Twice they did not do a good job on my pedicure when they cut my nails. I ended up with worse in-grown toe nails both times. Go to Hi Nails or Elegant Nails instead.

Owner has snobby attitude!!! One thing to make her feel her work isnt perfect and shell turn you down. Her ratings are getting above her head. I feel like she treats her customer as if she will win over them everytime. She is so confident that if you say something like, can you file that part, its uneven?, she will not wotk with you. Shell move on to the next with no regrets over small things because she gets offended easily. Dont let the fake greetings fool you. Its all about money. She should welcome her customers more often and make them feel at ease all of the time. She thinks nothing can happen to her or her shop as if life wont teach her lessons about her attitude. That must be the only great thing thats going on in her life that she can control. Life has a way with things and it isnt my battle. Many may not but I see how you are. By far my favorite salon and the staff are perfect!

I got my nails done early for an event on a Friday evening. Sunday 2 of my nails had lifted. Got them fixed Tuesday, Wednesday 2 nails popped off. Went back Thursday and by Saturday at the event a nail popped off. I sent going back to this place and by the next Tuesday 6 were off and I took them ALL OFF WITH EASE. They never grew out because the popped off before they could. While I was there several other ladies were getting nails fixed. Dont waste your time with this place. The nails shape and design are beautiful but they wont stay on your fingers.

Went yesterday & almost walked away, glad I didn’t .. they’re so humble and kind & did a great job on my nails ... They are definitely worth giving a try, just have a little patience has they are brand new owners and starting over ! I wish your business peace and prosperity & don’t ever change your personality! I really wanted to like this place because it is close to home but my first experience was disappointing. I called at 11am on a Friday to make an appointment for 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:20 and they were busy. 4 people doing nails and two people doing pedicures. I was sat at the first table around 5:45 and waited for ONE HOUR after my appointment for someone to start on my nails. I asked for coffin shape and ombré. I did like the shape all except one nail was crooked and the ombré was ok, it could have been blended more. I think she was ready to go because she didnt clean my fingers at the end and I noticed that the color doesnt cover the tip of the nails maybe a careless mistake trying to rush to finish. Overall, I was upset about the disregard of my appointment time.

It was an ok experience until I started complaining about the price going up.I always liked to create my own idea in the nail art. Kelly didnt like that...being that I had to direct her.I walked out a little upset one day, paid but got the nail stones cheaper from another nail salon....honestly I like doing everything at 1 nail salonAfter 2 weeks I came back and wanted my same nail art and pedicure. Always paying between $75-$120 and with my daughter up to $150 (each visit), not including the tips. No one spoke to me. Kelly finally walked up to me to tell me she had appointments for the next 5 days and no one could see me at the moment.She said it takes time to do my nails and that she will call me the next day.I never had an appointment and it takes about the same amount of time I see her do others hands.I had 2 friends call right after I left and she answers to tell them she had openings and to come on in.I used to drive 30 mins. to see her. She never called back. I guess that was my answer she didnt want my services. Never will I go back

Okay so I have this place a shot. They have new owners as of 2 months ago. The last owners were alwaya closed. So its nice to have a neighborhood nail shop, we can count on for service. The nail techs are very sweet, and make you feel at home. This place is very clean, and my nails were very nice. Im gonna go back for a pedi and I will let you know how that goes. As far as nails, they did a great job. Im going to take my daughter here next.

The last 3 or 4 months, not so much because my nails needed a break.Today, they have more clients and theyve become so rude its unbelievable. As for the waiting time, its another issue.They do a good job but honestly, they need to do better at customer service. We do not come here cuz we have no where to go ok? If clients enter your premises, treat them with respect because they are the ones helping your business grow.
