I visited a few days back, along with one of my friends… I’m sure you can find what our experience was like given management took the time to reply to the following.Since, we are not able to reply directly, I hope this gets to the right hands.I appreciate your intention to improve our last experience, but I strongly believe that the way employees are treated and compensated are a reflection of the experiences they create for customers. Needless to say it is ultimately a reflection of the culture management creates for their employees. As someone who regularly supports local businesses, “teaching them a lesson” by deducting their means of making a living is inhumane and speaks poorly of management. I really wish your solution to this problem would be to enforce a standard so moving forward all clients get at a minimum the standard set. I wish your business the best.

We paid $98 for mediocre nails. My pedicure was basically water and that’s it no cutting or anything. It took 6 coats for the manicure to look sort of decent. The lady tried to fix it as much as she could but even she was like they’re ok... Attached will be pictures of the job

Walked in for a Gel color change after going to another location and not being pleased with the outcome. Im never going to another place again because venetian is AMAZING. They were very accommodating, making sure to understand exactly what I wanted and checking to ensure I was satisfied. The color selection is amazing, the facility is clean and the decor is beautiful. Ill definitely be a repeat customer.

They always do a great job on my shellac manicure and pedicure. I love Michelle for the manicure, and Lucy for my pedicure. Ann is good with pedicures as well.

Everything was fine.I love my pedicure until I got home and realized the color of my toes looks all messed up and the paint is already falling down. I loved everything else, how they did my full set and everything on the pedicure except for what happened with the color.

Nikki is the bomb. I love my braids. I would recommend her to anyone that need their hair done, v-steam and foot detox. You MUST visit her there!The ambiance there is beautiful and it is really a one stop shop. I am going back for nails and lashes.

I have only dip on my own nails for $42 last month was $37 so let’s se how much next month . They have to do the nail polish in the end because they do little bubbles. My daughter did the same, but we don’t have time to re-do it.REALLY EXPENSIVE ask for the price before you do the job !

Live that they have pedicure chairs for little kids, but dont like the fact that they are separated from us. It will be perfect if they had the kids and mommy chair side by side.

I went when they open. While I loved the service and atmosphere. I would love to see more drink choices to enjoy my alone time that doesnt happen often. I am not frozen drink person. I suggest maybe mimosas with orange, cranberry, or pineapple juice.

I went there to get my left over acrylic nails, and I told the lady that one nail was super sensitive, first thing she does is go in with the bur and broke part of my real nail, hurted very bad. She just got up and switched with another lady and she was nice but kept insisting on getting powder nails so much, because she said is much healthier for my nails, i ended up listening to her and they came out bad super un-even and flaking off, I was charged a manicure and didn’t even cut my cuticles. At least for me didn’t work, I would not come back.

I’ve been going to Venetian for years. Since the old location. My last two appointments I made I ended up waiting for 15 mins. Today I waited over 30 mins over my appointment time.I always make an appointment with a specific person who i will not name because I’m not sure it’s her fault. Today when I walked in for my appointment I was told she would be right with me. I waited 10 mins and then they moved me to another chair and set me up with a foot soak. No one offered me a drink.I sat and waited more. I finally said something to the ladies sitting next to me. No one seemed to notice I had been neglected. It was a total of 30 mins before she finally started on me. The owner apologized and she was very nice. But to be honest, this was unacceptable to me. I spend a lot of money here and make an appointment to try and avoid having to wait. 30 minutes is too long.To make matters worse, the woman who was helping by doing my nails was rushing so much she buffed my finger so hard my skin was bleeding and she had to apply pressure.I still paid them and tipped but since this is the second time that I made an appointment and my time was not honored I will not be back. Don’t overbook so much that you don’t honor those who make appointments.g

I have been there 3 times, and the last 2 were horrible. They told me to wait 30 mins and it turns in 1 hour. So expensive, they did powder on my foot nails and I loose the nail the next day. It doesn’t worth it .

I’ve been coming here since July & I live in Kingwood where there are plenty great nail salons but I don’t mind that hour drive for great customer service even down to the owner she’s amazing and always making sure you good need something to drink or whatever my favorite ladies are Lucy & Bella fantastic job these ladies do & I like how they don’t rush they take their time & actually cater to you I definitely love the fact that they talk to you and not to each other like some places I have been it’s rude....Even if they made a mistake (which I’m sure they would correct) I think I would still come back because of the professionalism and the great customer service even the receptionist is awesome always on point they all act as a team and I love that keep up the good work and I’ll forever be a customer as long as you keep treating me with great service.......

They offer you complimentary drinks also. The nailshop is so beautifully designed! Theres also an area designated for little girls. Its so pretty!

Absolutely the best nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life!!!! They have a barber shop and a room for eyelashes and another room for braiding hair. Your man can accompany you to get his hair cut or even play some pool. They have a pool table to keep the men entertained while us ladies gets pampered. They have amazing frozen margaritas. My favorite is the mango Margarita 😍. You won’t be disappointed coming here. Amy does an awesome job on pedi and mani. Demi did an amazing job on my mani today.

Best salon I’ve ever used. Amazing with kids. Getting my nails done here they can last me up to a month and a half no chipping, no lifting, and my diamonds/ gems never fall off.

I love this place. It took me forever to find a nail place that was equal to my one back home and did my nails how I liked them! They do a great job and take their time when doing my nails and pedicures. They also have any rewards program which is great! On top of that they offer drinks, which is a guaranteed plus. The shop is big, beautiful and always clean!

After trying 5-6 different salons I was referred to Tiffany at Venetian by a long time customer.I’m sooo glad I found them...I’ll never go anywhere else!My nails always look wonderful. The pedicure is so relaxing and the brand new massage chairs❤️The salon is beautiful, pricing is good and the customer service is great.

I realize that it is difficult to keep people on staff at some of these places (general) but when the salon makes an appointment for you and sends you a reminder twice (last one this morning) that you have an appointment with a certain technician at a certain time that day you expect that that person will be there. I drove in the pouring rain this morning to get to a 9am appt that I was sent a reminder for early this morning with a specific person with whom I have used for the last 4 times I have been in this salon only to be told when I got there oh, my manager said she no longer works here:. I was very upset. Would it not be good business practice that when one of your technicians leaves that has steady clients that bring in income to your establishment to do them the courtesy of calling them or texting them and letting them know that person is not longer there but they would be happy to find someone else to help you. I realize also that most of the time when that client is standing in front of you after making the drive they are more inclined to tell you yes. Well, I did not. I just think that was a rotten business practice and I will not be back. I am a diabetic with very bad neuropathy in my feet and my technician was very gentle with them. Thanks for nothing Venetian Nails.

My daughter was over charged for a poorly done job. I was also over charged for a haircut that I can get anywhere for a lot less. The place is nice looking but thats about it.

Just went to my first appointment and walked out extremely satisfied with my eyebrow wax, manicure, and pedicure. Timmie and one of the other employees (I forgot to ask for her name, oops) did a very good job with everything and even offered something to drink. The place was clean, organized, and followed social distancing guidelines due to COVID-19. I rate this place 5 stars and will definitely be going back again.

I came to this nail salon for the first time yesterday, I got a full set and a pedicure. My nail tech was in a rush and when I asked her to fix something she acted like it was an inconvenience to her. When I finally gave up trying to ask her to fix my nails she thanked me. I was so focused on my nails I didn’t even realized my toe nail lengths were different and crooked till I got home.

I came all the way from Colorado to get my nails done here at this location. The best mani pedi, precise and my manilasts longer when I get it done here than any other nail salon in Katy. I freaking love this place And their margarita drinks here were a bonus! Get your nails done here.

The facility is lovely and very organized but Im disappointed in the look of my nails, theyre too thick and the shape wasnt done right.

I came in without appointment in which they were very sweet and I got taken in right away. However I asked for coffin nails and honestly it doesn’t even look like it. It was rushed and he didn’t even put enough of the powder because later that day I noticed there was spots on my nails where there wasn’t enough powder. And I’m the beginning I has to tell him that my middle finger was crooked but it wasn’t until I told him, or else he would of left it like that. He was very nice don’t get me wrong. But the service wasn’t what I expected.

Adam is my go to guy, he works fast but has a very precise way of making nails that fit the look I’m going for. No nail tech is the same but Adam is one of the best.

Terrible was seen by a nail tec on the 13th had dip on my natural nails. She cut too short n had to even all out plus Powder on top of cuticle few days later my nails started to peel. Went back same lady was assigned to fix she keep telling me my nails were fine. They were obviously not. A different nail tec was assigned terrible job. Nails are so uneven shape in unknown. Terrible job nails look like if I did them myself. Very disappointed ☹️ Wish I could post pictures. Please always ask who is the one who specializes on a certain service. Seems like they just assign anyone. If they knew that I was unhappy why assign the same nail person. Not worth what I paid. So upset 😭

Showed an exact picture of what I wanted . Specified that I did not want the end of the nail to be thin . Wanted it more of a wide coffin shape . Completely disregard said the shellac was going to make it look like it was already going to be wide . Nail polish didn’t even go all the way to the cuticle . It looks like I need a refill instead of natural looking nails . Very rough. I understand they where busy . But it’s not like I walked in . Had a appointment. Honestly disappointed . I don’t feel like I got what I paid for .When I would point out what I did not ask for . She seemed to bothered .

Went way too fast and I felt rushed. I couldn’t even finish my drink. Also they’re kinda rough. Bending my nails in uncomfortable positions. I’ve only had my nails less than a week the top coat is already coming off. My toes look good tho and it was really clean.

I have been coming here for 17 years and will never change! Tiffany has been my go to since day one! Venetian Nail Design is ALWAYS clean, organized and everyone is very polite. I have not had a bad experience since coming here. I do recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment with someone before just walking in to help reduce wait time. They are expanding into another building (right behind where they are currently located) within the month and I could not be more excited for them and cant wait to see it. Too bad 5 stars is the most I can give them as they deserve so many more!

First off the new location is very nice, and everyone is so friendly. I came in with super high hopes, as the reviews are so good! I’ve been searching for a new nail salon for a while now, so I was hoping this would be my new place. Unfortunately the quality of the work was sub par. I felt so rushed, which is my biggest pet peeve. My cuticles on my finger nails weren’t cleaned up, the nail polish added didn’t even cover my whole nail. You could still see my finger nail, on the sides. I even had some of the previous nail polish still left on my nails. I was sincerely so disappointed because I was really hoping I would have loved it here.I almost asked for a refund on my nails, just because I know in a week I’m going to have to redo them, because the shellac was so thin. It is bound to come off by the end of next weekend.Like I said everyone was so nice, but for paying what I paid, it just wasn’t worth it.UPDATE: I contacted the nail salon and they asked me to come in, and they redid my nails for free. I was very grateful that they listened to my concerns, and fixed the problem. It spoke volumes of their costumer service so thank you Venetian Nail Bar!

I got a manicure and pedicure. Ms. Kriss did a great pedicure. The lady who did my manicure was working so fast she cut my cuticle very deep. I bleed for 5 minutes and it was painful. When I went to pay and complain to the man at the register. He just picked up the business phone to take an appointment and just ignored me. I will NEVER go back.

First, let me say this is my new nail spot. I had a horrible experience at another nail location and came here to see if my nails could be salvaged. Not only did they take care of my nails, but they provided excellent service and made sure I left happy with my nails. Tiffany and her staff were so comforting, pleasant, and answered my questions. She’s had customers who’ve been with her for 20+ years and were raving about how great this location, the service, everything. Hands down great first impression and a new customer for sure.

Amazing. My first experience was a little tainted but my second experience was phenomenal. So much attention to detail and care was given to my manicure 💅. She was exceptionally polite and concerned with quality work which easily allows me to categorize my first visit under the fact that everyone has bad days. The difference is that Venetian nails makes it a point to not let those days leave their clients with a bad taste.

It was my first time here today as I just moved to the area and Cindy was awesome! I suffer from ingrown toenails on my big toe and she took the time to remove them. She was pleasant and really took care of me. She has won me as a customer. I will be coming here as a frequent customer!

I visited this nail salon today for the first time! I have been looking for a new salon since the lady I went to is so far away from me. I looked up the reviews for salons in my area and the ones that this place have are spot on!I called Tiffany today and had an appointment 30 minutes later. Tiffany was busy so Vivian did my nails... all I can say is FANTASTIC job! Vivian took her time, asked me my name, spoke to me the whole time. The whole salon is very welcoming and friendly. Nice atmosphere.Vivian is great. I went to pay and my nail polish got messed up so she finished my payment, fixed my nails, and I was on my way.We will see how the nails hold up in 2 weeks, but I can see myself going back!P.S. It seemed like every customer that came in while I was there was a long time customer and was comfortable with this place.

Not sure how I never knew about this place until a year ago. Everyone is so friendly and does an amazing job!! It’s best that you make an appointment because they typically have a full house.

My daughter first started going to this nail shop before me. She liked everyone so much that that was only shop she continued to go to until she moved to the other side of town. I was never one to get my nails done on a regular basis but one day I decided I wanted to have them done and since my daughter had such pretty nails every time she came home from there of course I was gonna go there.I ended getting Diem for my manicure and new nails. She was so great that now I go on a regular basis and I have Diem work on my nails every time.

I have been going to Venetian Nail Design since December 2018. I love it. Everyone is so nice, super clean salon. Adam is very good. They have an excellent selection of gel and powder polishes. The pedicures are Devine.
