The man that was doing my nails was putting them on all crooked and Im asked him to fix them he got mad and soaked off my nails and didnt help me get this mess off at all I had to go to another nailshop so rude and unprofessional!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I went here one day hoping to get my nails done because they are close to my home. They were pretty packed on that particular day other people were waiting however a young lady did allow me to take her spot because she was waiting on a nail tech so she allowed me to take her spot and she went to another nail tech well it was kind of late at night after I had waited about 40 minutes or longer they were closing and nobody act like they wanted to do my nails so I just left and I went somewhere else near my job EVAN NAILS but I think they were just talkin too much amongst themselves instead of doing peoples nails they were talking and some of them were ready to go home and they were tired and I do understand that so maybe they should close up their shop a little bit earlier so they can go home instead of making people wait and then they dont want to do the serviceI wanted to get about three services that day so that would have been a lot of money spent to that they missed out on I think they need to work on customer service and skill setIts rude they talk to much and should be helping clientsThe lady did do a nice job on the nails I watched her do.But however the other things turned me off. What I ever go back and give them another try Im not sure its 50/50.

First times going, was recommended by someone, asked for dipping powered got acrylic powder not what I wanted.... Price was decent tho. Dont think Ill be going again due to mot doing dipping powder nails😢😢

I love my technician, Alex. Her services are always on point and she makes sure that i am satisfied. i love my nails and pedicures everytime she does them. Affordable and amazing work. i will continue going and will recommend.

Unorganized. I was waiting 30 mins. During this time someone came after me and immediately was served. Afterward, someone else came in and immediately was sent to someone too, but the guest said they wanted someone else. When I asked who would be doing my nails, the lady said everyone was busy. Horrible.

This is the very next day I came in at about 5pm I guess thats the time they go home I sat there for a hour they keep switching ppl to do my nails I told him square round and they cant find the color I ask for so they put this color on when I asked was that the powder I pick she said yes on top of that the male messed up my nails with glue while he was fixing my nails than when I called the next day they hung up on me DONT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP AT ALL...

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been. First of all the technician stopped doing my nails and started doing a lady eyelashes for 45 minutes. Then when she finally finished this is how it looked.

Got my nails done there on Wednesday June 30th and July 1st two of my nails were broke when I went back to speak to the manager and her husband both of them acting dumbfounded if I was out Id never go to this spot ever again they are very unprofessional

For the price its ok but um my nails were coming up in less than a week. Pic of my nails and it hasnt been 2 weeks yet. But my toes good maybe it was the lady who did them..

Cathy is amazing with nail design and acrylic! She did my eyelashes I was not pleased because she used way too much glue and too many lashes I didnt have a natural look so I wont be doing that but I will be getting my nails done there. Just wish it was a classy establishment lol

Not a huge wait . Doesn’t have proper equipment like instead of LED dryers for your nails ... they have fans AND LOTS OF THEM 😂 ! Kathy is extremely nice to me cause she remembers me from past visits. I came here to get my nails removed but when they do your nails, they do a pretty good job 👏 ! I would recommend this to anyone who loves a good, hearty laugh 😆 . I love this place, and I will come here for years to come 😁 !!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never been to a more unprofessional nail shop. I tell the lady I have dip powder on my nails and I need them to be soaked off. She insists on using a fake nail to take the top coat off. She rips my real nail off and then she realizes that I told her it was dip powder. I sit there for 2 hours soaking my nails. The shop was full of employees but they did not help out customers once they were finished with there original customers. They took there time when goin to the next customer and was very inconsiderate of others people time. I had to get frustrated before anybody paid any attention to me. I wouldn’t suggest anyone go here. I wouldn’t even give this place one star but I had to in order to post this review.

This is one of the most reasonably priced nail shops in Houston for certain. However, as much as you can hear Kathy, the owner, exclaim Huh*nee she red*dee you can easily hear profanity from the patrons, near fighting experiences, poor nail service, and Kathys refusal to give you the refund that you so deserve when her Nail Technicians tares up your hands due to lack of knowledge.... What this junkie little salon needs is to close down for a week and get cleaned up physically and environmentally. The language barrier is so great here between staff and customers that I it breeds constant confusions!!! Post signs that represent the rules that you want to uphold. Stick to them!!.

Theres one technician shes great, everyone else is rough and rude. Theres no sign in sheet so people arent seen in order. No one acknowledges youve entered the establishment. I will never go back.

Went here in the early morning. 5 people ahead of me a hour before opening. Establishment opened 30min after opening hour. Once I enter the nailshop i notice staff didnt pick up a damn thing during closing. Used equipment like the towels and polish was still out. Spilled cheetos wasnt swept up. The cheetos was all she wrote for me. I turned the hell around. Wish I snap a pic. These the kind of establishment that have fungi and all other nasty bacteria floating around in their stuff. Cheap good work but all that means nothing in a unsanitary workshop.
