The girl who did my pedicure was good, but the girl who did my manicure jacked up my cuticles to the point that they’ve been bleeding 2 days after. Also already started chipping for what was supposed to be shellac. And I have a wedding. She knew that. Soooo INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED.Update: Added pictures for 5 days after 1st review. Just ridiculous for the price they charge.

First time here even after reading some negative reviews, glad I did. The Mr. got one of the best pedicures hes had in a while. My nail tech Brian did a beautiful job with my nails, and Im picky! From repairing, to shaping, to letting him have his way with a design. Everyone was so nice! I highly recommend!

This is my 2nd time here getting shellac and a pedi. The shellac really lasts. I had problems at other places with it coming off. It is always packed her so make an appointment to avoid a wait or being turned away. They also offer you a beverage (alcoholic or non).

Where do I start!? Not only is the service always great, but I have yet to find another nail salon where my nails truly last after I leave. I normally don’t do reviews but since I’ve encountered the unprofessionalism from the same employee (Ve) more than once it seems to be acceptable to management and owners. She did my nails two weeks ago. I came in so that someone could fix them. Upon arrival a young man asked who did my nails. I pointed to Ve. He asked me to sit and wait on her. After waiting 30 plus minutes she walks over asked to see my nails and rudely says “I didn’t do your nails,” I reminded her of the date and time. She said “I’m not doing your nails” and walks off. Meanwhile, she goes to the back store room with several other employees and refuses to return when the young man asks her to assist me. She and a few other technicians decline to fix the nails. So I had to continue to wait for another technician. Total wait time over an hour. The ONLY reason that she did my nails is because I had other engagements and she was the only one available. My first visit to this salon (new to the Heights area) Ve was a rude, condescending, and unprofessional during our initial encounter. She does not take her time and wants to rush through service even if you have specific request. A manager solicited the help of a man who did a great job. My nails lasted for weeks without any issue. Again she rushed and the picture is a result of that. I’ve been getting dip powder for years and this have never happened. I’ve had dip powder that did not chip or crack for amonth. I was concerned that she rushed but I had no choice. I have encountered several others (husband and wife, as well as a young lady that’s a college student) that were customer service oriented. However, the way that Ve speaks to customers and her quality of work is a direct reflection of ownership/management. This type of behavior shouldn’t be acceptable from an employee. I am spending at least $150 on services regularly. I am definitely disappointed because this salon is nice and convenient but I won’t give them another penny. The guy fixing my nails opted to do a full set that the powder was popping off like press on nails! She’s rude and doesn’t do quality work! Thank God for Brian!

These people are SCAMMERS do NOT spend your money with them, i came here two weeks ago for a delux pedi and a gel mani and was charged $85, today i came for a basic citris ped and gel mani and they charged me $100, and COULD NOT produce an itemized receipt nor proof of cost. When i explained to the lady that i was JUST HERE two weeks ago and got a BETTER service for less she simply scribbled notes on a piece of paper and tried to offer it as a receipt. I will more than happily pay for good and fair service, but to MAKE UP a new price and not be able to SHOW WHERE IT COMES FROM when I was JUST HERE TWO WEEKS AGO!!! Do not come here!!! Especially if you are a person of color, all they will do is try and SCAM YOU, and i feel sorry for the employees as it is most likely not their fault, rather the women at the front, but i will NEVER RETURN HERE.... TERRIBLE PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES....TERRIBLE ... and to top it off i just brought my friend whos a traveling nurse and they quoted her $55 for a pedicure but charged her $85 !!! I will never be back here!!! And i advise you take your time and find a business with fair business practices that do not price gauge with not proof!! If i could get them zero stars I would!

Not customer-friendly upon entrance.Nail tech left to attend to someone else and had me waiting in the middle of my service for a good while, then returned without a word about it and that felt rushed.Advice to management: create a better system so that your employees can finish one person’s service or have someone else step in if needed. This will also help your employees not feel rushed or look burnt out. I had to make friendly conversation because she seemed overwhelmed.Customer service training is also essential but employees also come first.

So I’ve been going here for pedicures on & off for a couple years, never had an issue. I finally decide to treat myself to a full set after about a year. The first pictures are of what I walked out with. The second pic is what I asked for. I went back the next day just after they opened. I spent the night before contemplating- I’m in the service industry & I’m used to biting my tongue. But I paid $65 for...what? To be embarrassed of my hands? The manager looked, was quite busy, but let me know they would get someone to fix them. The tech who did them, Q, walked in & the manager confronted him in front of me. He came up to me & asked me “what’s wrong with the nails?” Which I felt was super inappropriate but anyways, I told him what I had already told the manager “They’re low quality for what I paid. They’re lumpy, misshaped, & they look nothing like what I asked for.” He said “ok!” & walked away. Then I was assigned to another tech, I sure wish I remembered her name (Vivian maybe). From the beginning, she was very condescending. Told me they looked “exactly how they were supposed to”. ........????? I told her that’s not what I had asked for at all. So she, condescendingly, asked me “well then what DO you want??” So I showed her the picture...again. She said “he did them exactly how he was supposed to so I don’t understand. You have short nail beds so that’s how almond shape is going to look on you.” So I asked for another shape. Figured they couldn’t mess up a square. She walks away & a few seconds later the manager comes up to me & says “we have to do them exactly the same as yesterday or we have to charge you more for another shape” ???? What? I came back to get something DIFFERENT because you guys couldn’t execute what I asked for & now you’re going to charge me extra for something you messed up? “Ok then just do that shape but longer.” There were many more condescending remarks from the nail tech (Vivian?) about how I “chose the wrong color/shape/etc” & how it was basically my fault the nails looked “so ugly” (now she agrees they look messed up?). As she’s finishing up, she tells me “I can’t do the the design because you got them longer this time so I would have to charge you.” ????? I didn’t even argue I was so done. Did she realize how much of my own time was wasted by this experience? Basically, I felt bullied & ridiculed for some trash nails I paid $65 + a generous tip for. I silently let her finish, I had no more energy to argue or even stand up for myself. I’m not even going to provide a picture of the end result. They look fine, plain black. I walked out with no word & I will never be stepping foot into that establishment again.

My nail tech rushed through doing my nails. The gel didn’t dry properly in between layers because she kept hurrying me to take my hand from under the UV light before the timer was up. When she was done she touched my nail and said “oh it’s not dry” then proceeded to viciously rub my nail with alcohol and tell me she was done. Charged me $45 for a bumpy nail surface and dull shine. Not sure what the rush was. I wasn’t interested in arguing with her about it. I was very uncomfortable there. The guy who worked behind the desk appeared to be sick kept blowing his nose and not washing/sanitizing his hands afterwards. I was sitting next to the front desk. A few days later the gel on one of my nails completely fell off and it was wet polish underneath it. My money is just as green as everyone else’s in that place and I didn’t appreciate the lack of care. Let a white woman walk in and watch how they get their act together.

Nail services are fine but don’t bother making an appointment because they will still make you wait 30-45 minutes.

This place is awesome. It’s extremely professional and welcoming at all times. They really have great time management processes because I usually never wait more than 2 or 3 minutes. Kim does my manicure and pedicure and I just adore her. I get complimented on my manicure constantly. I’m in sales so I try to keep my hands neat and clean. 10 stars to this nail spa!!!

Came here for the first time today and my nail tech Tommy was amazing!! I got long coffin shaped nails with marble designs on a few and he did it perfectly even better than the reference picture. Everyone here is friendly as well. I would come back for sure just so Tommy can do my nails, oh and the wine!!!

I live in Louisiana and drive in twice a month for this place. The standard all employees are held to is So HIGH you can get any of them and will end up with great results. I would give 15 stars if it were an option.

Went with the gf yesterday. Ladies did a decent job but was clearly doing the bare minimum to not raise a complaint. Ladies engaged with each other and rarely spoke to us. Was only offered a drink at the beginning of the session. When it came to the massage portion of the session the ladies just rubbed the same spot in a repetitive motion. Nice place just the staff wasn’t into it.

Nail techs are good. Front desk could use a bit of “polishing”. At times, they come off quite rude.

My friend and I wanted our nails done. The receptionist was VERY rude when my friend and I entered and he barely acknowledged us. Also, he allowed another lady who didn’t have an appointment to go in front of us. When I asked, he cut me off and had a very terrible attitude. I will NEVER come back to this place again just because of this experience. I would rate them 0 stars unfortunately Google will not allow me.

Ive been coming to this nail spa for years, and to be honest I only come every once in a while to get ready for weddings, vacations, holidays etc. Ive had amazing experiences specifically with Mimi a nail tech that really takes her time and delivers unique and artistic designs. The past few times Ive been, however, have been super disappointing. It used to be incredible until the management changed and they had many new faces working there. I gave it a chance because of the convenience of walking in and its also very close to my house.I had an appointment with Mimi back in November for my engagement party, and I waited an entire hour past my appointment time and never got serviced by her. I panicked because my engagement party was within the next few hours and still had to go home and change/host my own party. So instead of getting beautiful and unique nails that I was willing to spend $$$ for, I settled for whatever artist would take me and I chose a simple nude almond shaped nail with tips and dip powder.During my party I broke a total of three nails doing simple things like opening a window, and a soda can. (Ive had long nails MANY times and I know how to be gentle with them) I actually could tell with the way they were being manicured during the service that they were a bit thinner than usual. I thought of it more as a courtesy to make my nails look more real than fake, but in the end they were so weak that I broke not one but THREE nails.They were nice enough to fix it for free the next day without charge, though!Last but not least-my most recent experience before leaving the country for Christmas, I came in for something pretty simple (I have attached photos of what I showed the artist and the finished product that I received)I asked for dip powder and they said they did not have time for dip at the moment so I settled for shellac instead. As I was getting my nails done I showed her what I wanted from the beginning and she said she was pretty confident she could do the look I wanted. I asked her about the color of the base of the glitter ombré (which was a pretty and translucent pink color that matched my nail beds) she said that they didnt have that color in shellac but they only had it in dip. So she gets up in frustration and she comes back with her manager and her manager panicking says I thought you said you want shellac not dip? Embarrassed I said Im sorry I just really like this particular color in the picture and she said she couldnt do it because etc etc. if you have something similar Im okay with that too. So then they both spoke to each other and I didnt understand what they were saying and she rushingly continued my service with a color that looked nothing like the picture and didnt add the white detail in the picture either. The glitter looked like a 13 year old sloppily painted just the tips of my nail...also when I went to my car I noticed there was dried shellac paint left over on my fingers that I had to peel off later... sloppy!!I paid $60+ dollars and I even emailed the manager to explain my situation and didnt get a response back.I truly did not want to leave a review like this for a place that Ive spoke so highly of in the past few years and Ive recommended several of my clients to them, but I cannot support this business anymore, and I will not be coming back. Also just wanting to give a heads up for anyone expecting a spectacular service for an important event that this salon may be a waste of your time as well as a decently large disappointment of your appearance and bank account matters to you.

This is the best place to get my nails done in Houston. My nails turn out feminine, dainty, and pretty. And I’m a bit figitty when I get my nails done but they are patient. They deserve my coins.

Can’t see myself going anywhere else! Stepped in about 2 years ago and have never looked back. I usually get a gel nail manicure and regular polish pedicure. Okay, for the gel nails, they have a ton of OPI and DND shades to choose from. Last time I went I found out they had a matte topcoat so I’m excited to try that next time! I’ve never heard of DND but surprisingly I tend to choose their colors because they’re always super trendy and have just about a million shades of each color. Also, when I’m choosing the color from the swatches, I also choose a color for my toes. Even though they’re gel colors, they also have just about every shade in the regular nail polish formulation. Saves me time versus having to sift through their ginormous selection of nail polish bottles which includes many different brands including OPI and Essie. I’ve also gotten solar nails here awhile back which they also do a great job at, but I just prefer the look of gel nails now. For my pedicure, I always choose the deluxe one because it’s only a few bucks more and you get more things done. You get to choose the scent for the leg/foot scrub (green tea and lavender ftw!) and there’s a super warming paraffin wax treatment for your feet I just absolutely love. I always just walk in and they’re able to get me in usually without a wait. There’s many different pedicure stations and a few manicure stations. They also offer you something to drink: bottled water, coffee, wine, champagne..you name it. They do have TVs but I’ve actually have never seen them turned on as they prefer to have music playing in the background which isn’t bothersome to me at all. So glad I live close and will keep coming back!

Had a great experience at citris! This was my first time going and loved it

Theyve always charged me $55. And then one day it was $70. I had the normal manicure that I always get. Even the same nail tech. And they told me no it has always been $70. Even though my bank account for the past 2 years that Ive been going there will tell you different. Shady. I wont be back. The place is so cheap that not once in the years Ive been going there have they ever turned on the TV. They have an unfinished wall for year that they refuse to just paint. Forget this place..

I then receive a card to schedule an appointment and guess what’s written on the card? “Walk-ins & appointments welcome” THEY WILL NEVER SEE A DIME FROM ME.

I love this nail salon. The service is great! I also think the quality of the mail application for regular polish is great because it lasts longer than other places Ive been to.

This place is awesome. Its super clean, and outside of holidays you can usually get a walk in without any problems. You can also call for an appointment if you know what time youll be there. Complimentary drinks, little gifts around the holidays, and quick service. All the technicians do a really good job listening to what you ask for. Definitely would recommend.

I am truly impressed and pleased with the service I have received here at Citris nail spa. I am in Houston on business and originally came here a month ago. I was impressed with the service I received so I returned on 21 August to bet a birthday mani/pedi. I had the pleasure of receiving my pedi from Tracy. She was very friendly, thorough, and detail oriented. I could not have asked for more. Unfortunately, due to my pigmented toe nails, it took 3 coats of polish to achieve the color I wanted. As a result the polish took longer than usual to dry and resulted in smearing and bleeding of the polish. I returned today 23 August to have it corrected. The customer service I received was again impeccable! Tracy was here and changed the color for me. Even though the issue was something out of both of our control, my pigmented toenails, she apologized to me for having to come back. I have never been more thankful to have found a business than I was today. I wish I lived in Houston because Citirs Nail Spa would be my go to salon. I have lived all over the U.S. and spent some time in Europe, Citris Nail Spa is in my Top 3! Thank you Tracy for a great experience.

It was my first visit and everything was great!! The first thing I noticed was the music was playing softly enough to where I can hear it but not too loud that I was over powering. I was greeted promptly and seated after a short five minute wait as a walk in. My pedicure was amazing and manicure as well. The ambiance was really nice. I was also offered something to drink before sitting down. I was offered water or green tea. I chose the green tea and it was served at the perfect temperature. My pedicure tech did a great job especially with the parafin wax, she got the temperature down perfectly before inserting my foot in the bag. Love love loved this place, will definitely be going back!

Found this place after my Tech of 10+ years took a much needed extended sabbatical. Ill never go anywhere else to get my nails and toes done! The place is extremely clean and the staff is SUPER friendly. Ive never seen/heard anyone complain or seem dissatisfied with their service, which is a good sign, for me. And, they offer light adult beverages: wine, mimosas, etc., as well as soft drinks. Parking is kinda tricky, because theyre in a strip with other businesses, but that truly is the only downfall!!

Hands down the best experience Ive ever had getting my nails done. At other places Ive had to wait over an hour to be waited on, but I walked in on a busy day and my friend and I were taken care of immediately. Everything about the experience was incredible, and on top of that I found the prices to be extremely reasonable. 100% my new go to for manicures and pedicures.

I love the services I received, best Nail salon by far. Staff are very experienced and knowledgable, able to make recommendations based on finger/nail shape and strengths and recommend latest and best color and fashion. Great at nail art too!!! I drive almost an hour to get there, it might be pricier but worth every penny. My Shellac pedicure lasts 6 weeks. :-) Shout out to Alice, Gisell, Jennifer and Cindy. Youre the best

New to town and had to find a salon to start using. Citris was my first try and I’ll definitely be back! Was pleasantly surprised how quick they got me in and out and still did a good job! There were a ton of employees and it was very streamlined. Very happy!!!

If I’m honest, the first time I came here it was merely because I live down the road, but now it’s my go-to salon! Everyone is very nice, they quickly accept walk-ins and they always perfect your manicure/pedicure to exactly what you want! Their color options are amazing and the prices are very fabulous!

I’m just in Houston for business & had a broken nail! Its all about 1st impressions so I needed a good fix on the fly. Danny was awesome!!! Super sweet & professional. I do dipping powder for my nails & he was awesome. My nails look natural & very pretty! I would recommend him to anyone.

I like this salon for weekday nail walk ins. I have never made an appointment and I am generally seated immediately. They communicate well and I have never had a problem with their Mani/pedi. Complimentary drink, mimosas are an option. If you arent trying to spend a ton, their basic pedicure package is still pleasant!

First time here and Danny did an amazing job! He was patient and made sure that I was satisfied with my nails.. highly recommend going to see him!

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and the nail techs are great, worth the price. Vivian is my go-to manicure girl though. However, making an appointment is pretty useless. Hasn’t always been this way but the last FIVE appointments I’ve made have not been honored and I had to wait. I like to make appointments so I get the girl I love but this last appointment when I showed up, the girl I was scheduled to have wasn’t even halfway done with her previous customer. Not happy about that and I had to wait over 45 min past my appointment time to get the manicure. What’s the point in making an appointment?

They do beautiful work BUT on three occasions Ive called in to check for a wait and was told there was none and showed up just to have to spend 2+ hours in their shop! Even with an appointment it doesnt seem like they can get it together and have you in and out. Never again! Plus the last time I was there they cut my skin with the electrical buffer thing!

The reviews i read do not do justice to this place. I have been their customer for a year now, and they do a good job. I never waited longer than 10 mins to be seated, for that reason i never even have to book an appointment. All the tools are sterilized after every customer and come in the sealed package. All files and buffers are one-time use only. They offer you a water or a glass of wine/champagne. A great selection of nail polishes in terms of colors and brands.

I have a great experience there. I beg to differ with the other review. Mike does my shellac refill great. I like that hes all business. I go there to relax, not to get my head talked off.My nails are short, maybe that can be a difference. Michelle is amazing. Very precise on the pedicure or when I have seen her do my friends mani.

Love my summer nails! I’m hoping they last! It was pricey but worth it! Only down sides was the nail tech did seem a little rushed in her process (probably because it was the end of the day). Also it was kind of dark because of the window shades and there was no lamps at the nail tables but it was a really nice, modern and relaxing atmosphere with complimentary drinks and music playing in the background. Since I was getting a color change, it was a mess everywhere and unfortunately we stayed with the dirty same towel the whole time. It wasn’t changed and I wasn’t prompted to wash my hands like other nail spas have me do after all the nail ash is everywhere or before the finishing shine layer is added. I would still probably return to give them another try though.

I have been here 3 or 4 times mainly because of the location. I will not be returning because of my most recent experience this week. I had a regular manicure and pedicure done by two different technicians. Neither one was friendly, and I am a friendly person who smiles so I thought that was weird. The pedicure technician argued with me on the color I wanted because she thought it was too light. After explaining that I still wanted a neutral color, she cut my big toe cuticle in multiple places and one place on my ring toe. Every time they would put the alcohol on afterwards, it stung so badly. The manicurist let alcohol drip all down my hand and arm, and then made it splatter on my clothes. The massage was horrible. My back was literally coming off of the chair it was so rough and I thought she was going to dislocate my finger joints. Literally the worst service Ive ever had, and when I left the person at the front counter didnt say thanks or goodbye. Horrible place!

I had been coming to Citrus for well over a year and had a good experience until today. I was greetly warmingly, however was treated poorly. I am a black female and my cousin and I were relegated to a corner of the shop to bowls which they filled with buckets of water. Even the other workers were shocked at what was taking place. I asked was the hot water not working and was told that the tank was smaller on the left side so they were doing this for everyone. However as other white customers walked in they were placed at stations, water ran into their tubs and no buckets of water brought to fill up their tubs. I feel disgusted to have been treated this way and for the managers and the workers to feel that this is acceptable. This should have never happened. I was a loyal customer until today. If you are a minority I would suggest spending your money else where. I am sure I was not the first to be treated this way and I will not be the last.

The nail salon was pretty and I was quick to get in. Unfortunately the service left something to be desired. It was as though I was an inconvenience to them. The woman doing my nails was very unprofessional and actually tried to scrape the old powder dip off of my nails with her nails instead of soaking them off.

I love this place. This is my go to place and I always go here with friends and treat them because this place is worth it. But I’ve had two terrible experiences so I guess I’m moving on. My usual is a dipping powder fake set. But 6 days ago I got a gel manicure bc I was giving my nails a break. and three days in the gel chipped so noticeably it looked like I got cheap nail polish from the dollar store. $60 dollars. Today, I go in to remedy it by asking if anything else would be better and they said dipping powder. Powder is fine. I received no manicure. My nails looked chalky and no lotion like my friend received. I asked and she said is that what I want. I said I wanted a manicure and she said “yeah that’s what you got. You”ll pay up front?” So whatever I pay. $55. This place is annoying now and $115 dollars later in the span of 6 days, I’m done and probably not coming back ✌️ my two week routine of coming here and getting my nails done and my friends is over

The one thing thats a deal breaker for me, is when a nail salon doesnt have a good shellac selection, this one has a LARGELY AWESOME selection, and I LOVE IT!! I keep my manicure very short and they do a superb job. So neat, clean, precise, and...they have wine 🍷!! Love you citris.

I came here again today and service was fantastic. I think their quality goes up when theyre not extremely packed, I recommend not going on weekends as this place has a large customer base. They do offer complimentary drinks and all items are sterilized. I drive very far to come here because theyre so sanitary compared to other places Ive been to. Will still be going to this location as my experiences here have mostly been beyond great.

They do great work. Just wish the massage portion was a bit better.

This is my go to place. Best pedicures, best nails (by Vi), and always so sweet and welcoming! They always hold their appointments and that stands them apart. Love it!

Multiple times Ive had a pedicure from this place. I am a huge fan. The massage chairs are awesome and they offer champagne. I have always gone in with an appointment and have never waited too long for service (max of 15 min). I would not go here without an appt since they are always super busy when I go. Maybe you could have luck on an of day and/or time though.

They have an excellent staff, exceptional customer service, and all the colors of the world to create glorious nails. The pedicures are therapeutic!

After moving downtown had a hard time finding a great nail salon with fair pricing until finding citris. They do high quality nails at reasonable prices! Always friendly!

I had a normal pedicure and shellac/gel manicure. Manicure chipped after 3 days and pedicure pushed back that same night. They said to come back but honestly, who has time to go twice in a week... I barely have time to go once every 6 months! And the fact that BOTH services were faulty makes me think going back isn’t going to make it better... and I paid 85$ for that!!! Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have been to this salon multiple times and they were great, but my last visit was not good at all. The person doing my manicure rushed through it and cut my cuticle on two different fingers. Now I have an infection in one of them. The worst part is that she did not even seem that concerned when she realized that she had cut me. Never again.

I have been going to this salon for 3 years and sent many of my friends here as well. Today I go in to get my nails done and a repair for a badly broken nail and they tell me they can’t fit me in! It was 4:15 and they closed at 6:00!!! I understand being busy, I own my own business but I’m a returning customer and tip at LEAST $20-$25 to EACH person when I go! You would think they would want to keep a loyal customer. I will not be returning. I guess it’s time to find a new nail salon!

This is my favorite nail place!! All of the technicians are AMAZING!! And it doesnt hurt that they offer wine, champagne, mimosas, etc while getting pampered! Highly recommend this nail place to everyone.

Im beyond disappointed. I had an appt and when I arrived was juggled between two people. This was my first time and I cant believe I still paid after such a horrible job. The tech didnt listen to what I wanted at all. She had a comment about the shape and length I wanted and did her own thing. She even complained about choosing The dip product just damages my nail and chips super fast. The color looked nothing like the one i selected and I couldnt have been more upset. I walked out without her even finishing. I would not recommend this place they are over priced and unprofessional.

I love citrus. Great prices and tons of technicians. Appointments are a good idea it gets very busy!

Would not recommend this place!! Staff was very rude! All I wanted was a basic pedicure. I came in after a long day at work not knowing the hours of business here and was greeted by Im guessing the manager and asked for a pedicure. She called out to Kim and she rudely said Really!! So I politely said never mind and walked out. Im in the hair industry and know what its like having to work all day on a Saturday. I would never treat any client like that. Needs new staff

Ive been coming here for years, and theyve always done a great job up until recently. I went in last Saturday - weekends are the worst - it was a bit rushed, my manicurist seemed to deem what length was better even tho I asked her to keep my real nails short. She did an OK job - not worth what I paid, however.The atmosphere is awesome on WEEKDAYS, not on weekends, its so active n everyones running around super rushed. Theres so much activity going on its almost awkward. The last time I came I wasnt amazed either but decided to give it shot again this past Saturday. The massage is not only rushed, but either barely done, or done too hard/strong. Theyre absolutely polite but the managers seem to push the techs too hard. Granted Ive never been cut or ever bled here, but its still too rushed.Im actually going to look for another place to go to from now on.

I guess if your a person of color dont waste your money or time going here. Soon as I walked in the workers made it obvious they dont prefer servicing people of color. No greeting, rushed service and shotty work. No thank you!
