I wont be back to this location Ever.. I was desperate & had a broken toe nail.. It was empty! Location is filled with lots of homeless, drug trafficking etc.. The 2 techs that was in there had no pleasance & seem like it was there very first day doing nails literally!! I still tip because it was still a service I had two different two nails & its disappointing but I will go redo it somewhere else..

Walked in at 6pm and they close at 7, lady that sits right close to the register was really rude, I was explaining to her that I had gotten dip on my nails and that I didnt like it and wanted to take it off, well I think she thought I wanted dip there and she rudely told me thats not dip thats gel and if you want dip then go back to the place you got them done. I told her I dont want dip I want you to remove it and want fresh new nails then she said she could do either refill or just take off because there was not enough time since they close at 7pm, well never again will I be going back. She hurt my nails and then put clear gel and did them all in a hurry and didnt even care if there was gel on my cuticle 😒

I called around to all the area shops prior to going here & was quoted $15 for a basic pedicure, $10 for a basic manicure, and $6 for an eyebrow wax, so it was going to cost me about $10 cheaper than the others. Being that Im on a budget, I decided to give them a try even though I read all the bad reviews. After I got there, there was a 15 min wait with only two other patrons in the salon. What I didnt like was that they give you a color wheel & ask you to pick a color & on it, it says that name brand color is $2 extra. It doesnt tell you which are name brand & which arent so Im sure they all are, so it cost me $2 for my toes & $2 for my fingers extra. They also charge extra for acrylics based on how long you want them. They did an ok job, just fee you to death so watch out for hidden costs. I got there at 5:45 & was done around closing time at 7 & felt rushed out of there so my nails didnt dry properly & a few got ruined. Also, Ive never seen a nail shop turn business away & they did around closing time.

My experience was amazing as always I have been coming here for a few years now and I have never had any issues they always do my nails very well and always to my liking I highly recommend you coming here Trinity is my nail tech whom I normally go to and she is always the best and has my nails on point

Took my grandma for a manicure and she left with a chunk of skin missing on her finger and she was still bleeding by the time the her nails were dry

First off it’s the real definition of what i asked for 💁🏾‍♀️ vs what i got 💁🏾‍♀️ i was basically an experiment because i’m sure the lady that did my nails has never done anything like it before and she should have told me that instead of acting like she knew what she was doing and made me pay $65 dollars for it. honey the shape and color was all the way off. also very much sure that i touched something dirty because that same exact day my body was feeling bad but the shop was already NOT looking covid ready. they were also in a rush, just calm down and take your time for people who are spending their money!

The lady rash us through. My husbands never goes and get his pedicure or nails manicure. But he said she did a very bad job. She over changed and did not give the service. Would NOT 🚫🚫 recommend to go there.

Trinity is the best in the shop, her nails always come out looking exactly what I ask for. Trinity or Helen, anybody else you’ll be sorry 2-4 days later..

I dont usually post negative reviews but this is ridiculous!!!! I went in for a refill and shellac Friday evening and this pic is Saturday morning. It was close to closing time so I guess I was a rush job...Im beyond ticked off...I will not return...

Deserves 0 stars. All I can say is, the ghetto!! I guess that is why I received the service I had gotten. Lady had her son “in training” on my nails and then she swamped out with him to finish. I’ve should’ve known better when she tried to cut the nails down with actual scissors smh!! I can not make this up. Had the nails for 3 weeks and they came off with ease. Please do not waste y’all time and money. This what I get for being cheap. $30 waste

Horrible service! Got my nails done on Monday by Trinity and they were lifting by Tuesday went back on Wednesday to let them know my nails were lifting and all they did was put nail glue on them and tell me come back in two weeks; now all nails are lifting to the point one even popped off after a week. They wouldn’t get a star but the review doesn’t allow it! SAVE YOUR TIME AND FIND A NICE NAIL SHOP ON A DECENT AREA!

You ask before they do your nails can they do a certain design, she told me yes. When she started to do my nails, she said I dont have that color that you want it, so she gave me a different color. Before she even started doing the design,try to make me pay for it before she even started. When she finished my nails it wasnt what I wanted. She told me well its not going to look like the picture that you wanted.

This place does not have a lot of tips to choose from and the price for a full set with polish was 22 dollars and that seems ok until the lady made my left hand nails longer than my right hand nails. They lady wanted to aurgue me down that they wasnt but I wish I could upload a pic of this botch job. First and last time at this place.

I usually go to get my nails done by Trinity. I cant speak on the other nail techs since theyve never done my nails before. Its been about a week and a half and they still look good!I always have a hard time deciding what to get because theres so many colors and choices, this time I let her decide and Im pleased with how they came out!

The first time I came here I made an appointment with Trinity. When i got there she wasn’t there and i think her mom was the one who did my nails. I asked if something could be done and she told me yes. When she started polishing it was something different then she let me know she couldn’t do what I asked. I was very upset considering she wasn’t even the person I booked the appointment with ! Then I tried to make an appointment with Trinity for the morning and she asked every question but never gave me a time. I had to text her the morning of just to not receive a response until hours later for her to tell me 5 when I specifically requested a morning appointment the day before. The unprofessionalism is really irritating. The work maybe good but its not worth going through ALL OF THIS!

The lady was doing my nails and she scaped my skin on my finger and i was bleeding and after i paid my money the next day my nails start coming off one by one each day .... I prefer you not to come here there trash and you are wasting your money you do better just getting your nails painted because honestly thats what they are. Almost good at ..

I do not recommend this nail shop to anyone. They are very rude & have horrible customer service. I spent over $50 here, brought a friend along who spent $80+ got shellac polish & it is literally PEELING OFF. I have never seen shellac polish peel even when it’s old. I called them & asked if I could come in on the weekend to get my nails fixed & the girl who answered told me I would be charged full price because it wasn’t within 3 days. I explained to her that I work 30 mins away & do not get off until 6:30, she replied there was nothing she could do. I then asked to speak with her mother & she laughed and said I was sadly mistaken if I thought her mother would be any nicer than her and since I was doing the most she would not fix my nails and hung up in my face. Never again will I give them service.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody for the fact that they arent clean, theyre disrespectful, and not patient at all. My sister got her nails done at this place and they werent taking there time on her nails and they were being really rough with her. Wouldnt recommend to no one tbh.

I was in the area & needed my nails done so I decided to stop here. It’s only been a week TODAY & 2 nails have broke off. Their nails DO NOT last! They do a rush job but you get what you pay for. My nailshop is higher but I can go 4 wks without a refill & none pop off. Will NOT be returning nor recommending this place. Go here if you wanna waste money.....

Unfortunately this place DOES NOT GET A STAR. This has to be the WORST place to get your nails done. Because the price is cheap DO NOT be fooled into going here. I went 2 days before Christmas and 3 days later my nail was lifting from the top of the nail. I called to ask if they would fix my nail cosidering it had not even been a week.When i got there the lady took the nail off and instead of doing the nail over, she took glue and put the nail back on then she did not even put it on straight. So now one nail looks like i need a fill while the other 9 nails look like a fresh set of PRESS ON NAILS. The lady said if i wanted the nail fixed correctly i would need to pay additional money to get it fixed. She was very rude and not to mention she has VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I strongly believe you should make sure you keep your customers happy that way they keep coming back. This was the 1st and last time i would ever go there. I wouldnt even bring my dog to this place to be groomed. Seems like all they want is money and thats why they do not have many customers.

Some were shaped wrong and werent the same length, they charged 39$ for acrylics that came off in a week and they were rushing so much that they forgot my clear polish on the top.

Okay so some woman did my nails and as they are coming off they are taking my real nail off and leaving them very choppy they hurt so much and the sizes wrong the same as the other hand the lady was very nice but in a rush and i don’t think i’ll go back

This place is absolutely horrible and the employees along with the manager are extremely disrespectful. They have no idea what customer service is and do not have any nail technicians that are of any good quality. I asked to get a simple shellac color on my nails and instead I received a lumpy polish job. When I asked the nail tech to remove the polish because I was not satisfied with the end result, she attempted to try and charge me extra. Not only that, but she ran outside to the parking lot with her phone and took a picture of my license plate in fear of me leaving without paying. As a woman of color, I took that personally because the problem was never the cost of service, but the quality of service. When I expressed the concern with the manager I immediately realized the conversation was going nowhere due to her lack of understanding as well. The male nail tech in the shop is also disrespectful and began yelling at me when I was trying to explain that I was not going to pay an additional fee to remove a less than mediocre job on the initial application of the shellac polish. This establishment is filled with unprofessional people and I will never go to this place again! The picture you see below is the nail tech who was rude and ran out to take a picture of my license plate. So I decided to return the favor. I hope they realize the way they are treating people is awful and change their ways.

Trinity is great I love my eyelashes & eyebrows. She gave me life!!! I drove 3 1/2hrs. To come back for touch ups 2xs.

It was 6:30pm on a Mothers Day that fell on a SUNDAY, and after I called around all over Houston...they were the only nail salon nice enough to take me at the last minute. Also my gel nails came out great! Thanks again for your help!

I got my nails done here and it was my first and last time. Within hours of me leaving I broke 2 nails. I went back to the store because I wanted my nails fixed. She told me I had to pay $6 to get them fixed so I was like why should I have to pay if I literally just payed them $30 for a full set. She said the lady that did my nails will be back Friday. I’m like ok so I ended up leaving mind u this was a Wednesday. I ended up breaking 2 more nails that day. By the time Friday came I had 4 nails to fix which took her a hour 1/2 to fix. I will not be goin back there because my nails have not stopped popping off since I’m now down to 6 nails 3 days later

This was the worse nail shop experience I’ve ever had. The nail tech was not friendly or inviting at all. Her attitude is very unprofessional for the business that she is in. In a matter of minutes she loss 2 first time customers with her rude and nasty attitude over having rhinestones to bejewel a nail and thereof her lack of skills to be able to execute a design that she handed to me when asked about designs. Then to top it off she while in the middle of getting my feet done and the discussion referencing designs she rudely told me twice I could go somewhere else and get a design done, that right there was enough for me I told the male who was doing my feet that after he put that coat of polish he could stop because I was leaving. (Mind you I went in for a refill on my nails and my feet to be done and only 1 service had been rendered thus far.) I paid for the services rendered via card and they charged me an extra $1 to use my card. Will I ever go back NOOOOOOOO!!!!! Would I ever recommend this place NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! This shop doesn’t even deserve that one star that you see I gave. The only reason they received it was due to the fact that I had to press at least one star in order to be able to post my comment. I wouldn’t even send an enemy here that’s how bad it is. Let me not mention the upkeep and cleanliness of this establishment was HORRIBLE!!!!! Upon walking in and seeing this that should have been my que to exit because they don’t even care to appease their clientele with a pleasant look atmosphere. The attitude accompanied the look, HONESTLY!!!!

This place totally sucks. Do not come here. I dont know what they thought a pedicure was but its not putting soap on my feet. They even painted my toenails with my flip flops on!! You get what ypu pay for.

Service was awful. Please do not come here. The nail tech filed mi nails down so muchI could have gotten a cut down! I requested that she thicken the sides with acrylic. She replied I would have to get a new set for that. She was rough, rude, and had an attitude!!!

SLOPPY SLOPPY!! It was my 1st time at this nail salon and last. I visited this location because of my sisters referral. I got Shellac polish. On day 2, my nails chipped. My real nail! This is my 2nd time getting Shellac nails and they didnt do that from the other salon. Quite the opposite. The Shellac actually made my nails stronger not weaker. While this shop managed to disappoint. On the day of, Amy (who is the owner) left my nails with bubbles. I had to go back and she acted as if she had an attitude, although I am the paying consumer. Amy is RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! There were like only 4ppl in the salon at the time, hardly busy, and she rushed thru my nails. Sloppy owner, sloppy work, old shop. Just overall a HORRIBLE NAIL SHOP EXPERIENCE. Avoid this place if you want quality treatment, service and overall experience.
