Ill start by saying that the atmosphere is really nice and the decor is very pretty. I found this place on Google as I live out of town and wanted to treat myself. I asked for a manicure and dip powder. They removed my old gel polish and did the dip for $43 dollars (No acrylics). There was no actual manicure done. I also had a deluxe pedicure done (I get them every 2 weeks at another place). If you have sensitive feet, this is not the place for you. I do not have sensitive feet and the person working on my nails made me bleed...twice. When it came time to pay and I asked about the lack of manicure, there was no understanding. My nails are cute (which is why I gave them 2 stars), but the process was far from relaxing.

When I walked in on yesterday August 25,2021 Every Employee had on their masks which is safe and I loved it..... i enjoyed myself this was my 1st time there nice place. Helen talked to me over the phone and when I got there, I walked through the door she recognized my voice and right away she sat me down for the services as I explain what I want it.. Hanna did my pedicure and i enjoyed it to the fullest she was putting me to sleep with her MAGIC HANDS.... it was quiet when I was there and relaxing music was playing a nice clean atmosphere and I had a glass of wine while getting my pedi and the massage chair was doing its thing.... I will be back again and I will bring my girlz.......Wear your masks and stay safe everyone!!!😷🍷🦶🤲 💺

I’ve driven pass many time so I was familiar with the location. I gave them a call today and booked a 2pm for dip manicure and a pedicure. I was seated in about 5 min and my service started a few min later. It was a nice experience Helen did my nails and eyebrow waxing and seemed to be the one in charge. Hannah did my deluxe pedicure. Both ladies did a great job! I will be returning. Pricing was also fair $107 total for all my services. Thanks ladies! The massage was awesome and my nails look fab!

I go to Henny for my dip powder nails and they are 5 star nails. She listens and pays attention to detail, she is gentle, my real nails are getting healthier and they LAST. They get 4 stars because could have better service from door to the actual nails getting done. Ive never been offered wine or coffee and I see others have according to reviews.

Stay Away!!! Had a horrible experience here yesterday. The person in charge who claims that she is not the manager did a manicure on me. She did the dip powder and she did it so rushed. I wanted to just get a normal nail polish, but she refused I get it. She did a terrible job on my nails and made them look so bulbous and thick with the dip powder. They did not look professionally done. It looked very bad and unnatural. I asked her to thin them out and she rudely told me that she is not done and it is my fault for asking for the dip to be done three times. I thought she was the professional and trusted her to know how to make them look good. She kept stopping to attend other clients walking through the door and she kept answering her phone and managing her staff in the middle of my manicure. She cut me multiple times with the electric round instrument to clean up the nail. She did not use sterile equipment either. No sterile equipment in sight. She had no idea what the word sterile meant when I asked her. Im so worried I will develop a disease from these cuts. She would not issue a refund and will not answer my calls for the refund. I am contacting the BBB. I had to go elsewhere to remove the dip powder that she did, because it looked terrible. She was so rude I did not feel comfortable asking her to remove it and I did not want to get cut anymore. Please stay away. Attached are photos from my cuts. Visiting Linhs Luxe Nails was a wonderful experience. They offered me wine and an opportunity to relax fully after a long day of travel. Unfortunately, I do not live in the area so I wont be returning unless Im back in Houston😑 why this salon is special: Helen ushered me right in for my last minute appointment showed the utmost professionalism and she was a pleasure to talk to. The nail color she suggested looks great on my feet and the pedicure she gave me is definitely going to look good for a long while. Derek did a FANTASTIC job on my almond-shaped dip nails- a service Id not experienced before today. They are a fantastic group of professionals there at Linhs. Thanks for the hospitality guys!!

I just try a new product call GelX and it look pretty nature and nice. All people work there is very friendly and professional. I really like it and will be return to see them again.

The nail tech was not very welcoming. I do not like the set she did on my nails and she was impatient and rude. The lady who performed my pedicure service though was very pleasant and attentive to details. The salon is beautiful and modern so if the nail tech had been more courteous and knowledgeable about the service I wanted they would have gotten a much better rating from me.

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to since i moved to Houston. The salon is nice, clean, and has a relaxing environment. This is one place I’ve been able to come to and anybody who works here can service me. I haven’t been disappointed at all. Very pleased with the professional staff and the services they provide.

Finally !!! heres a salon thats up to par, newly remodeled centrally located and some of the best nail techs Ive seen in a long time. First-time client and this wont be my last time. Lisa is very meticulous she took her time she was not rushed. I didnt feel pressured to be in a salon pressured because the next guest was waiting my nails are perfect cuticles arent all jacked up polish job is smooth. By the way this is Shellac.

Tommy did my pedicure and leg massage - AMAZING!! I’m in love with his technique!! Oh wait there’s more, the shoulder massage and slight back beating was just what I needed. I feel totally refreshed!!Helen did my powder dip manicure as well as greeted me upon arrival! She was very informative and a great manicurist!! I will be back today was a major splurge and I’m glad I chose to splurge with this place!!! Also the place is pleasing to the eye - relaxing ambiance!!

My mom and I visited Linh’s Luxe Nails for a manicure and pedicure. Wow! They were so friendly, their cleanliness is outstanding, and they have great time management! My gel nails look perfect, and my mom said this was the best pedicure she’s ever received! Definitely check them out; you won’t be disappointed!

This is the worse nail shop you could possibly go too. Not only was I cut really bad to the point I started bleeding and couldn’t wear shoes for 2 days. The staff is also very rude and messed up a basic manicure. And when told I didn’t like how they were done I was told that I didn’t know what I was talking bout. How dare someone say that to a paying customer. I will never return. These people don’t know what they are doing. Stop opening nail shops just for a quick buck.

I came in late in the day when the shop was busy but they still managed to fit me in. The young man who did the pedicure service was thorough and professional. The ambiance was lovely and relaxing. I’m glad Linh’s is close to my home; I definitely look forward to visiting again.

The ladies got me in immediately on a Monday afternoon without an appointment. The young woman who did my nails (dip) did an excellent job! Very clean and followed Covid 19 guidelines.

I used to do my nails at this shop with previous owner. Im happy to say the new owner has remodeled and upgraded all equipment in the shop. It is very clean and spacious. I was so relaxed yesterday I even took a nap.

I really liked them until it was check out time. My sister and I made it clear we wanted express pedicures and even pointed to it and this was spoken back and confirmed. At check out we were charged more for extra services provided during the pedicure that 1) we did not ask for, and 2) we were not aware of. They added on extras without our consent to bump the cost of service without full disclosure. It was sneaky and deceitful.

This nail salon was absolutely elegant. The owner seems to be very pleasant. The nail tech Tammy did an amazing job on my nails. She gave me exactly what I asked for. She made my nails look so natural and neat. Tammy even offered me something to drink. I left feeling well taken care. I will be back the next time I visit Houston. Thanks for your service.

Just got my manicure done for a wedding this weekend! Ill definitely be back again😍

So the shop itself is very nice and Helen, who did my nails and helps was great! My issue is my nails are not up to my standards AT ALL. While I was there I specifically asked for square nails, she did that but then rounded them in the end. I told her I never asked for that and wanted square and she tried to file them back but they look a mess! The shape is horrible, application isn’t really even. I was not staying another hour to get this fixed when I had things to do and paid $100 almost, just horrible honestly. Not going back. If you’re a shape girl like me you won’t like this.

I moved into the building upstairs this past summer during covid! I have been meaning to write a review for Linhs Luxe Nails thats right below my apartment complex on Kirby near the Reliant Stadium in Houston. Ive visited at least once a month since June and I have to say I am impressed each time with the professional service and staff. What I like the most about them besides the obvious cleanliness is that they have organic products, which I is hard to find in the nail salon near by. However, I tried the Linh Luxe Organic Pearl Pedicure and I fell in love with that it does to my feet. I am talking baby soft toes and heels ladies! They always do a thorough job with my toe cuticles which has been great since moving to Houston because the weather is soo warm here and I wear sandals often now.Recently I got red nails for the fall season and I love how the colors look on my hand. Sharing a photo below!Anyway, I just thought I share how much I love this salon!

I went to get a pedicure today. This was my first time there and linda did my pedicure. She was so patient and nice. Another lady was wonderful as well. She looked like a manager but overall the customer service was amazing!! I didnt feel rushed. They went above and beyond.

The quality of pedi and mani is topnotch compared with most other places in the greater Houston area. I did not like the tone of the owner/ manager of this place. First, we had to wait almost 2 hours after our appointment time and we were not acknowledged for the wait. Next, throughout the visit she sounded rude to other customers. Im just glad my nails turned out as expected but not sure Ill be going back here.

I made a visit to Linhs this morning for a pedicure and full set. The salon was beauty and everyone was really nice and professional. My nails and toes look absolutely amazing! Linh really took her time with my nails.

My last 3 pedicures there were not good. I decided to try again hoping that a different tech would do better. I paid over $90 for a mani-pedi each time. The last 2 were painful and yesterdays pedicure left cuts on my feet because the tech was so rough with the pumice. Without a refund for at least my last visit, I will not be back.

Im actually very disappointed to be writing this because my previous experience at this business was great. However, a common occurrence by the owner was trying to persuade me into purchasing other services in a very pushy way. I understand that she is trying to sell, but the manner in which she went about it was very pushy and it happened on multiple occasions. This was honestly not a big issue for me and I returned to this nail salon for the quality I received from the first visits. My main concern though is one that is completely unacceptable in my opinion. After my last visit, I noticed the transaction for my visit was more than what I had totaled on the receipt. This means that they manipulated the receipt and charged me for more than what I permitted by adding double to the tip! Let me say that I did in fact leave a tip and I have spent well enough at this establishment already that they should value me as a customer. This is unprofessional as a business and others need to be aware of this sneaky/sketchy behavior from Linhs Luxe Nails. It is not the money to me, it is the principle of integrity, value, and respect.

I stick to one nail polish color and brand and that is OPI Funny Bunny ...the all white polish. I love how when I walked into the salon and asked them if they had the color they knew immediately what I was talking about and got me seated in the massage chair. They did a great job with my nails! Definitely bring my friends the next time I visit!

Helen did a fantastic job on my nails! She took the time to make sure that they were perfect and I couldnt have asked for better service. I also got a pedicure and eyebrow wax during my visit and am super happy with both. The prices are reasonable given the exceptional service

Love this place! The salon is gorgeous and so comfortable to be in. They were very attentive, helpful, and didn’t give it a second thought when I changed my polish color. Manicurist gives great direction which makes the whole process very smooth. The pedicure massage was amazing and they even massaged my hands which like no other salons do anymore. The shellac manicure was quick but looked beautiful. My go-to place from now on!

Went in there Friday with my significant other. . never had a mani and pedi before but it was a great experience went in there about 10 am and had scheduled an appt. I believe it was Trish and linda? that had attended to me and some others had attended to my signifcant other. The manager checked up on us as well through out the entire appt. My signifcant other had gotten acrylic nails and polish as well. By the time we were done the manager was working on an appt of her on and very kindly told my girl to let her see the nails. The manager told us to come back another time so she could fix them up herself since she wasnt satisfied with her nails. When we had left she told me she told me she didnt like how the guy did het nails and that we definitely needed to go back and get them fixed. Had gone by and got them fixed yesterday before she went back home to go back to school and the saloon manger did her nails her self and apologized for the inconvience. For never having gotten a mani and pedi myself before it was truely an A+ experience and prices were great as well as well as the customer service from the staff especially from trish, linda, the young woman helping out my girl and the saloon manager thank you soo much.Cheers

Gave this new place a whirl today. I was pleased all the way around. The lady who did my pedicure did an awesome job without even a twinge of pain for me (I’m super sensitive so that’s rare). I may be the odd man out but I LOVE the fact they don’t have any TVs on the wall. The atmosphere was peaceful, quiet and utterly relaxing. I am totally going to make this my new nail home 😊💕

When I walked in I was greeted and assisted in a timely manner...water and adult beverages are served here...without me asking...(I know right) I met with two of the most professional nail and Mani techs.My manicure and pedicure came out nice and my feet feel like they were delivered from Amazon Prime...Visit them and tell them the little lady sent you:)

This is French dip powder. (Which was recommended). A tip was added for length. A waste of $$$$$$ and time. $80 before tip for pedicure and this. Pedicure was good. What makes it so fustrating is that I have a 6 weeks old at home and this was the only time I made for nails. And now I have to find even more time to get them fix. Really a waste of rare free time. So pissed. They were good with covid cleanness.

I came in about 5 minutes before closing for a eyebrow wax but will definitely return for other services. The place is very nice and clean. They play relaxing spa music which allows for spa like experience. One plus is that they have nail dryers, this is hard to find at many new salons anymore.

Love this nail salon, very chic and clean. They definitely follow Covid- 19 guidelines. There were tapes on the floor to administer the 6 feet a part rule. Linhs Luxe Nails is my new go to spot. I am telling you, the nail techs were very attentive to the nail shape that I wanted. I was greeted with a friendly gesture as I entered and offered a cold beverage. I saw them cleaning my spa chair with disinfectant solution prior to seating me... As soon as I was seated the staff asked that I wait until the water was full before I dipped my toes in, she told me it would be too cold it I placed it in the bowl immediately. They definitely took care of me and made sure the water was warm so that my toes could soak and relax, while the massage chairs were helping with the knots in my back. The salon played a mix of pop and 80s music which was soothing and nostalgic while getting your nails done, but also makes you want to dance. When I was done, the staff helped put on my sandals, offer me a hand to get out of the spa chair, and asked if I would like a beverage refill as I was waiting for my toes to dry. My toes came out great, and my shallac nails did too. You can definitely tell that they have trained their staff to deliver exception customer service in being attentive. I moved to the upper kirby area of Houston, and I havent really found a salon that I like this much and willing to write this much of a review for! So if you are by kirby/ rice village/ nrg/ medical center I definitely recommend Linhs Luxe Nails. Reasonable prices for the high quality, great atmosphere, and exceptional service offered! Will definitely come back!
