So far so good they never disappoint me I only come when I don’t feel like driving 30 minutes to my other nail place and waiting for so long. This place is only 5 min away I always get acrylic nails they stay one for about 1 month and I love that they don’t come up a lot and get stuck to my hair decent they always charge me $25.

I came in with my daughter, it was my first time getting my nails done and and my daughter and I had our first pedicure. They did great.

The shop, is clean, friendly staff, good service, the place is not to crowded( spaced out with furniture). they’ll let you see the powders & polishes that they have to offer, help you find the matching color from your inspiration, & will ask to show a picture.Went 30 mins before closing; my nail tech was fast, but at normal pace, & took her time too. Went for an Red Ombré look for the first time! & it turned out okay, but it didn’t fade out, not really noticeable. Still cute though.

I highly recommend Mrs Kim for pedicures she is the best in town. Great work !!!

You have to be super clear on yourinstructions and repetitive. I still got my nails done wrong.The FDA approved list is definitely ignored here BUT they have great prices.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed today and the women burned my skin with the wax. Now I have burns under my eyebrows. This has never happened to me before so I wouldn’t recommend this place for brows.

I’ve been coming to this place for quite a few years now and I understand that we are in hard times and prices change but it’s been multiple times that I’ve been coming recently to this place because they do a really good job but the thing is that they change the prices every single time I go so when I told him today I had an issue about that and I told her why is it that you’re always changing the prices when I come the prices are never a good onset and they don’t do the job they are supposed to They are very disrespectful and not polite

Its clean and you have to wear your mask. They are friendly and love the way they do my nails both acrylic and shellac.

Horrible Place went there about 1 week ago, they were Rude, rushing, pricey, and to top it off horrible job in my experience, nails were falling off about 4 days later not worth the $40. P.s They dont value First come first serve, Waited 40min outside till they opened once they opened I turn around and another girl who had just got there when they opened the door goes in front of me they take her first the Technician even says to me you got here early waited a long time but still took the other girl who skipped me up, Waited 40 more minutes till the lady took me after she finished(Pathetic) 😂

I love it here! The service is amazing, It is a long drive for me to get there but it is worth it. Lucy is super friendly. I went on a Friday, I was there before it opened and there was already a line forming so word of advice be ready to wait but I always say that that is a good sign.

Don’t buy a gift certificate from here . I bought one for my daughter and it got damaged . They won’t help me and say they don’t keep records . That’s part of being in business is keeping records it’s not my fault that they’re not doing the proper things!! My daughters been going to Helen for years so it’s very disappointing that we’ve spent thousands of dollars in the shop are you here and they’re going to lose a customer over $50 !!! They knew I had bought it for her for her birthday !!!I should’ve known when they just gave me a little baby piece of paper and stuck it in a plain white envelope . Hopefully by stealing my $50 they can go buy some real certificates and set up some type of record keeping ..... then again maybe they do this on purpose so that they can rip people off !!

Great service.. been coming here for 10yrs. For my pedicures.

This is the second time I come here and I always get the same lady, so I love her service. Shes the one usually wearing makeup, shes very nice and great at everything she does. The only reason I dont give them 5 stars is because I came in with my mom and she has very thin nails so she needed her old shellac soaked and taken off, but one of the males there didnt listen and took it off with the sanding/filing machine. Then he did her nails and left the old grown out shellac bottom line in her new shellac, and with a new tip, you can see the old line. He clearly didnt listen to her, which is one of my biggest pet peeves. For the price, the service is great. Cheapest shellac and pedicures Ive ever heard of for the great quality.

Good work, good prices, I love miss Kim. But if your hours of business are to close at 8pm. That means you take every customer that comes in before 8pm. Other wise up your hours.

I definitely will not come back, I gave them a design and they didnt know how to do it I change it for another and they did not know how to do it either so why do they do nails if they dont even know how to do the desings this is the WORST nail salon

Bad nail quality. Nails lasted less than a week and they didn’t want to help fix my nails for their lack of effort on my nails. Will never be coming back.

I got to this place at 6:30, 3 people walked in got their nails done before me. They started on me at 7:15 I was literally the only person left in the place... I asked for matte black nails received half shiny nails, because she kept making me take my hand out of the drying area before it was done because it was late and she was trying to go. they literally made me wait until the last minute then she rushed me and did a horrible job. I left the place at 8:50.....

I hate coming but I always end up coming back. Its such a long wait, this place has a lot of clientele and not a lot of staff. Be prepared to wait for more than an hour just to get a pedicure done!

Its been almost a month and my nails still havent chipped. Will be going to get them done again. Ms. Lucy was the one who did my Shellac. Only thing is that you have to get there early because they are always packed

Been a loyal customer for 8 years but their quality has gone down the drain. Got my nails done thursday and three nails fell off by Sunday. I went back and told them the problem and they told me to wait so the same person who did my nails could fix them. Why would I want the same person that messed up my nails in the first place to fix them? I will not be going back here.

Ive been coming here for years. I expect to get service in the order in which people arrive and that was not the case. Just when my pedicure was about to be done and I was next for a full set they decided that this lady that had just arrived was going to go before me. Im so upset I will not be returning to this place. Ill be taking by business some where else.

This place is ok. But when I got shallac done, 6 days later two are peeling off. And when I went to tell them they want to recharge $5 for each. They take no responsibility.

First and last time going here get my toes done this place was not sanitary at all .they dont even use clean or new tools at all as I sat in my chair waiting for a employees to help me say hi to roaches coming out of the chair I sat in they dont even know what a refill is either they dont even know how to do coffin nails not many polishes to pick from for pedicure you probably said they had werent that great-looking either they were all half empty

Theyre prices are cheap okay work but they really close at 7 not 8, theyll tell you if you can come back the next day so dont bother going after 7 even if theyre sign says open or that they close at 8pm

Only 3 chairs out of the 7 to do nails were being used I waited a whole hour just to get a one of my nails fixed.

Terrible service, they didnt have hot water in the massage chairs.

My full set was rushed and next day already lifting. I got a pedicure and it was the worst one ever. First and last time coming here. What a waste of money.

Bad experience, shelac work very fast and wrinkled the layers that Helen put and aside that I told her and she said that it was not over that I did not worry and just to accommodate the desatre put like 4 layers of top coat and I look very thick the nail 😔 I wont be back 😩 !!
