My mom is 88 years old, and a patient at Park Manor Nursing Home in Conroe TX. She was transferred to Park Manor after being in the hospital for 3 weeks, suffering from Renal failure, and now needing dialysis 3 days a week. Concord EMS was contracted to pick her up and transport her to Dialysis. They are dismal at best. Out of the last 3 times they were responsible for her transfer, TWICE they were TWO HOURS LATE picking her up after dialysis, and returning her to the nursing home...making her late for her medications, and nursing care. Today, they were TWO HOURS LATE, Picking her up from Park Manor, snd taking her to dialysis. Her appointment was at 10AM, and they didnt get her there until 12:30!!!They dont have any business transporting non emergency patients, much less elderly patients under constant care. I am appalled they are even in operation, with this level of inattention to care. of those who need them most.

I had a disturbing encounter with Conxord EMS truck #023. The weather was really bad and the roads where almost flooded. I past the EMS to make a right turn and evidently he was also making a right turn from the straight lane. Im sure his truck was splashed with a lot of water when pasted him, I was driving an 18 wheeler. When I checked my mirrors I saw the EMS going on the shoulder to past me, on a bridge, in the rain. I could have killed him if I had not been looking. He then gets in front of me and slows under 10 mph, in the rain, Im in a big truck.Road rage, he should not be driving an EMS.

Always on time

My husband is in a nursing home. They take him to dialysis Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. They are supposed to pick him up at 11:30 and are ALWAYS late. Usually 30 minutes late. This pushes everything late for when my husband returns. I would not recommend this service if you have to be somewhere at a certain time. Its certain that youll be late.Update: After speaking with the owner at the company, Ive been informed they give themselves a little extra leeway. I did let them know that it was inappropriate to mention my husbands name and to call me a liar in this post. And I was told that this would be addressed and corrected immediately. So with this information I am upgrading from 1 star to 4 stars.Update: This company has had ample time to remove my husbands name. Evidently violating HIPPA is OK with them. Ive filed a complaint on the HIPPA violation with the state. Due to this I wish I could give ZERO stars.Update: After speaking with the company again they have removed the comment and are handling the issue at hand. They sincerely apologized. Ive increased the star rating to a 3 for this reason.

At a 4 way in Liberty, Tx at about 4:20 pm today I almost got hit by a concord EMS that decided to not pay attention and pass the stop sign!!!! NO lights were on so that means no emergency! Then they had the nerve to look at me like I’m crazy and drive around me. Lucky me we were going the same direction that happens stop at a stop light. So while I was trying to take a picture I’m guessing they noticed and drove off! So there I go speeding off to catch up to the vehicle to get a plate number which is KXP-6780. Finally got a good number to call and made a report. Hopefully something gets done because the area where the incident happened is where a lot of little kids play. God forbid they do a hit and run!!! 🤬🤬😡

Not a good company to work for from my experience the owner Ms Broussard doesnt like minorities,also when transporting patients in wheelchair I saw them not securing the chair to the floor with all four straps and the supervisor Shawn is not any good lowdown as the rest of the management. Do your self a favor Look to another company for your employment or transportation needs or you will be kicking your self later

Watching an EMS van almost hit 7 different cars because he was texting and driving makes me wonder what else you let them get away with....50 mph on beltway 8 and so reckless I was fearing for MY life.
