This is run by crooks, avoid at all cost. Save your time and go to the other mailing center. Dont use them too for virtual or business address, the crook lady in the counter just charges your card without permission. Aside from that, they charge $4.00 per mail to pick up. Isnt that ridiculous! BUNCH OF CROOKS and SCAMMERS!!!!

I have worked with this Mail Center for almost 2 years. Angel has been an good partner and very willing to learn the Ipostal1 program and to serve her customers the best she possibly can. She is always there to advocate for them.

Absolutely terrible. I needed one copy that... I repeat... 1 COPY. I was charged almost 7 dollars because their system required my flash drive to be put into a computer to print the file. So naturally I was charged for 15 minutes of computer time, which was $4. If youre doing the math that still means I payed over 2 dollars for one copy (2 sheets of paper). When I asked the explanation for why the single copy was so expensive the employee pointed to a sign and was not at all concerned that it wasnt my fault their system required the computer to ferry the file to the printer. I dont normally do review, but this experience fell so short on the customer service scale it warranted some feedback. Instead of the 5 minute drive to Speedy Mail... Ill be making the 20 minute drive to Kinkos next time I need a copy.

INSURANCE HERE IS A SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE FROM THESE PEOPLE! FedEx nor this store will honor the insurance. We spent $180 for $3000 worth of coverage, the item was received broken and neither company would honor the claim. I am out my $180 for insurance and $225 in repairs! Both companies will just refer you to the other and nether one will honor their word. HORRIBLE
