Things have changed as for as laundromats in the last decade.Credit card machines attached to them. Your quality of drying clothing is based on how many quarters you have instead of time.0.50 cents use to get you 30 minutes dry time. You lucky if you get 10 minutes.Why do you have to be taken advantage of in small places. I understand they are trying to stay open and keep up with the big wigs...What gets the attention and business is being unique. If your prices are a little less than others, chances are you will make the money and more by staying humble in business to accompany the surrounding neighborhoods.If you (laundry mat) decide to revamp or open another allow the first one to continue to pay for the second one with increase in prices but not outrageously priced where people take their clothes home to finish drying by fan, sun, or air dry unless its by choice.This is my thoughts...

I would put 5 star but suppostly it opens at 8 in the morning so I came one morning but It was not open at that time, so I decided to wait couple minutes and so it became of 45 min waiting outside and I decided to leave and went to another place to wash but other than that I love it very peaceful there and plenty of washer to wash there 🤔.

Clean big location, never have any issues here. The neighborhood people are always nice to others. If you get a card with $20, they give you a few extra dollars.

I past a few different places but chose this place. Its always clean and maintained. The lady that works there is pretty nasty but I honestly have no reason to communicate with her. Im rating the establishment not the worker that could be replaced.

There was barely water coming in the machine I used half of my detergent with some pods so there was barely soap and he couldnt help me so he asked a customer what was my complaint he still couldnt help me dont go to this place the one by Food Town is way much better and they are always helping I came to this one because its closer by my house never again

The timers are not correct on their machines at this location. My washing machine said 30 minutes but only gave 24. I paid $7 for the largest machine but regret coming here.

Horrible place to go they dont let you wash alot of clothes and they want to apologize for not letting me wash there... Never going there again rude guy as well

Place is clean, however the lady in the front ruins the place for me . Every time I come it seems like she closes at different times, sometimes I feel its pretty much when shes ready to go home.Hours on the site say 8am-9pm . But thats never the case. I try not to come during the week but sometimes I just have to so I stop by after work. On the first occasion there was no problem I stayed till about 8pm . I stopped today got here at 6:25pm and she gives me this look and says you know I close at 7 right. I told her no I thought at 9 thats what the site says. She looks and says no its 7. There has been other times but this time it just really frustrated me . Also she has the shittiest attitude. I get it you might not like your job but come on man your work in a place where people come in and out all day long at least treat them nice and be helpful.

I normally come here and ever since day light saving they close early. I called and they said they close at 7pm because of the winter. That doesnt make a different. Lady is absolutely rude!

7 minutes for 50 cents dryer time. If you want to add time you have to pay the 50 cents again or the 75 cents on the large dryer. The woman is zero help and a million signs up of things you cant wash like pillows and on and on.

The place is always clean. But the lady that works there always has an nasty attitude and shes rude. After I use the money on my laundry card im going to find a new place. I like this place but the worker makes this place seem horrible. (3stars)This part of the review it much more up to date. I went here on Friday before the hurricane Harvey to wash for myself and my children in case we has to evacuate we would at least have clothes. The same worker locked and closed the door on us and would not let us wash. We only use the washers here and it would have only take 20 minutes to just wash our clothes. It was 8pm when we arrived and she closed and locked the doors on us. The business hours on the site and the partial one on the door of the business does say they close at 9pm. It has been a week since Harvey blew through town and we havent been able to wash...Hopefully they will be open. If they are Im using the money thats on my card I loaded.....and IM NEVER RETURNING TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN>>> 1 STARBTW The Owner is very nice, but the person he has working for him is a rude, mean, nasty, dishonest person. I wont return.

I have never been to a washateria that doesnt give you change very inconvenient never will I come back here!!! And on top of that it robs you you put more quarters in it doesnt give credit you the time really very disappointed!! Never coming back!!!

One star is about right! They close to early and the lady running the place is rude. Im here before 6pm and the sign said last wash 6pm...but the Close sign is already on the door! This must be a front for something else...They are closed when people need to wash and other washaterias are open!
