No card machine to get quarters and the convenient store next door wanted to charge a $2 fee for card transactions. No stars.

Its clean, the machines are functioning, the attendants are helpful and friendly. Best to go early in the morning. Afternoon is crowded. They are open 7 days a week.

You can only put a few pieces to wash if you want them to be clean and dry. I always have to dry my clothes twice which is $1.75 each time. Then I noticed my clothes were not washing properly either which also cause me to double wash them, so now I just drive next door to the laundromat and Im very pleased with their washers and dryers.

I have been going to this washateria for years. I have seen about 4 or 5 different owners come and go. The new owners bought the washateria about 5 or 6 months ago, and they are the best owners yet. This is what makes them the best. The washateria is ALWAYS clean. They repaired broken washers and dryers that have been broken for years! Added vending machines. Painted inside. They even help customers out with their clothes and they grab the doors for you if they are able to! Overall, the new owners gave this washateria a complete overhaul. Also, the hot water is actually hot! Im really impressed with the improvements the owners have made.

Started coming here a few months back and loved that they had so many machines so you did not have to wait. Spoke too soon as last weekend almost all of the top dryers were out of order or would not turn on due to overheating. A little maintenance would go al long way. Employees are always nice and helpful.

I come here often. Sometimes I use the Drop off service, most times I wash myself... I come here because the equipment is really good. Better than others and makes me feel like my clothes are actually clean

They closed the doors at 9.15 despite saying online closing time is 10pm. Second time was closed for no apparent reason early in the day. No number to call to ask What’s going on. Strange way to run a business.

Helpful and friendly

The prices are fairly cheap, I believe it is around $2 per wash (in small 2-3 load machines), and $0.25 per 8 minutes in the dryer.However, last wash is at 8. The place does not look very clean, the bathroom is not clean. It is not a comfortable place to leave your things or to sit around in.I would recommend a washeteria with similar prices, bigger machines, and better service near this location. It is called Huebsch. Very clean and lively place. They offer wash & fold as well as a lounging area, and a laundry card with no fees.

The lady who was at the front desk assisted me very helpfully and she was friendly too...yes the area is not quite well maintained but I was able to get my cloths cleaned and dry in less than 1 hour

Good but needs more seats for setting down.

I put a $10 bill in their coin dispenser seeking change to wash my clothes. The machine takes my bill and does not dispense any coins. I alert the attendant on duty there and she proceeded to accuse me of lying and made it seem like I had no money. I asked if I could have the mangers phone number to discuss what happened and she refused to provide it. It is safe to say this is my last trip to this location. I am now screwed out of my money with no way to prove anything. There are cameras in the building that my lawyers will be quickly getting a hold of. This was the worst experience I ever had.

They dont have enough water in the machines my clothes arent even all the way wet and they havent even been thru spin cycle

It appears wash and fold service is available here, but the attendant told me no when I came to drop laundry off. However, the machines work well and Overall decently clean place.

This place is a rip off. I paid $37 for a wash and fold, more than 1/2 the clothes were wet and 2 of my wife’s bras were ruined. So for my “inconvenience” they gave me $6 dollars back.

Great place to drop off your laudry, laudry service is superb. Clean and very nice lady at the counter, will use again!

For a business thats open, they never answer their phone. I have called several times and it goes to voicemail everytime.

There were many towels on the floor under washing machines all over the place. Trash cans were full and running over. Some machines were inoperable. Costly, compared to other washaterias in the area.

It gets busy in the afternoons/weekend evenings but go during the day & thetes plenty space.

A very dirty place and pessimistic attention.

Inadequate machines. Poor customer service. No accommodations for the disabled or little people. The bathroom is either out of order, has no toilet paper, or has mysterious liquid that you hope is only water on the floor inside it.
