First of all, I’ve been going to Genesis Health Clubs for about 6 years even before it was called genesis. I can honestly say out of all the clubs I have been to, the Liberty location is the best. When it comes to cleanliness, the way it is set up and the people that work there I give it an A+ Jason the manager is very professional, kind and friendly. He makes sure to greet all of the members when he has the opportunity. The front desk employees are also very friendly. I believe one of the employees name is “Kari”. She definitely deserves a raise. She is always on top of everything and goes above and beyond. I give Liberty Genesis a 10/10 keep it up guys.

I’ve been coming to Genesis in Liberty for about two years now, not once have we had a problem! I literally live three minutes from it, super convenient. It’s also now open 24 hours! Which is awesome when I dont have my daughter with me.The staff is awesome and always has a smile on their faces. My daughter is two and she loves going to the kid zone, they always remember her name and everyone is super good with her.They also have personal trainers if anyone ever has a question! 😊

I have been looking for a gym for quite a while and hadn’t found one I liked. I decided to try out Genesis with a friend of mine, and I was very impressed. The staff was super helpful and polite. I was pleased to find they had all the equipment I needed to target my workout goals. High tech and state of the art! I definitely recommend this gym to beginners all the way to advanced skill levels.

Genesis health club is an amazing gym!! The staff is always awesome and helpful if you need anything or have any questions. They always have a positive attitude when you first walk in and when you walk out like you’re best friends. The gym Has everything and more than you need to workout! I recently just got a membership here a couple weeks ago and so far I love it here! Even everyone around you (People working out) are always nice. It’s always clean and well kept up. Ive been coming to Genesis for a year now. I feel like Im apart of a family when I come in. The front desk is super nice and the girls always have a smile. Forgot your pre-workout, no worries ask Jason. Forgot a hair tie, no worries just ask Jason 😂. Every person that works here is super nice and helpful. Ive lost 38lbs since coming to Genesis. I feel like every person here has played some type of role in helping me become successful with getting the weight off. This gym is awesome! I have been here one other time before (which was still a great experience) but i love what they have done to the place. The staff is also very welcoming, helpful and kind. Ador Riak really stood out to me, i am sure without a doubt he is probably the best salesman there. I give this gym a 11/10 keep it up guys!

I really enjoy this gym and the staff is the best.Love the heavy bag and the mirrored room where I try to do most of my training.Then after I get my sweat on I sweat more in the sauna.So relaxing.

Genesis health club in Liberty is a phenomenal gym. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the club itself is always clean. There is plenty of equipment in the club when the place is busy that you are never waiting long to use something. The locker rooms and restroom are adequate for the gym as well. They have a child care room to watch little ones while you workout. I haven’t used that service so I can’t comment on it.

I had a previous bill from another location, who was attempting to take me to court to collect the balance, but Jason fought to have that bill dismissed. I wasnt always the easiest to deal with but he displayed a ton of patience along with a positive attitude. I really appreciate how hard he worked to keep me a member. Honestly if it werent for him Id have canceled my membership.

10/10 gym. Adding the deadlift platforms and power racks made their place feel like a real gym. Would recommend.

The staff is always really nice and friendly and help no problem asked when needed. It’s always clean and well kept up as well. Remodeling just got done and it looks great!

The gym has a great selection of equipment and It hardly has a big group during the day. Also, the staff is always friendly and helpful in answering any questions.

I joined Genesis about a month ago and Im loving it. I have a 4 month old baby and needed a gym with childcare and group fitness. The childcare has been great, the girls are all so sweet with my baby. The group fitness classes are really great, I go pretty much every morning at 9:30 and there is a different class every day. Im loving Group Power (weight class) and Cardio Strength Intervals. If youre looking for a gym Genesis is great!

I’m fairly new to here. I signed up for a membership AND decided I needed a life style change and I needed a personal trainer!! Gaby Carlisle has been wonderful, fun, easy to work with, encouraging, a cheerleader for me and everything a trainer should be. I’m so glad they had a female trainer for me and that her and I are a great match! She and the gym has helped me lose weight and also helped my social anxiety and PTSD. Before April 2021 I had not stepped foot in a gym since 2013 and I had not had fitness structure since the Army in 2008! Thank you Gaby!

I walked into Genesis Liberty and was greeted by helpful, knowledgeable staff from the second I walked in. I was given a tour and plenty of information right away and fell in love with the whole place before even starting my workout! My leg workout was killer at a place that was buzzing with positive energy all around me! I relaxed and stretched with a yoga class after my workout and felt like a million bucks when I left! Sore and tired for all the right reasons. I am so excited to join Genesis Liberty! Horrible company, lied to in order to get signed up. Worst customer service. Highly do not recommend going to this gym. Not worth the $55+ a month either. Go to lifetime 100% worth the extra money!

They have handled the COVID-19 pandemic very well requiring masks and encouraging the sanitation of equipment. They have very low rates on membership and also provide childcare. I will definitely renew my membership when the time comes.

I called to inquire about the cost of a membership. First I was transferred to a voicemail so I called back to explain that all I wanted was a price so I could shop around.It was explained To me that he couldn’t give me a price over the phone and I’d have to visit the location. I politely told him if that’s the way business here is done I won’t be needing there services and I was hung up on.BEWARE! Don’t give them a chance to push a high pressure sales pitch!

Member since this was Gold’s. Been happy with equipment selection and free weight area. Always kept clean and equipment in repair. Haven’t ever used any of the classes but there are a lot of them. Satisfied and meets my needs.

My family and I love working out here, they have a great variety of machines and free weights. The staff is always helpful and polite. It is also a very clean gym which is hard to find.

Definitely the best gym I’ve been to. Everything is clean, has all the amenities you could want, several locations all close together, and if you want to get a workout in at 3 in the morning then this is the place for you.

Gym equipment gets updated a lot. Generally not so crowded that you cant get on a machine. Like most gyms will get better post-pandemic. Lockers do need to be updated.

I love this gym so much! The teachers at the kid club are awesome and because of it my kids always look forward to going there. Anytime they have a birthday it’s on the calendar! Cheryl at the front desk literally makes my day every time I see her. She always has such great energy to get my workout started off right. I am there a lot, and I genuinely love all the people that work there. They care about their members, and are always willing to help in anyway. It’s become home to my family.

This is a gym I have came to Sporadically for many years now and have not had issues with. I am writing this review with a one star because during this pandemic and with wearing masks being enforced, At this gym it is obviously not enforced. Workers/ trainers don’t wear a mask let alone members here. I am so disappointed. This is the only gym in KC that I have gone to who workers are not heavily enforcing it with members. I came in with my husband and felt so uncomfortable. It’s safe to say I’m not coming back. WE ARE IN A FREAKING PANDEMIC! WEAR A DANG MASK!
