Best laundromat Ive ever visited. Its new. Very low prices for the great quality machines. Very well kept. The attendant went out of her way to inform customers of the machines. I love her. This laundromat will be my only.

I usually use their pick up and delivery service (amazing btw), but needed to go in with my mountain of laundry this time. The employees stay busy keeping this place clean and tidy. Plenty of washers a d dryers so you dont feel like you are on top of other customers. Forget anything? They have it all! Another great perk is that you can use the laundry card for all the vending machines too. Great way to use it up if you over estimate how much youll use.

I love this place. The employees are always keeping it clean and nice, I always see them wiping down everything, mopping and keeping it tidy.They have tons of washing machines and dryers. Also, theyre making renovations and have a nice new floor.One time I misplaced my glasses and they actually had them in their lost and found! I cant believe it. Theyre the best. When youre in a bind or if you just need to wash, this place is great. It is spacious with lots of washer and dryer options. Cleaner than most laundry places and its open 24 hours for moms like me that work very long shifts. The game room is fun for the kids and most the machines work. The owner is very kind and the workers will assist you quickly if something goes wrong. Not to mention if you use your card a certain amount of times you get free moneu loaded to it!

Unfortunately a washing machine decided that it did not like me, and took my money after giving me an error. First time here, so I thought I could reopen it and then close it and it would be good to go. No. It was not the right thing to do apparently. Luckily the nice lady with red hair working tonight helped me with the issue.Right before this happened one the clothing carts rolled as I was loading it and gave my car a nice scratch. Be mindful when loading into their carts that the side walk is slanted and the wheels on the carts will continue to roll.Only came here as it was open 24 hours. Its out of my way to come here but I do appreciate that they stay open the whole day. Decent place.Edit: Be careful of parking for some reason everyone thinks because the carts have plastic covering over them it means it wont scuff other peoples cars. Never coming here again. Rather wake up early and stay on my side of town.

I love these folks. The time and effort they save me is priceless. I tip them when I can, because, well these are the women who do my Laundry. It sorta implies a relationship.

They dont have free dryers like the other laundry mat I use, but they ARE open 24 hours. This is great for those of us who work late and are unable to do mornings. Ive never had anyone treat me unkindly here and I have not been hassled by a single panhandler. I wish the corner store was open 24 hours, but thats not too big of a deal. Free dryers on the other hand... Thats a big deal. I still like it, but...

Clean - they do wash and fold for 1.25 a pound! Always lots of staff around to help - if you need a really large washer / dryer or have issues with yours this is a great place.

This is the spot to do laundry. Love the 24 hour operation. The card system works well.I do think they should have better signage for the users. Especially what the symbols mean for the soap, bleach and softener.I think a good clean of all the washer and dispensaries wouldnt be to bad of an idea.As far as covid measures go. Id sanitize the door handle and buttons before starting.The mens bathroom was disgusting. There was soap water and paper towels but the toilet was just fill with #2 and overflowing.(Didnt touch, just needed to wash my hands)Once again. A favorite laundry mat, the only one I go to but needs a deep cleaning.

Dryers dont dry had tonuse it one twice then just put all of it in one big dry and had to pay again on that one too

Extremely clean! Excellent customer service. I believe they are noted for their laundry service. Wash dry AND fold. People were happy picking up their things. Obviously a good price for that service. Also. You pull out monies in increments of ten from a machine that converts your 💳 credit card or cash to their card for access to their machines. Yes. Totally coinless.There is a fee for the transferred money to card (I believe for the card as well)Even their detergent vending machine required the purchased card.As I mentioned totally coinless.Good machines. In the entire shop. Just 1 machine not working. And owner manager working on it whilst I were there.Chairs and bistro tables to sit outside on. Very niceAt the end of the strip center is a convience store.Across the street is a big ole Chase Bank.Lots of solid business around.

We used their services for three months and they were fast and efficient.

If I could leave no star I would. Dryers don’t dry well AT ALL, It’s to hot .. do not recommend

Good, clean place to do laundry, without the complexity of hotel laundry situations. Signage would improve the processes for first timers - like directing folks to buy a card to use to pay on machines, sizes and costs for washers, and how to load minutes on dryers

The prices arent too bad. You just load a card with money which makes it easy. The washing machine got my clothes clean. A few dryers werent working. The laundromat was pretty dirty and could use some tlc. But for the purpose of washing and drying it will get the job done.

They have a wide range on selections. You do have to pay 99 cents for a card to add your money into to use their machines.

11pm: not many people. Place was clean enough, machines operated. Im pleased. Using a card in 2020 just make sense instead of figuring out how to get enough quarters before doing laundry.

Everything went good. Didnt have any problems while I was in here taking care of my laundry. All the machines I used worked fine. The change machine worked, the vending machines worked. There wasnt any issues with the location or the employees who manage it. Got in there and got out quickly with no problems. Makes for a easy great day.

I dont even live on this side of town but I enjoy this place so much I gladly drive the extra milez if you havent been and you live close there facility is cleaner than any I have been to

I hate laundromats, but we are 1100 miles from home, so no choice. BUT, this one is clean, machines are well maintained and staff is there around the clock. Seems safe.

The laundry mat is ok. Prices are kind of high, and they dont single load washer. I do like the fact theyre open 24 though, thats legit.

Running three washers, then two dryers got me to the bus stop on Bissonnet in time to catch the last bus of the night. So even with the Monday-is-laundry-day crowd, there were plenty of available machines. However, the prices are horrible. $4.53 to wash (up to 30 pounds, but that wouldnt give you adequate agitation)? It cost me $20 and I only had shirts, socks and underwear. The floor tiles are cracked, the paint is dated..... The dryers need new lint baskets. The saving grace is that if I need a clean shirt at 4:30 a.m. I can run in and wash some at 1:15 a.m.

Well ran and provides top notch laundry service. Owners manage the business and have excellent people skills. Their employees have to love working for them. If it wasnt so far from my home Id definitely use their laundry.

Pros: Open 24 hours and ample availability of washers and dryers.Cons: Overpriced and run down facility.I spent a total of $20.00 to wash and dry 1 loaf of laundry and I said spent because they make you purchase a wash card in which the minimum load amt is $10.00 and it costs $8.00 to use the industrial sized washers. Dry sessions are only 8 minutes long versus your typical 35-45 minutes. Therefore, I had to re-load $10.00 more dollars to dry my laundry multiple times since the dry session is so fast. I would only recommend coming here if you have 1 load and in dire need of a laundry facility. I would recommend reaching out to a friend or family member before coming here, as it is way to expensive for a run down facility.

Very clean and neat. I work in Information technology so I liked the fact that I could pay for my wash with my android phone!! the place was neat and spacious. I saw different people from all walks of life, everyone was positive and nice! I do recommend this place! I had an issue with a wash and the manager was there and promptly assisted me. I will surely be back again to wash clothes here.

I have been here twice. The washateria is always clean. Attendant is around. Surprisingly the grounds are kept pretty clean too. The machines do not take change. You must use a prepaid laundry card which can be recharged at a self-service machine in the facility using cash or credit card. The 24-hour availablility is a big plus too because you never know when you might have a laundry emergency due to illness or one of the kids having an overnight accident. The cost of doing laundry has gone up so much in recent years. It had been four years when I went here the first time since I had been to a public laundry washing facility. These price increases have been going on everywhere though. This inflation in the cost of essential services really worries me. It is not a good sign.

My experience was good. I went on a Saturday night. There was people washing clothes but no attendee. One of the small washing machines didnt worked and I wasnt able to get a credit. The washers and dryers work well. The washateria was clean and it had vending machines.

Staff are super friendly, they have a TON of washers/dryers, a vending machine with detergent, softeners and dryer sheets, and vending machines with snacks/drinks while you wait. And it’s open 24 hours, so - win!

Bill changers & vending machines all working.After having a bad experience at a laundromat in/near the Heights, I drove to this location @ 5am, in conjunction with needing to be in the area at 7am. I was pleasantly surprised by all aspects of this facility. Glad I made the drive!

They have a good number of washer and driers, it is safe and the best thing is that is open late. All the laundromats by my area close around 9:30 at the latest, but this open is a 24 hr miracle. With the plus of having a taco truck outside.

I love how they have tables and chairs, a kids game room, and wifi. I was able to work on homework and knock out laundry at the same time. They have a card balance system. The washing machines are great, but the dryer machines you have to dry about 4 times before it’s decently dry. They have an awesome and helpful staff that exhibited excellent customer service. Be careful with kids and the floors. Some of the tile is taken out and anyone could easily trip and fall.

Extreamly helpful staff, I am new in town, found a very efficient cost effective service. Drop cloths of in the morning, receive a call they are all done ready for pick up in afternoon. Always perfectly done. Really appreciate the service.

Clean and open 24 hours. Machines mostly work, not a lot of out of order signs. Its also very well lit with a decent amount of people so it just feels safer than the wash area at my apartments.

I asked the African American gentleman if he works here. (This was at about 9:15pm today.) He answered no. Then, I asked him. Who is attending here? He answered with a question. What you need? After I told him what I needed, he when to help me and said that he had been working here for 8 years. I told him, I thought you said you didnt work here. He was even looking for anothere lady to help me who was supposed to be attending as well. After a while he apologized if he had said that he didnt work at this place. So sad that they dont seem too helpful😟. Train your workers with better customer service skills please.

I have been a customer for almost 4 years now and I love it! Great customer service, staff is always friendly and courteous. I love that its open 24hrs so to avoid a crowd on the weekends its my to go place. Hardly have any issues with machines not working. Always well kept and clean, great selection of machines. They are card operated and accept credit cards which is better than carrying coins in my opinion. A lot of folding tables and carts available and ample parking area, overall great place.

I always come here at least once a week.I usually come at night there is always an elderly homeless woman she usually just sits she does not bother no one. Tonight as i was waiting for my clothes to dry the lady was just sitting down outside a manager or owner arrived and immediately took a picture of her without consent and blurred out some words to her. I think that was really disrespectful on his part no one deserves to be treated in such a way regardless of their social economic. I would understand if the lady was creating chaos but she just needs a place to rest.

This is the ONLY place I will go wash our clothes at. Its always clean! The machines work great, Ive never had an issue with one not working. The dryers dry fast. The employees there take a lot of pride in maintaining it. Its a little pricier than some of the other laundry places but well worth a few extra cents on each maching. Always have plenty of machines that are ready for use

Its so GOOD to know there is a last resort if you need to wear a specific item of clothing the very next day.This place is so independent for the client with no need for employees, its so clean, and they even have a MESSAGE machine that I love to relax in while my clothes dry. Theres a corner store on the right if you want some of the condiments they dont already hold in their machines. It is a bit expensive but WORTH IT if you need immediate access to wash your clothes in YOUR OWN TIME. Some people are a bit sketchy there in not a very safe area so keep eyes open.

So. I visited this laundromat a few months ago. I looked it up after work as I needed uniforms for the next evening and the washer was fresh on the fritz. It was easy to find. Not far from work and ppl were still out at 1am. Household work is never done......woman or man. The customers present were pleasant. No loud music,trash about or otherwise. Everyone was helpful to the new comers. The wash card machine requires following directions and takes cash or card. They feature really large machines (still refrain from overloading). It has a cleaners inside not open except during regular business hours. There is a water machine that dispenses alkaline water but I didn’t try it. It’s spacious and has ample seating and folding space. If you’re ever in a pinch and can’t go during the day it’s a nice option. Oh. Forgot to mention the Local Hero Photos mounted around the top of the wall. Really nice touch. Thank you for your service Ladies and Gentlemen.

I like that this place is clean and Staff are very friendly. The only down for ME is the owner/manager. (Older African American male). He is always rude to me. I dont know if he thinks Im younger than what I am or what but he takes my basket like Im not even a person and said he would bring it back and didnt and he moved my laundry basket for some reason. I know I sound petty but its how I feel. And he never speaks. Ive noticed him speaking to others though. Hit why I gave 3 stars, professionalism goes a long way. But I would recommend this place

Over priced. You have to put a min of $10 on a new card with credit. I washed ONE load of laundry and had to put more money on to dry!! They are thieves! It should not have been more than el5. Its also horrible hot in there. They rip you off enough to use air conditioning. Never again, its just miserable to stand in there with the heat in Houston. Cheap owners, cheap machines, over priced by 2 and 3 times everyone ese with better facilities. Seems they cant afford their rent to charge like that and have no ac in the building

Large. Clean enough. You have to put money on cards to use machines. They do have a kid room with a few games and TV which was a nice touch. I say at table at entrance of said room in order to watch my daughter... She had fun.

This place is old, the machines hardly work, its always busy, the vending machine for soaps is waayyyy over priced, there is always homeless people sleeping on the benches and staring you down. I even went at 2 am and it was still packed with people. It just didnt feel safe.

Always keep very clean and the machines are ALWAYS kept in great working order. You can use quarters or paper currency to load the required laundry card. Buy the card once only and just load the amount of money into it that you thin youll need to use to get your laundry done with whether you just need to load a single dollar to $50.00. it accepts credit and debit cards for your laundry card reloads. Bellaire police station is just a few short blocks away so youll always feel safe doing business there.

I take my comforters to be laundered here and they have always done a great job. I did have one comforter come back with a different color but Mrs. Wanda went above and beyond to make it right. Great customer service from the owner and staff.

Great place for laundry. Was here late night / early morning. No waiting. Wash Cards cost 99cents, and are able to load with cash or credit card. Washer prices vary depending on temperature & cycle selected. Staff comes in about 6am or so.

Ive used this laundromat for one year now and it is the best that I have found in Houston. I do think some things can be improved though.-The Mens bathroom is not well taken care of. Broken soap dispenser(which I told staff about 3 month ago), and no aerator on the faucet so the faucet sprays everywhere and gets me wet.-The AC is not sufficient to keep the place within a reasonable temperature.Other than that, I have been pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and well maintained machines.

You have to buy a card from the card machine there to use the machines.

This is my first visit ever to a laundromat. I did quite a lot of research prior to my wife and I visiting this location. When we arrived, the place was very clean, and at the time we arrived (morning) there were plenty of machines. There was a slight learning curve to learning how to use the washers, but after asking, we got the hang of it. The dryers were a slight learning curve as well. A how-to sheet for first time users would be helpful. We asked two guys who provided different different instructions. My wife then said that we needed to ask a woman. That was how we got our answers! You dont pay with coins, rather a pre-paid card, similar to Dave and Busters. All in all we both really enjoyed our experience, felt very safe, and like that they have comfortable seating while you wait. They even have a place for the kids to play. I left one star off for the little bit of confusion with operating the machines, being newbies. We will definitely recommend this place!
