I came to spin express this morning and it was my first time here. The girl at the front desk I believe her name was Nayley she was such a big help! She assisted me through the whole process she was so sweet! The store was super clean and very shiny. I also noticed that she was very up beat and positive to everyone in the store. Overall great experience I will be back for sure!

This place is huge, doesnt look like it from the street. Plenty of seats, tables, carts etc. Prices are decent, we did 8 loads (w&d) for under $20. Cards are used here, not coins. Staff was constantly cleaning & thanked us upon leaving. The only downside, the dryer to washer ratio is way off. Plenty of washers, not as many dryers. The dryers are huge & worked really well though.

I keep coming to this place and I think is every nice the attendant of the store Junior was very helpful and cool over all I like this place and will definitely keep coming to wash my clothes 👍🏼

Very good customer service by a young lady named Katherine. This was my first time in the store and I didn’t know how to use the machines, but Katherine came up to me, walked me through how to use the machines and answered all of my questions. I’ll definitely be coming here to wash my clothes now.

I love this Washateria! It’s always clean and they serve popcorn. The one thing that really makes them stand out is their washing service. When my husband was in the hospital, I fell way behind and had to get my laundry washed. They separated everything by family member (without being asked) and type of clothing and tied a ribbon around each type of clothing so that when I got home I could just put them away easily. Everything smells so good it’s so organized and it was a reasonable price. Nothing but good things to say about this place. It’s also super kid friendly. There are games, TVs and wifi available. All staff is super helpful.

This place is nice but it has no AC walked in hotter then outside. I felt so bad for the employees. If you wanna sit in a sauna and wash at the same time this is for you! I will never come back!!!

Have a good experience every time I come here I enjoy the environment kid friendly people friendly, one of the workers(junior) even went out his way to bring my 6 yr old and my wife some popcorn. Service is great highly recommended.

Both employees Adrain and Veronica, are great and seem to always be on top of things when help is needed. My time is short but when I come by they’re kind enough to let me wash and dry. Keep it up.

Been here for the past couple weeks for the summer. I feel safe and clean here.Adrian has been nice and helpful the past few times Ive come in.

I always come here the place is amazing, great customer service the store is always clean. But it’s been 2 weeks since the a/c broke and every time you tel them something they say” there’s an ac guy coming in” . If you need to wash in a cool environment it’s not here .

I would give it five stars because its a wonderful place and they have their washers that are huge and then the dryers which are huge, and theres plenty for a multitude of people when it becomes crowded. The only thing I dont like in that very is from time to time and my reasoning for not giving that extra star is the staff. This isnt about all staff just so and Ive gone in several times with a particular two people working and just been way too much time taking selfies and being on their phone and people spend way too much time standing there waiting for them to look up and help them with whatever they need because they are the customers and they are at work. It stays relatively clean even when theyre on duty but Ive seen much better with people who are working that were more attentive to the place and to what was going on. Selfie here and there is okay but taking photo shoots while youre on your job is definitely a put off.

More than i was expecting! The place is clean, has a/c, isnt super packed, very modern and good customer service. Free popcorn! A cool kids corner to keep the little ones busy, another comfy section for adults to wait as well. You have to get a card, it works like a metro card, to use the machines (its free). The vending machines take cash too though. As a woman, i felt safe here. There werent any creeps and all the ppl were nice. When you register for your card, it comes with these perks like you get texts when your laundry is done and if you lose your card, they can cancel it for you. It looks small on the outsids but the building is deep so plenty of washers and dryers.

Washers wash terribly. They dont add hardly any water so the clothes NEVER come out clean. On top of that everything there cost more because you are paying for the environment of the more modern look and the fancy games on the wall.

Really like this place. Its big enough to social distance. Everything is electronic. I dont have to deal with having enough quarters. I like that it also has video games for the kids. If you ask them to clean it before, they will. Theres a tv in every direction. Always family friendly shows or music videos. What I absolutely love is that its always fresh. I hate having to be in a hot place when Im working/sweating. I need air! Lol

This place is really the best spot!!! You get a spin card to deposit money in and use on the washers and dryers. You no longer have to worry about dropping your coins or putting them in one by one in the washers. Very spacious, clean, and doesnt smell like sewer water when you go in. You can also sign up for text message notifications on when your loads are done, which is a plus. This place has really left me speechless. Oh, and when you use your spin card it also tells you your balance...I definitely recommend this spot.

Had always been satisfied with this place but today some boy with curly hair did not let me in the door at 8:58 I usually don’t fold my clothes I do it at home and I’m out the door at 9:55, I asked if he could please let me wash as it was the only time I had and he denied me access, this is really unsatisfying

Today was such a great day to go do laundry. I usually do weekends but today was totally different Paul who was attending the laundromat was very sweet and first one I seen actually clean the tables, washers, and the bathrooms. Very pleased hope you continue to do great services here. He made sure people were serviced .

Clean washers and facilities. I use baby detergent due to skin issues and this was a godsend. Moderately priced too.

I love this place!!!! As a single dad its hard to find places that make my kids feel welcomed as I do laundry. I love the staff and how katerin entertain the kids with the tablets. iv talked to her about some of my struggles as a single dad and I feel like iv made a friend. I always feel welcomed here.

Great machines but when it first opened it was so neat and clean now everytime I go its so dirty and not sanitized theres always mess on the floors and seats .
