If you want a professional, pleasant and patient jewelry buying experience, drive to Westheimer and Eldridge and walk into Kay Jewelers. Ask for Layla, if shes not there, ask for Wirda. These ladies worked with my fiance and I for a over a week, making sure they answered all our questions and going out of their way to help us, making sure we were happy! I wont shop anywhere else for jewelry! EVER!

I went to Kay’s to upgrade my ring and there was a salesman (I don’t remember her name but I believe it begins with a T) however she came off really friendly an knowledgeable about the rings and karats, so I trusted her and purchased a ring that I thought was 2k. After being told by family that I was wrong that I needed to go back and check I later realized that she had lied to me that it was 1 1/2 k. Long story short called and spoke with manager and he continues to tell me that I got a deal, WHAT I AM TELLING HIM IS THAT HE IS MISSING THE POINT. I didn’t get a good deal because I was lied to. I have been waiting to hear from the regional manager, however I’m still waiting. I guess it’s time to start tweeting the CEO of signet. Do not go to this location unless you wanna be lied to

We found the one! My experience with Mac our sales lady and the other lady there today was beyond what I expected! I was able to customize my ring with a larger stone on the perfect setting, exactly what I dreamed of! They were so kind and patient. Store manager was great help also!

In March we bought a wedding ring, a Movado smart watch, a diamond bracelet, and 5 sterling silver bridal party gift bracelets from this location. We bought extended warranties on everything. We came here today because the watch needs to be sized and repaired and 2 diamonds have already fallen out of the bracelet. Despite the fact that they are open for business, they claim to be unable (really just not willing) to honor their contract with us. If covid-19 isnt preventing them from still selling jewelry, then it shouldnt be preventing them from repairing it as they contracted to do.We will be filing a breach of contract lawsuit and suspending all payments on our goods until they are no longer in breach of they contract they signed.

I took a necklace to get my clasp fix and the lady kept asking me to create an account with Kays, I told her, I just want to get my necklace fix. I handed my necklace to her (necklace wasnt broken by that time) and when she was ready to measure my necklace half of my necklace was missing, the saleslady, she was asking where the other piece was and it was right at her desk. She told me, your necklace is broken and she tried blaming me for it.. She try charging me extra money to get the clasp and soldering my necklace together.. I handed my necklace in good conditions to her and she try blaming me for a mistake she did. I walked out the store with a broken clasp and a necklace.. If you see an Asian Salesperson run from her, she will break your jewelry and blame you for it.

The staff here knows there stuff, I have been going to them since they were in west oaks mall so I know Mac & Ava really well. If you want something that you see at another store go see them they will special order it for you just how you want it, I had a ring that I saw in white gold which I hate went and talked to Ava and she had it made for me at the same price and it was done pretty fast so it was custom for me. Go to their levian shows as well levian is pricey but it is fully protected except for the center stone and everything at what they call trunk sale ate all limited and exclusives. Nice store with excellent service..they also offer layaway and have a credit card and also deal with a credit company with not so perfect credit purchases you still need to be approved for it but you go home with the piece that same day so Happy shopping....

I would suggest never going here the customer service is horrible Ive paid cash for all my jewelry from them when I went in their the other day w one of my chain necklace that had a deffect on it I asked them if they would fix it I had cash in my pocket to pay them and they turned me down I dont believe in that Im a very honest person but thats OK I will never buy a piece of jewelry again....Ive bought rings from there for engagement and watches Im serious I will spend my cash else where I hope this place goes out of business for the way they treated me Ive spent to much cash there wow
