I was referred to the Dubin family by a stranger on an airplane, not the most ceremonious introduction, but an auspicious begining nonetheless. These fine folks know how to treat a customer. After looking around and getting pressured, with heavy pitches, I came to realize how much time I wasted elsewhere. The big guys had few loose diamonds available and they were overpriced for the quality. In just a little time with Jordan, I was educated, shown several loose diamonds, many rings and settings, not to mention, a catalog of custom rings that could be made quickly. I was so pleased I was pointed to them. They were able to turn around the ring quickly, I got more for my money and they even had a 0% finance option, which helped. Not pretentious, no big showroom and when they work hand-in-hand with you, you are not dragged into an office or corner and pressured. They actually talked me down from spending too much. So pleased!
