My first experience with this store. I dropped my GMT for maintenance and repairs, never had anything like this done to my watch since I bought it new. They call me 3 weeks later instead of 5 and told me my watch was ready to be picked up. That day when I picked it up, it looked brand new, shinning as the first day I got it. Judith did a great job, professional and kind, helped me and walked me through the process and showed me what they did, in addition, she also educated me on the new models on line. I recommend this place to have your Rolex serviced. Love to have it back, the problem is I dont want to wear it because I dont want to scratch the oyster dual tone band. I have been to a lot of stores in Houston, but never received a customer service as good as this store!! I walked in to cut my metal bracelet and they completed the job with such hospitality. General Manager David is the best. He deserves every level of respect for treating a customer so well. Peter is highly skilled and helped in cutting the metal bracelet. Thanks to everyone in the store who were so welcoming in every way. I thank David a lot, and I wish if every store/ general manager in this world is atleast half as good as David. Five Stars.

This place is trash, take your money elsewhere. Ive been to ADs in different states for Rolex, Hublot, Panerai, Omega, Breitling etc., and gotten better service every time than at this Mom & Pop empty dump.I bring in a Rolex and extra links to add on. Of course they have no watches in stock but then ask me stupid questions about where I got it and how much I paid.... None of your business especially since you wont even add links for me. They said $25(!?!?) because I didnt buy from them. Well if you had stock Id buy. So they try to nickle & dime potential clients in the meantime.

Bought both my special lady and myself a rolex here and very very happy. Not only was it in stock but the way some other stores made me feel foolish. I was very hurt. Yes I have traditional jewish ware but can still have nice watch.

Great place and friendly staff, glad we did business with them. My salesperson, Brittany Ellis, was extremely kind and helpful. To begin with, she was very attentive when taking my phone call, and I could not ask for better customer service when I arrived. The owner was also attentive and kind, he took the time to listen. I’m very happy with the purchase, I appreciate the detail of the gifts I received, and certainly I will go back whether to service my watches or for future purchases.I hope my wife gets surprised!LOL

I really need to go in for a watch battery. However, the last time I went over a year ago they made me feel so uncomfortable even though I have 2 Philip Stein watches that I’d also ove to have adjusted because I live in the area, they just seem to prejudge you based on how you look so I will more than likely have to go elsewhere to receive quality service in an atmosphere that is more open and receptive to African American customers. I’m so sad because I wanted to give them another chance, I’m not so sure after seeing the review on how they treated a customer wearing yoga pants, which is exactly what I had on after a Saturday morning exercise class when I visited a year ago. Please, please try to treat potential customers of color better and refrain from having you security officer and other team members stare them down and stay so close. I noticed the customer before me experienced none of what I had to endure.

IW Marks has always been great to me. Very professional and patient, i highly recommend them. I have purchased 2 rolexs from them. And they will be my 1st choice for all future purchases.Im in construction and hispanic and every time i have visited i have been in dusty boots and work jeans and have never felt discriminated against.

When my custom wedding ring was ruined by a different jeweler, I went to IW Marks and came out with the ring of my dreams. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Over twenty years later, when my son asked me to recommend a jeweler for the engagement ring for his love, I didnt hesitate, and IW Marks didnt disappoint. He got the one-of-a-kind ring he had envisioned, and the experience of selecting and customizing the ring was one of the most magical times I have spent with any of my children. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Houston.

Love this place and the people! I came in with an idea of a necklace that I could give to my friend as a graduation present. Brad listened to my ideas and offered some of his own. The end result was exactly what I pictured and was so reasonably priced! I was expecting a much larger price tag for a custom piece of jewelry! Love everything about this place!

After 13 years of marriage, my wedding ring became too small (I wont say it was the other way around!). Since my ring has two layers of white-gold on bottom and yellow-gold on top, I was concerned resizing would be difficult if not impossible. I just let it sit in a drawer for the last year and finally decided I would get it repaired.I went to IW Marks on my lunch-break and was immediately greeted with a friendly worker behind the counter. I showed her my ring and at first, she was hesitant, but said she would still check with the jewelers. She measured the existing size of my ring and measured my ring-finger. Surprisingly, my finger grew (I mean my ring shrunk) 1 1/2 sizes.About 30 minutes later, even with such a large resize, the jewelers finished resizing my ring, and shined it up like new. They even re-engraved the date and I love you back inside the ring without additional charge.Thank you IW Marks for making what I thought would be a painful experience into an exciting one! Im able to wear my ring again! The can-do attitude and excellent service you provided is most appreciated!

IW Marks Jewelers, the owner, and the name of the store is a wonderful place to shop. In the LES, I thought it was another place where I had to pay to touch the display items. Not so. Prices are amazingly reasonable. Their pieces are edgy and unique. The jewelry, made by IW Marks Jewelers was beautiful and elegantly playful. Support local.

I absolutely rave about the service my (now fiance) and I received. This father son duo provides a very personal shopping experience. The ring that they created for us is stunning! We will be making all of our jewelry purchases from IW from now on.

I absolutely love the custom ring I had done here. However, I have had an ongoing issue with diamonds from the band falling out. When they “fix” it there are flaws to the metal of the ring that you can visibly see. I’ve even been asked before if there was something wrong with it.Very unhappy with the durability of this ring and the way the issues were “fixed” and not in a timely manner I might add.

I finally came in over the weekend, after speaking with Trung over the phone about a particular watch Im looking for. We werent able to get it in time for our wedding, but now the time is right. IW doesnt currently have it in stock, but Trung is on the lookout and has my information. His customer service is excellent, and he made myself and my wife feel very special in our time there. I look forward to Trung finding my watch for me, and becoming longtime customers of IW Marks.

I LOVED it here, everybody was so nice and helpful. I would come back here in a heartbeat! The doorman even asked if I wanted my picture taken in front of the store after I was done shopping :)

Horrible experience!!!They do not deserve even a star... I would never go back to IW Marks Jewelers again. Joanna Marks and Brad Marks are so rude with clients and non-clients. What they think?? Ha!! I am not going to spend my money just to be greeted by a couple of Losers with a sarcastic and rude demeanor.They make boring events in their jewelry and they call to the press just because they do not sell anything. I do not know even how they are still open. If you want good jewels, IW Marks is not the right place.

Went to visit store and they did not have the watch that I wanted in stock, but stated that could place an order for the watch.As a result, I left my name and number with Kaylee,store representative, to give me a call with the status of watch.No one never called!They made it abubdantly clear that they didnt want my business for whatever reason??? I purchased the watch the next day @Lewis Jewelry, Clear Lake area..Very respectable non- judgemental business.😑

This is a nice store with beautiful displays. I asked about having a custom ring made and having a wedding band resized, but I found better options at other jewelers.

Crooks! Crooks! Crooks! I would try to avoid this place like the plague, ESPECIALLY if you have a trade-up!! Yes, even if its from them AND you have the original receipt! My fiancé and I had gone in to look at rings and my mother had given us a wedding ring she had received from them, with the original receipt. We were able to find a diamond and setting that she loved and was well over double the $4,000 credit we were suppose to receive with the ring we have been given. Not knowing if we were going to buy anything or not the sales lady we dealt with was able to get us a deal that significantly lowered the price. Once the lower prices were given to me I still had to think it over, but my fiancé loved it so I finally said we would take the ring after all, at which point I mentioned the trade in. All hell broke loose after that moment. Our sales lady rudely stopped us and said that we could not possibly do a trade in since we hadnt mentioned it FIRST. The reason being that they would not have quoted us that low of a price had they known we had a trade in. Umm, isnt that the point of a TRADE-UP, that comes directly from YOU! We were rudely given the run around until they finally agreed to only honor $1,500 of the rings value according to them. We left and never looked back. They were apparently very angry with me for catching them in their scheme to screw all people over, previous client and future ones as well.

This place is for rich white people, not for common people. I will never come here again. This place is pricy! Jewelry should not be this high for jewelry. They mark up jewelry by at least 300%.

If you want a Rolex this is the place in Houston. I am a young guy and this is the first Authorized Dealer that actually took the time to show me the watches, and took me seriously as a buyer.Will keep going back to buy more watches from them.
