I went into this location today because my husband ordered me some earrings online. I can appreciate having to buzz in to get in the store and hand sanitizer all over the counters. The lady that let us in the store off the rip acted as if she was in a hurry.. I didn’t catch her name but she had dark hair on her shoulders, thin build with a two piece black suit on with heels. She helped my husband with his order.. while she was doing so I asked her where I could I get my ring cleaned.. she replied “over there “looking in the direction of the area where there was a sign to repair jewelry. I walked over.. no one was at the counter and the persons behind the glass never tried to get up and assist. When this lady finished with my husband.. she looked right over at me knowing I was standing and wanting to get my ring cleaned and she never attempted to assist and turned around and walked back in the opposite direction. I glanced at some rings while we were on our way out the store and here comes Mrs. Cynthia. Very sweet and professional.. she cleaned my rings and also added me to my husband’s account for future purchases. I am recently married and today was our second purchase from Jared since my wedding in October 2020. I think it is absolutely ridiculous to have unprofessional and rude people working in retail that serves the customer. I gave this review three stars and ONLY because of my experience with Cynthia. My money and time are important and I if I ever decide to return or refer anyone in the area.. it will absolutely be to do business with Cynthia. Whoever this lady was working there... please be certain to advise her that CUSTOMER SERVICE is EVERYTHING!!! If you don’t like your job, quit. An experience with someone like Cynthia travels a long way and an experience with the one I had with the first lady will travel even further with a bad experience.

Ive gotten my promise ring, wedding ring, necklaces, and diamond bracelet. Plus whenever I needed fixing on my rings from exercising or a fixing on my necklace due to our son pulling on it as a baby-they made it right! I can recall going in for my inspection on my platinum wedding ring and thank God I did bc it literally was going to break due to excessive wear and tear. Jared jewelers are truly knowledgeable and treat you like royalty. Love it wouldnt go anywhere else! Get the warranty its worth every penny!!

This place needs a new manager! Bought my wife’s wedding ring here 15 years ago. She takes it in every 6 months for cleaning and adjusting to keep the warranty in tact and they redo the rhodium. So this time they said they would keep the ring 5 to 7 business days. Always did same day service. Took to Sugarland store and the good old 1 day service. Kudos to Sugarland location. Avoid this Katy Freeway location. Too big to fail? Fire the manager now!
Came into get my jewelry cleaned. Mati greeted us when we walked in. She assisted us with getting our jewelry cleaned. Great customer service and we were assisted very fast. I would definitely recommend coming in and seeing Mati for your all your jewelry needs.

In April 2018 my husband bought my Natalie K engagement ring from Jared and it’s absolutely gorgeous. We came back last weekend for my band and Jennifer was amazing she helped me with my band, fix a ring that took shape to my finger and had them shorten a bracelet. She was amazing the entire time and I will continue to work with her for anything in the future.
This is a great place to shop for jewelry and watches. Diego is truly a watch expert not only knowledgeable but also very professional and courteous. I highly recommend him as well as the store overall! Great work!
Was just down the street at another jewelry store, received terrible service, and came to Jared. I was welcomed in immediately, even though I was upfront about only needing some quick advice. I was helped, looked at some wedding bands and was on my way. Great service even when youre not purchasing anything is the hallmark of a great store and I will definitely be back and recommend to others!

Took my ring to get cleaned yesterday, and we had previously taken it to get inspected and previously we were so rushed we never got an email confirmation! Last night Alma was super thorough very helpful and informative great at what she does. I would recommend to ask for Alma for any questions. Excellent customer service, wish the rest of the team was as thorough as her!

Went in with my 2 younger sisters, just wanting to exchange a ring and bracelet for another size, they were purchased online. As soon as we walked in one of the associate look at us confused. We let her know what were there for she says, we dont sell pandora. She was very short with us and wasnt nice at all. We provide the Jared shipping label and ask what can be done if we purchased the items online since the website said to go to a Jared location for more size options and she just dismisses the question and shrugs at us and says What do you want me to do about it? I dont know, maybe at the very least tell us what Jared locations sell Pandora. Very unprofessional and condincending, wasnt like she was busy being as we were the only customers in the store. This was my first time at a Jared location and I dont think well be returning.
My Fiancé and I came to this location recently and Phillip helped us. I told him exactly what style I wanted while my Fiancé gave him the dollar amount. The very first ring he pulled was the one I fell in love with, the moment I saw it I knew that was my ring. He really listened to us. Ive recommended him to all of my friends and now to all of you. I have been going to this location for at least 6-7 years. They keep my wedding ring looking like it is new. The protection plan is worth every penny and I faithfully go ever 6 months. They recently replaced half my shank. They did accidentally size it wrong, but corrected it quickly.
Great customer service, no pushy salesman, they sell you what you want and never try to up-sale you or push nicer more expensive items, offer alternatives and look for coupons or discount options. Memorial City Mall location in Houston is the BEST. that location has an excellent management team.

Each and every time thorough inspection if myself and items brought in for cleaning and repair. It never fails what could easily be a short stop turns into a 15 minutes or 30 minute at times wait.

Wasnt a great experience. My friend and I walked in (obviously on the way to the gym) but looking to purchase an engagement ring and we were completely ignored. A sales rep actually walked right past us to help an older lady that walked in the door a few minutes behind us. It was the only place we went to that felt like we were out of place. Wouldnt recommend to any of my people wanting to buy jewelry.
Customer service and quick work is key and these guys have both, along with a big selection of unique pieces. I shopped at all the other commercial jewelry stores in the mall and wont go anywhere else but Jared now that Ive been here. Ask for Orlando or Michael.

Great service from this employee.*** I do want to point out to avoid getting service from employee ((Mati or Moti)). My experience with her services wasnt so great. Im not sure if I caught her in the end of the day close to closing but I felt rush and it seemed she didnt care about my conerns when I had questions about my order. I would avoid being attended by her and recommend choosing someone else that cares.

I had my fiancees engagement ring set here and they did a great job. We both came back a few months later to pick out wedding bands and had a great customer experience and service. The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable and patient as we tried on different bands. Prices are as expected. Will definitely come back for future purchases and maintenance of our jewelry.

My wife and I have been customers since they opened the store many years ago. Today, I took a watch which was bought at the store to have the battery changed. I was told that they do not change batteries and that they would have to send it to the manufacturer. This would take 3 weeks. Ridiculous, because several years ago, they changed my watch battery while I waited. I took it to the mall and had it changed in 5 minutes.
Got my ring from here. They didnt have the ring I wanted initially but when I told them about what I wanted they special ordered it for me and I love it so much! Years later we got me husbands new wedding band here and they engraved it for me without my husband knowing and he was so surprised. Great service there every time I go!
Kay Jewelers sent my engagement ring and two wedding bands here for rhodium plating and fixing a prong on engagement setting. Supposedly, item was shipped back to the Kay in the mall, but it never arrived. Still getting the run-around from Kay and Jared said package containing rings was shipped.Watch out, because they lost all three of mine. Next, it could be yours. Also owned by Signet Jewelers who has been in news for diamond switching.

Me and my boyfriend went into the Memorial City Location on January 2, 2017 to look for engagement rings. Maybe I was still floating on a high from the awesome customer service and care that I received from Helzberg and Ben Bridge, but the service we got at Jared just left me upset and ready to end the ring shopping and go home. A very cheerful looking Asian lady approached us after a few minutes and she seemed pretty nice, until her bad attitude seeped out of her pores. She asked what type of rings I like. I told her a very detailed gallery was very important to me. She looked at me as if she was confused and forcefully corrected me saying that they are not called galleries. People just make up names to make it sound better, is what she said! But the snooty way she said it made me feel so uneasy. Online you can easily with a google search see that most jewelers use the term gallery. On ring anatomy 101s website I found the following:The Gallery- The gallery of the ring is the part of the ring that is visible from the side view, under where the center stone is mounted. Some rings have super simple galleries, while others have very ornate and delicate galleries.So, anyway, I overlooked that smart remark. And just ignored the fact that she wasnt in tune with ring vernacular used by the other jewelers we visited. She asked me what else I liked. I told her, with it being early in our search, that I was open. She asked if I liked a halo or not, and I responded saying that I liked both styles. This young lady then proceeded to tell me well, you cant have both! Youre only getting one ring. That did it, It made me furious and I was very upset at her sarcastic and less than helpful attitude. I turned to my boyfriend and let him know that I wasnt going to feel right giving these people our money with this attitude. And we left. Wow, Its a day later, and I still feel like she ruined a very exciting day for me.
Be careful when you have little knowledge about diamonds. The sales man will not recommend you the best value diamonds, but the one they want to sell to you. Dont rush to buy the diamond

Very nice and friendly staff, but they need to wear IDs so customers know they work there. One lady greeted us and asked how they could help. We said we are here for a repair. She asked us for the jewelry, but we had to stop her and ask for ID because we were not 100% sure she was an employee... really well run store and employees are knowledgeable and friendly, just need to make sure people can tell the difference between employees and other customers...
My husband took me in for a Valentines Day surprise to give me one of the Ever After ring sets. We have celebrated 25 Valentines Day together. Our salesperson, Gwen, was amazing! She helped us understand what our options were and treated us like royalty! It was a perfect experience!!! So perfect in fact that we went back today for another purchase and she made everything happen for us despite my husbands indecisiveness ☺️. Everyone at this location is very friendly and helpful...regardless if you are making a large purchase or just browsing. We dont buy a lot of jewelry, but when we do, this will be our store and Gwen will be our person!
Well...... went in to repair my Rolex! Had some minor issues nothing out of this world! Sal the GM was just all over his A game! Fixed my issue like a champ and made sure I walk out a satisfy customer! Did many follow up with me to insure everything was ok! Gotta love great customer service!

I wish a rating of zero was possible on google reviews because this place does not even deserve one star. We went to the location near memorial city mall to purchase our wedding bands. I needed a custom band since I have a kind of uniquely shaped tension ring. We showed the general manager a picture of the band I wanted and he claimed it would be very difficult and stated an extremely high price for making a custom band. Later we went to a different store where we were able to get the exact band that I wanted. Anyways, we let go of this issue and picked a band for my fiancé. The size that was available in the store did not fit my fiancé so they ordered the ring in his size and told us it would be ready for pick up in a week. We went to pick up the ring a week later and the ring they gave us was the wrong one. Not just the wrong size but it was a completely different ring! They said they would correct it and get the right ring the following week. A week later we got a call that the ring was ready so we went back to the store and they had the wrong ring AGAIN! At this point we asked for a refund. Luckily, we had no issues in getting our money refunded to us. It’s pretty ridiculous how a store can try to give their customer a wrong ring not once but twice. Don’t go to Jared and especially avoid this location!
My experience was GREAT. Patricia took care of us and she was VERY friendly, attentive and patient. Hector, the manager was also fantastic. I would HIGHLY recommend this location for their great customer service.
I came in on my own with just an idea of how I wanted to propose and what kind of ring my fiancée was going to like. Clinton took his time with me and guided me through my thought process, recommending nothing but A+ rings/diamonds. I found one but instead of buying right then, I secured it and brought in my (future) fiancée a week later to look at rings in general while Clinton played the part that we had never met before. Everything went smoothly and we found the perfect ring & diamond. Clinton was incredibly patient and went way above and beyond to make an already special event in my life exceptional. I must have visited that store 4 times and he was welcoming each visit. My advice to ring shoppers: Do your research beforehand with diamonds, have an idea for the ring, be confident with what you want, and definitely ask for Clinton.
Liars. My husband and I traded a diamond in almost a year ago. We were bounced around from sales person to sales person and told that was for our benefit. It felt like they wanted us out because they werent getting a quick sale. We were making progress with a sales girl we liked and she vanished only to have yet another sales person come along. Forget developing relationships here! We filled out the credit application. It was never mentioned that we had to put 20% down to get the 0%. It wasnt even on the one sheet paper we filled out. They kept telling us its 0%. Never mind that I also gave them my diamond! When I realized we were paying interest I went to the the store and spoke with the manager and the options I was given werent acceptable. They should have honored what we were told. We had plans to get my setting after a year and a new ring for my husband. We will not purchase anything from them ever again. I did contact the finance department and they are not friendly. They had the two options the manager gave them. When we purchased the diamond, I was told I had to put nothing down and it was interest free if paid within the 12 months. Ive never had an issue like this before. They banked off being super busy for Valentines. I could have kept my diamond and still paid less in the end. Crooks.
Had a very good experience. Went in to get a watch battery and while waiting informed the sales lady Coinda about my discolored silver bracelet. She immediately called over the manager and the bracelet was exchanged without question. I purchased the bracelet over 18 months ago and was genuinely surprised when I was given the replacement. Excellent service with a smile.
I brought a bracelet Aug 24 2017 and less than a month later the clasp on the bracelet breaks while Im driving. Since it was less than 30 days they replaced it with the exact same bracelet. The new bracelet breaks within 24 hours of wearing it. Obviously Jared has poor quality jewelry and lied about being the best. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I hate I ever purchased anything from Jared. Last time for sure

This location of Jareds was my 6th jewelry store in the search for a perfect engagement ring. Its probably equivalent to Robbins Brothers in terms of variety and selection but much more reasonable pricing. I ended up custom making an engagement ring derived from their selection. Diego and Mati would spend hours with us listening to what we liked, searching through their online bank to try and find something close to what I was envisioning. We would text Diego with anything we were worried about too with very courteous responses. It was a smooth process and more affordable than what I was worried it would come to be. I would readily come back here and refer anyone I know here as well
Customer service here is way above average. The second you walk in youre greeted and offer something to drink. And whether youre there to buy a diamond ring or just a free cleaning and inspection, you are treated with the same courtesy. The reason Im not giving this place 5 stars is because they messed up a couple of custom orders. They fixed them as soon as the issue was pointed out, but not before we showed them on paper that the order and the finishes product were different. Makes me wonder what would have happened if the order wasnt specific enough...
They do not honor their contracts/ warranties. Bought a lifetime battery replacement plan. Initially they replaced the battery with no problem. After three years they said now it is $79.95 for a battery replacement and they no longer honor the contract. And it will take 3 weeks for the replacement (in other words get lost). Also, their jewelry repair department will waste 25 minutes of your day for them use their clunky iPad software to process your order.

Me and my fiance went in to look at wedding bands for both of us, some earrings for her and watch for myself as kind of wedding gifts to each other.If you go to this store steer clear of Mati Munoz!The first lady we spoke to was very helpful in finding a wedding band that my fiance loved. Then we moved onto earrings which was still a decent experience even when another lady decided to come over and assist in looking for earrings that my fiance liked. At this point the first lady had walked off and the second lady started telling us about the finance options and this and that. I then told her that we were only looking around and trying to decide what kind of wedding bands we wanted and that the earrings and watch were a bonus, maybe. She was still pleasant and told me no problem and created a profile for us so we can go back and look at what we liked without having to do all the searching again.We moved onto mens wedding bands which took all of about 1 minute for me to pick one out.Then we go to the Movado watches. I tried one on and wasnt sure of the color so I asked to see a different one. Once she had the second watch out she very rudely said so what are we doing here? Are we adding this watch to your profile or what? We are getting busy And by busy I guess she meant the other TWO couples that had walked in after us...who were already being helped. I asked her if she was kicking us out because we werent there to buy anything...YET. She said no, not kicking you out, you can keep looking but were getting busy. I looked at my fiance and said lets go.I have never been so furious about customer service at a jewelry store, even when just looking. Just looking can turn into a hell of sale for someone even the next day if they treat people right. The total cost of everything we were looking at was not unsubstantial and Im sure it would have been a nice commission. But not anymore, I will never walk into another Jared store...ever.

I purchased a $4,800 Tag from this location. After 4 months, I returned the watch resulting from condensation collecting beneath the crystal. They told me they were sending it to Tag, only to discover 6 weeks later they never did and they supposedly fixed the watch. Fast forward 12 months, same problem, now two months later, Tag wanted to charge me $975 to repair the problem (again supposedly), and reported the watch was damaged and needed 1 new hand - wrong watch. Jareds recalled the watch, kept it two weeks, gathered a new quote to fix it locally - and I was just told it will take 2 full months more to get it back. Tag can KMA.
I bought a Movado watch for my wife last year at this location and the time started running slow a few weeks ago. Since I purchased Jareds watch warranty, I took it to the same location and was told it would be sent off for repairs and should be about two weeks. Well I got a call a few days later from one of their employees saying that whoever filled out the repair order sent it to the wrong address. I was told I could either pay $95 to have it repaired by Movado (the wrong facility) or wait for it to be shipped back to the correct facility and it would take about a month longer. I had it sent back to their warranty facility because thats what I paid for. Im out of town on business and I get a call from someone saying my watch has been repaired and cleaned and was ready to go. So I drive to the store only to be told that the watch wasnt repaired and needed to be sent to the correct facility. Im still waiting to see if it will actually be repaired...There is no service here, but there is plenty of miscommunication and delays when trying to get them to do anything with a warranty. The diamond I bought there was rated as very poor quality by a professional appraiser and his business would not even purchase those grade of diamonds. The ring I bought for $1200 was only valued at $220. Save your money and dont waste it here on poor service, poor quality, and huge markups.

Good customer service, however EXTREMELY pushy. The MGR told me to not look around to much because its like smelling to many perfumes. I came in from out of town so that my mother could look with me, of course I want to look at everything. They also tried to talk me into a more expensive ring that had a lot more bling and I want something more simple. I looked at the card that the sales associate wrote down the rings I liked on and she put more blingged out ring on there, not the one I wanted. Way to pushy, so I won t be back to buy my engagement ring from there. However, I did find a beautiful wedding band at a great price. Ill just get it from the one in town instead of at that location.
