I have many events coming up that require formal attire. I made an appointment for a consultation online for the next morning. My appointment was on time and my consultant Delores was amazing! She was very helpful and informative in regards to what was available in store and what would look best.I bought two dresses and will definitely be back again soon for purchase dresses for myself and my daughters for another upcoming wedding this Spring.Thanks again!

Honestly, I was blown away by my shopping experience. I didn’t expect much because I knew that it’s a chain store…but wow.Not only were the prices really affordable but Allana was super attentive and found dresses that fit my style and shape.I went to another local bridal boutique and nothing could compare to the price, selection and staff at this location. I really didn’t need to go anywhere else!I came back the next day and Winter helped me with my purchase and she was super friendly too! If you’re on a budget or think thousands for a dress is ridiculous then here’s the place to go.I’ll update my review after my alterations!

This was a incredible experience. I was not sure if my daughter would find her dress, but the rep LINDA was very patient and helpful to all our questions. The store manager came by a couple of times to ask if we needed anything. Even with all the hustle and bustle, they continued to remain calm. Paola is an absolute sweetheart! She was patience and kind and took care of all of my needs until I left feeling fabulous in my new dress and shoes! I didn’t even make an appointment. I had Chelsea as my stylist and she is amazing! She is sweet, attentive, and listened to what I WANTED, and not trying to find other things that suited the businesss interest. Would love to give a huge-mungous shout out to a few of the ladies at the San Felipe location in downtown Houston. About two weeks ago, I received excellent customer service on the phone from Lola... she was attentive and helped me figure out what to do with my bridesmaid dress (that I waited until the last minute to fix). When I arrived at the location, I was directed by Winter, who was super nice. She got me to the alterations manager Sarah, whom by all rights is a miracle worker. She had a young lady that was training - Sheridan - that was absolutely precious. These two ladies were attentive and kind. Everyone there was awesome at their job, nice, and did not judge me and my hot mess situation. I picked up my dress a week later from Ms Sandra, and its perfect. I REALLY appreciate ALL of the ladies that helped me out at this location!!!

Surprisingly, this has actually become my favorite place to shop for a wedding dress! I had initially avoided David’s Bridal because it was so large scale, and I was looking for something more simple… But, as I discovered today, not only do they have a massive selection of gowns but they have a great range of styles, the dresses themselves are beautiful, comfortable, come in every size that you could ever want and the best yet? They’re available… So many places that I’ve been have not had my size, and I’ve left somewhat disheartened and disappointed. I absolutely enjoyed my appointment today with Suzanne, who is freaking amazing, by the way!! Amber was stellar as well and by the time I left I not only felt confident that I would find THE dress here, but that I would enjoy the experience as well. I loved my experiance with Suzanne at Davids Bridal!! I dont want to post my dress but I love it I was stuck in between two dresses and she encouraged me to just try both on again ( I was feeling like I was takeing up too much of everyones time) and then once I found my perfect dress she helped find one for my baby girl! It even has the same back as mine its soooooo cute im so happy 🥲 Suzanne was amazing and sooooo knowledgeable.

On 08/22/21, I ordered my dress (dress#8CWG901) On 09/10/21 I received my notification my dress had arrived at the store. I had an alteration appointment for 09/22/2021. Today, I went online to confirm if it was the right dress. Turns out employee named Susan ordered the wrong dress!!!! I had a breakdown. Now, they dont know if I would receive my dress on time. Keep in mind, my wedding is on 10/15/21. I did speak with the store manager over the phone and she stated You will receive a call back, if you dont hear back from us by today it was due because we got slammed. Im so upset, since the manager agreed with her employee who ordered the dress that I was aware she was going to order a dress similar to the one I chose. Which is a false statement, I have a video that proofs when I ranged the bell that I said yes to the dress. I trusted this lady! I need this to get resolve! ASAP.

Chelsea was the absolute sweetest and best consultant to work with. She helped me pick out a bridesmaids dress for myself that I felt comfortable and beautiful in. In addition, she’s helping me pick out my own wedding dress as well. I’m extremely picky and super indecisive, but she’s been so patient and helpful with exploring more styles, cuts, options, etc for my dream wedding dress.Ladies make sure y’all ask for Chelsea if you’re there to find ANYTHING! ♥️✨

I received some of the best customer service, during my visit at Davids Bridal in the Galleria area, Houston, TX. Chelsea was my consultant, and she went above and beyond the entire time. It was a two-fold appointment for me, finding my maid of honor dress and trying on dresses for my wedding next year. We will return for my official bridal appointment, but the fact that Chelsea was so personable and genuine, and it really made the experience a pleasure and memorable one. I am curvy and have not had great experiences for my size of 12/14 57 frame. I felt beautiful and confident the entire time, and overall Chelsea and the rest of the consultants were a major part of that. I cant wait to return with my family and friends!

Miranda was awesome! She was very professional and knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy! She knew exactly how to narrow down the dresses I had favorited and got me down to 2 really hard choices that I had to make. She pulled in alterations once we got narrowed down so I could ask directly what I could or could not do to the dress. Overall my experience was great! Now I have to find bridesmaid dresses.

Allana found my dress and was so great to work with! Came in with my rowdy bunch (mami, abuelita, and tia). I had a bunch of specific requests after trying on so many dresses at a few other places, and she blew it out of the water! She was attentive, professional, annnd laughed with us while my family cracked their ridiculous jokes. Such a fun experience. 10/10 for Allana!

Everyone here is friendly and made you feel comfortable. Jordyn helped me find amazing dresses that fit my body type and had excellent suggestions. They made getting a dress painless and worry free. I highly recommend this store, they have a great selection for any price range.

Do not trust them! They will never have your dress size or color. They will make you place and order and only allow you to cancel/return your order 7 days from the order date not the date you receive your item. Once your order is place, if they cancel the order for whatever reason, they will not notify you, they will not give you a refund until months later when you randomly call them asking for an update on your order. At this point its late, your event is around the corner and you are screwed looking for a dress at the last minute. I would be embarrassed to work for a place that handles business the way David’s Bridal does.-Order my dress on 4/20/21-Eta was 7/26/21-Called 5 different times during the months of June, July, August.-Found out order was canceled: 8/16/21None of the reps bothered to tell me the order was canceled on previous calls.- found another dress at the same store but they cant expedite the dress for my December event even tho the mistake was done by them.

The check in and welcome was very nice. The consultant pulled out some Beautiful dresses, but we were expecting a more personalized touch than we received such as, help getting the dresses on, our own personal space, or even being offered a drink. Our consultant was nice, but she did not exude professionalism.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Tijuana this morning to order my MOB dress. Unfortunately the website was having some errors so Tijuana was able to help process my order and was very detailed throughout the entire process. Once the dress ships the store, Ill be looking forward to speaking with Tijuana to help them redirect the dress to my moms house. Please ask for Tijuana if you need any help with over the phone orders, she was a delight!

Wow! David’s Bridal came through in the clutch. Not only was I impressed with how the brand had revamped, the customer service was phenomenal. Chelsea assisted me with accessories for my bridal shower dress AND assisted me with selecting my shoes. Her taste level was impeccable and after showing her the dress, she was able to quickly pull several looks for me to choose from. Can’t wait to come back to the store to select my outstanding wedding items.

My daughter and I decided to go dress shopping for my upcoming wedding. I called and made an appointment at the San Felipe location in Houston. I went in not knowing what I wanted or what to really expect. I was greeted by my consultant, Sari and I must say if I could give her personally 10 stars I would!!! She was so welcoming, down to earth, and patient with me. I tried on several dresses and she helped me narrow it down to the 2 with a possible 3rd most liked. She really made the experience very fun and memorable!!! Even though I didn’t decide on a dress on the 1st visit (being that the store was closing) she extended her assistance upon my return. As a future bride I can definitely appreciate consultants such as Sari! She definitely went above and beyond!!!

Had a great time at Davids Bridal on yesterday (4520 San Felipe St ste. 100 Houston, TX 77027) I went with my two daughters, not knowing what to expect since it was our first time at a bridal store. The bridal stylist (Winter B.) was super nice, funny, knowledgeable, and patient. She made the whole experience easy and really got us into the wedding spirit. We are defiantly going back for all wedding arrangements. Thanks Davids Bridal and a special thanks to Winter. Cant wait to our next visit.

Yesterday I had a 7:30pm with Alana. I went in to look at options for heels to go with my main Dress I previously purchased. Also looking for other options on another second dress during my appointment with Alana.Alana was so helpful in helping me find the perfect heels to go with my main dress and even suggested I try on a petticoat, to help me walk better in the dress. I never even thought of. It worked out so perfectly! Alana gave me great recommendations for options for another dress although I wasnt able to find another dress. Alana was insightful letting me know they could order dress or find another store that could possibly have my size. The sweetest and most considerate thing was after our appointment she helped my carry my dresses and purchases to my car. I definitely plan on going back to Alana to see other options on a second dress.

Chelsea was amazing! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to help me feel and look my best on my wedding day. She is an knowledgeable about options and works tirelessly to satisfy even my most outlandish request. I felt pampered, like I was the only person in the store

I had a great experience at DB on San Felipe! My consultant, Chelsea was AWESOME! I came in with a favorites list from the DB website and showed her upon an arrival. Chelsea was able to pull most of those dresses for me to try on as well as others that were similar. The store was very busy and it felt a little overwhelming at first but everyone there was so nice and accommodating! I was able to find my dream dress and for less than half of my budget. I even got a very affordable and beautiful veil! Thank you, Chelsea and the gals at Davids Bridal!

My visit at this David’s Bridal location is always Awesome! I’ve made purchases since 2010! My current visit this March 2021 my consultant is Ms. Suzanne presence felt like the help she is sweet, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable.

I went to this location of David’s Bridal with my girlfriend today, as she was looking for a bridesmaid’s dress for her sister’s wedding. I was extremely impressed by Chelsea, who assisted her! They carried a wide range of sizes, and Chelsea was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She was able to multitask between many responsibilities, while also making sure we were taken care of and never ignored. She listened to my girlfriend’s wants and found her the perfect dress. I will definitely return and request Chelsea for any of my formal wear needs!

Raven was amazing. Immediately made the bride and I feel comfortable and went out of her way to make sure that we found a dress the bride liked and that I felt comfortable in as the bridesmaid. She was courteous and friendly, and incredibly informative. She was our favorite of all the David Bridals we have been to during this wedding experience. 10 out of 10 recommend the David’s Bridal Houston galleria location with Raven.

I went in with no expectations and by the time I walked out I left feeling accomplished. Chelsea immediately did a wonderful job as being my stylist and that’s an understatement! She helped me pick the most beautiful wedding dress I never thought I’d have. My bridesmaids had an amazing time trying on dresses today at the Davids Bridal- Galleria. Paola helped us out today and even though we were a handful, she rolled with the punches with grace and a great sense of humor. It was a wonderful experience!

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the absolute worst David’s bridal I have ever been in. Right off the bat the “welcoming” team was not welcoming and the consultant that “guess she has to take us on” was completely unenthusiastic, rude, couldn’t care less what you said, and did an absolute terrible job “pulling dresses.” I had let her know before anything that I was in need of a dress off the rack because I was a wedding planner and I needed it for this weekend. You would think as somebody who works at a BRIDAL shop; this would mean more. I’m not expecting any special treatment in anyway, I was just expecting somebody who is getting paid to BE THERE for the client, to just be nice and helpful. But no, I got the exact opposite as she just rolled her eyes when I said I wasn’t comfortable with some of her choices. And as a wedding planner I would NEVER refer a client to davids bridal just based off of her attitude alone. I don’t know what kind of consultants are being hired now but if this is the service they back up, you might as well consider David’s bridal to be trash. Most of the things found at David’s bridal you can find elsewhere so the only reason to go to David’s bridal is the consultants… the manager better get their staff in order or officially just shut down the shop because that was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Winter was amazing! She helped me find the perfect dress! 5 stars for her! But…… when I got my dress finally, they left off the hook in the back above the zipper. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them as far as alterations especially if they can’t even remember to put a hook on a dress.

The store was so nice, clean and orderly. My fitting assistant, Charlotte, was great! Laura checked me out and she was also amazing. I would come back again and again and I will refer everyone to shop there.Thank you!

My Wedding is 8-1-21 and these ladies have been extremely helpful with assisting with entire process of finding the perfect dress. Happiness and Tatianna were phenomenal. Happiness was very honest with me and helpful with providing direction for my alterations. Tatianna assisted with making the corrections on the spot and the way I wanted it. Mrs. Susan was there from the very beginning in helping me Say Yes to the Dress. She was helpful and very informative on assisting with selecting spanks as well. Overall, it was the best experience ever. You won’t regret going and finding your dress at the San Felipe location.

All for a wedding that, for health reasons, had to be planned and executed in less than 3 weeks! Everyone has been so accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend Sari and the team at Davids Bridal.

I had a wonderful experience trying on bridal gowns at David’s Bridal.Suzanne was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. They had dresses within my budget and helped me with alterations and shoes.I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, especially Suzanne Baruday.

I walked in at 4pm on a Sunday and was scheduled an appointment with a stylist at 4:30 PM, I was just a walk in so I understand the wait. When the appointment was made, I was told to walk around and browse to see what I liked, but specifically told not to pull any dresses. I waited until 5 PM and no one ever came to help me while others that came in after me were being helped not longer after. I finally asked another lady if she knew if someone would help me soon and she told me to just pull the dresses I liked and go to the dressing room and try them on... needless to say, I just left. I didnt want to give this business any of my money for a dress. This was a huge waste of my time and I wont be going back.

This evening my friends dress arrived at Davids bridal so we went to try it on. We were so excited !! My friend had been working with a consultant who wasnt at the store at the time. We expressed that to the 2 girls at the welcome desk Laura and Sherri and asked could they pull her 2 dresses. The 2 ladies were very bothered and went on to tell us we dont what your dresses are and were just starring at us. They already had my friends profile pulled up so we didnt understand why they didnt just look it up. So when we asked them couldnt they just see it on the profile they proceed to just be rude. Eventually they just end up giving us to another consultant named Suzanne who was AMAZING! God works in mysterious ways because man we LOVED Suzanne !!!But long story short this is a bridal shop! Brides come here so excited to try dresses on, come back for fittings and have the full experience! The full experience relies grately on customer service ! And these 2 ladies completely killed our mood.Laura and Sherri need to be re-trained !!!!! This is not only a big Davids bridal but its the galleria area. GET. IT.TOGETHER !!!

Suzanne at the Houston Galleria store was AMAZING!!! We had to figure out how to get our dresses in on time because the order would not be delivered until the week before the wedding. Suzanne talked with the bride, myself and my mom as I had them on speakerphone for the ordering of the rest of the bridesmaids dresses. She went above and beyond and I highly recommend her!

I was greeted warmly by the lady at the door who was excellent at handling the welcome of guests yesterday afternoon. She was careful about handling social distancing in a polite and professional manner whilst still being friendly to guests.I was lucky enough to have an appointment with the fabulous Chelsea who was enthusiastic, helpful and went out of her way to be kind and helpful, making sure my tight deadline turnaround would be doable. She gave me some ideas and opinions in the most positive and helpful way (as I was on my own) whilst trying to help me keep to my budget. Nothing was too much trouble and even when I had pretty much decided upon a dress she scouted around to see if there were any last options upon my request. Chelsea was enthusiastic and genuine and it honestly felt like I was there with a good friend which made such a difference to my experience.I have a fitting appointment tomorrow to get things ready for 2 weeks time and I am so grateful to the staff at the San Felipe location for making this possible (as well as making my appointment feel exciting and meaningful).If you go to the San Felipe location, ask for Chelsea!

Wow. Brides to be- I never thought Id say this, but Davids Bridal is the place to be!! In my dress hunt, Ive been to several small boutiques, because I thought Id get more individualized attention/a better overall experience, but just hadnt found the one. I booked an appointment with Davids on a whim, and didnt expect much. Ladies. Their selection is good and their prices are FANTASTIC. On top of this, I had the sweetest, most attentive bridal consultant, Suzanne. She understood what I was looking for better than anyone at the boutiques. I just moved to Texas from Indiana and my family wasnt able to join me. Suzanne treated me like family and gave me so many awesome pieces of advice. Go to Davids, and make sure you get Suzanne!!

Winter was amazing!! DB was the first place I went to for the bridal appointment, and from the moment my family and I walked in we felt like royalty. We were greeted so kindly and everything was very smooth! Winter made my first bridal appointment exactly what I wanted it to be! Everyone is extremely nice, and I loved that each dress I tried on was accessorized so I could get the full feel of the gown. We really loved the service!!

My experience was not my favorite from the time of booking appointments (that was messed up) to the manager being so rude (WHY THIS REVIEW IS NOT FIVE STARS). Made us feel not welcomed at all. However, Suzanne was AMAZING! She completely saved everything for us. I cant brag on her enough! If it wasnt for her, I would have walked out. If you are looking for dresses, they have beautiful ones JUST MAKE SURE YOU GET SUZANNE! If I was rating just her, then it would be a five star review!

The reason for the 5 stars is because of Paola and how attentive and pleasant she was. The other ladies had horrible customer service when we walked in there was no sense of urgency and they yelled for Paola to help us which I was very happy they did because she is absolutely the best !!! Listen I can’t say enough about David’s Bridal. I am a plus size bride and honestly I was hesitant about shopping for a bridal dress. From the moment I came into the store, everyone made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. My bridal consultant Winter is the absolute best! She listened to what I visioned and honestly helped steer my family and I into the perfect dress. She also helped get most of my bridal party together into a dress that flattered everyone. So thankful for this location!!!!

My mom and were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived. Suzanne took excellent care of us by not only giving great suggestions, but also tips on how to maintain the dress and make it look the best on my wedding day. Everything felt catered to me and our budget and the suggestions for what to wear and accessorize with were on point. I got the perfect dress for me and I cant recommend this location enough. Ask for Suzanne when you go. Shes truly a wedding dress genius.

I had a horrible experience at this store yesterday. When I was in-store 10 days ago, I wanted a dress that they did not have in my size. Tried it on in a 6 and it was too big so the ladies ordered it in a 2 for me. I paid in-store that day. 10 days later, I get a call that the dress has arrived. I go in within two hours of them calling me. Tried the dress on in-store and it was still swimming on me (odd since it was size 2 and I am always a 2.) I was unable to exchange for a size down as they do not make this dress in Size 0 and the alteration lady told me it would be very challenging/expensive (more than the cost of the dress) to alter. I told them that I loved the dress but since they dont have it in my size I would just prefer to not pick it up and get a refund. Despite not having left the store with the dress and despite just having tried it on in my size for the first time, they told me I would not be able to return since it had been more than 7 days *after purchase*. Like WHAT, umm I am sorry that it took 10 days for you to get the dress in. Such a scam. Davids Bridal Corporation should be embarrassed by this policy. Unbelievable that I had not even left the store with the dress and I was unable to return it. They told me I could do an exchange but sadly there was only one other dress in the entire store with semi-quality fabric and it was too large on me and would need alterations as well/ I did not care for the style. They forced me to leave the store with a dress and would not refund me. Absolutely horrible customer service (not from the store employees but from the Corporate team coming up with these blanket policies that either at best lack any thought or at worst are straight up scams.)

I went wedding dress shopping with my friend yesterday. She said yea to a beautiful dress and I was also able to find my bridesmaid dress! A complete success I would say. It was all thanks to Suzanne. She was a great consultant she kept what we liked in mind when picking dresses and definitely came in clutch. If you’re shopping at this location def ask for her!

Ms. Happiness was truly a blessing through my alterations process!!!! She went over and beyond to make sure my dress was perfect for my special day!! I came here about a week ago for a bridesmaids dress. There was a bit of a delay because the place was packed with people but my stylist, Sari eventually came in and made me feel completely at ease. I got what I was looking for very quickly after that. Sari took enough time to explain everything that I didn’t understand. I was an overall great experience!

I was in town looking for a dress and Chelsea walked up to me with such warm smile! She styled me according to my body type and made the experience wonderful!!! David’s bridal, yall have someone great :)

I had Suzanne as a consultant and she was amazing! I went in with the intentions of picking out my bridesmaids dresses and I somehow tumbled into wedding dresses. (with only my mother being with me) Out of ALL the dresses in the store my eyes were set for the dress on the mannequin. After trying on a couple of my mothers picks and Suzanne’s pick, my pick was no longer my favorite! I chose Suzanne’s recommendation! She really knows what she’s doing. Suzanne made me feel like she was apart of my bridal party. With all the emotions, it was such a beautiful moment. I highly recommend requesting her as your consultant!

It was my first time ever walking into a Davids Bridal, only because I am a bridesmaid to a relative. For this location, it was very busy. Busy meaning there is love still in this world. The house cleanliness could use a touch up and a slight scent of welcoming. But who really want to spend more money than they need to, right. Other than that, the ladies were very welcoming. Attained to my needs and I was out very quickly. Glad I chose this location and look forward to my fitting soon. I do recommend a visit for any special day to this Davids Bridal location.

We went prom dress shopping for my daughter and ever since we walked in everyone was so sweet. We went for dress alterations a couple weeks later and our lady Happiness was the sweetest and was so helpful. Today we went to go pick up the prom dress and she was so sweet to my daughter and made sure it fitted her the way she wanted. Thank you so much happiness.

As a young first-time bride, Lisa was so so amazing! Very sweet and super helpful in every aspect. She gave us so many awesome tips and advice. I wasnt looking to buy the day of my appointment but she made me very excited to come back. From the moment I walked in to check in for my appointment, everything was up from there. You could tell from their morning stand-up, positive attitudes, and tireless work ethic that the team members and managers know what they are doing here and they will do everything they can to give you the best experience possible for a great price. I went in yesterday for the third time to try on bridesmaid dresses for my best friends wedding. I actually bought my dress on Sunday but I was having second thoughts on it after looking at pictures afterwards. So I went in yesterday to return and try on more dresses. Suzanne helped me this time and she by far was the best consultant I have had the past three times I tried on dresses. She helped pin up dresses gave her feedback and was extremely more helpful than the past consultants I have worked with. If you get an appointment ask for Suzanne dont just randomly make appointment you need to request someone good and who will help you pick dresses for your individual body type! I cant rave enough about her and I finally got the perfect dress ordered with her help!

I attended my alterations appointment on tonight, my seamstress was Hani. She welcomed me with a smile, ask how my day has been, and if I had my shape wear & shoes. I had neither. Fortunately, David Bridal is a one stop shop. Hani suggested we take a look at available heels. And I found my pair to go with my bridal dress. So, I suited up. And Hani had me to walk for her. Oh did, she make me feel special. Hani, had great eye for what needed to be done. An over bustle, sewed in cups, and take up on the arms. I felt like Cinderella in my ball gown. Cant wait to see finishing touches. I was quite nervous during my alterations, and Hani reassured me its going to be well.

5 Stars for in-house customer service.3 Stars for online and 7 day return policy.I ordered a dress online about two weeks ago and I didnt really like it, so I called about returning it and they said if it was over 7 days, they would not accept it unless I went to the store.So I scheduled an appointment to go to the store, and wasnt received as if I had an appointment. They also told me they would not issue a refund unless I bought something else (corporate policy).After about ten minutes of wandering unassisted, a sales associate came over to assist me. Jordan was her name and she was extremely helpful and showed wonderful service skills to make up for my initial lack of warm welcome. We finally settled on two dresses!The cashier was also very bubbly and helpful. I did find some dresses I truly liked, but overall I wasnt blown away by the quality nor the styles. Im not sure I like the place so much as the people.

I would say one of the best personalized friendly customer service I have ever had. Suzanne Baruday took her time and searched every aisle with us while trying to understand what we exactly need and what works for us. You wont be disappointed if you have her helping you finding what you need.

Someone by the name of Sandra helped me with getting my bridesmaid dress hemmed and altered. And boy was she awesome! She was patience and very funny.

I found the dress that fit me best thanks to My family helping me along with Winter assisting us! Super helpful, attentive and friendly. It was fun picking out my dress!

Everything started real nice with lots of promises and commitments. Said YES to the dress and purchased a sash to be added to it; was told it would be sewn on to dress so I wouldn’t have to mess with it. Sash had to be ordered. Came for my 1st alteration and reminded them about the sash. “No problem”; was given a courtesy call that sash was in reminded representative that called me “the sash needs to be sewn on”, “I will let alterations know”. Show up for final fitting no sash, given a bag with sash in it and told I was not charged and it will be an additional $70 to be added on. Two weeks before my wedding! Brides! Make sure you look at your receipt as they’ll charge you for everything except for what you need and ask for. This is upsetting.

I was able to find my wedding dress with the help of the very friendly staff. Ashley in alterations was very helpful. I needed my dress back in a few days and they were able to make it happen (with a small fee of course, nevertheless, I got it on time.

I had an amazing experience at Davids Bridal!! The service was amazing! My girl Linda was amazing!!!!! She was shy about letting me try on all the dresses I wanted no matter how many times I kept changing back and forth. She dealt with it. I couldnt thank her enough and cant wait to see them again next time for my sizing.

Suzanne Baruday was especially helpful while I tried on different wedding dresses! She helped me find the styles I was looking for on the racks, found the ones I liked in my size, took the wedding dresses to the dressing room, helped me pin them up in order to enhance them in a way that could give me an idea what they would look like with tailoring, and treated me like royalty! She kindly explained to me tips and tricks for wedding dresses. When I was unsure about how I could manage a train or a dress with buttons down the back for when I have to use the restroom, Suzanne showed me a product video from Shark Tank that can enable me to easily manage it all and also told me the tips from when she was in the bridal business. She is a real gem who is incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind!
