The receptionist was great and very prompt with my appointment time. I got lost and the receptionist took her time to guide me to the right location. I had no complaints until my cleaning with one of the hygienist. She was rude and made my visit uncomfortable. As I was trying to explain a financial reasoning in regards to my teeth. She simply told me I had to figure it out because the service needed to be done. I took a little offense but carried on. After going over X-rays and pictures with the dentist. I was explaining how my cracked tooth was bothering me and I was trying my best to avoid eating on that side. The hygienist chimed in and made sure to emphasize that she had to take food out and insinuated that I was not doing a good job in chewing on one side. I let that slide as well as I didn’t want any issue. The last straw was when I was in the process of scheduling my next future appointments and seeing what would get done during each one. The receptionist mentioned something I had no knowledge of. I was completely confused and just asked why I was getting certain things done. The hygienist came out and said that it was mentioned and I either didn’t hear or I didn’t understand. I simply stated it wasn’t mentioned to me and I just want to know what needs to be done and why. She kept saying it was said in the room and she would know because she was there. I simply told her that we could continue going back and forth the point is I was confused and I needed clarity. She got upset stormed off and said out loud that the receptionist can ask the doctor herself because she was there. Whether it was mentioned in the room or not I still was confused. I didn’t ask in a rude way. I just wanted clarification. The hygienist talked down to me as if I was stupid.She not only offended me but she made me feel even more insecure about my teeth. I came in as a new patient today and I’m not sure if I will return. I do not want to be treated by someone who makes me feel bad about myself or that I’m dumb and a liar.Another thing, it is rude to speak a different language while dealing with your patient. I speak little Spanish and understand it, however, speaking a different language while servicing a customer has a negative connotation.

Have had 2 visits here. So far I am really impressed by the service here. Whole staff had a great attitude, really warm and welcoming (much better than other experiences I have had in the past). Actually probably the best experience I have had this far. They were extremely thorough in their examination and made sure to explain anything they did. I saw Dr. Moreno she was fantastic, very kind, detailed and knowledgeable. I do not write many reviews, but felt a need to write this one as the experience was so pleasant. I will definitely be returning!

But At Harrison Healthy Smiles they made me feel I mattered.I had an unbearable pain the night before looking online for a dental office for a root canal I needed & I have nooo health insurance. Harrison Healthy Smiles has been the greatest experience I have ever had at a Dentist Office. I needed an emergency procedure and did not have a dentist to go to. When I called Harrison Healthy Smiles they took me immediately, which is unheard of as a new patient. They were very welcoming, and professional. Dr Moreno and Nurse Rosa took the time to explain every thing to me and made sure that I understood. They did not rush me out and took the time to answer all of my questions. The Doctor and staff were very gentle. I am also taking my child to this dentist and she had a great experience as well. As for COVID-19 concerns: they take extreme precautions to keep everyone safe and make them feel comfortable.

As soon as I walked in the front desk (Rosa) directed me to the hygienist (Cindy) who made me feel comfortable before any dental procedure. She also gave me some tips about dental cleaning habits once she was done with my teeth. The whole environment was laid back. I’ve been going to this dentist for almost 4 months and I’m so happy I was told about it! Dr. Ania and her staff are the nicest people ever. They’re very responsive & make you feel comfortable during every visit. I was always hesitant about getting braces but Dr. Ania made the process very easy for me. Her staff is very knowledgeable of all the processes as well. They remember me every time I walk in their office and are always happy to see the progress of my teeth getting straighter every time!
