I reserved a unit from these folks with a promised delivery on Tuesday. Tuesday rolled around and no container. I called in and the representative that I talked to said I had entered the wrong information. Problem was, he (Kalieb Balsley) entered the information not me. They promised to call me yesterday to confirm my delivery today. :::::crickets::::: Today I called in and, guess what, I am not even on the schedule.I cancelled and told the person I spoke to that I would not being doing business with them.I gave the one star because ZERO is not an option.

The company I work for has been using Mobile Mini for years. Their rental prices are very competitive. Not to mention, our sales rep, Gabriel Orellana is a pleasure to work with. He responds so quickly & always makes sure we get the best customer service. We always have a great experience ordering & scheduling pick-ups. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of a rental container!

We depend on Mobile Mini everyday. My company does HVAC installations/repairs for all the local school districts. Gabriel Orellena has been my go to person this year. He always makes sure I get my units on-sire when needed. He handles unexpected changes like a pro. We deal with multiple units at multiple locations and he is always just a phone call away if anything comes up. We plan to keep using Mobile Mini for years to come (just as long as they have guys like Gabriel to take care of my ever changing needs). Keep up the good work guys.

Over charged us when we tried reaching out and told us we were still responsible for the charges.

We have been very disappointed with the service received from Mobile Mini in Houston. We ordered a 20 container on August 29, 2017 and were promised it would be delivered to our home no later than Friday, September 1st. Although their prices were a little higher than other companies in the area we went with them with the understanding that the Mobile mini would be delivered by Friday. Our entire house flooded and we were desperate to salvage what we could and that was explained in detail to the Mobile Mini Representative. After THREE missed appointments by Mobile Mini whereby my husband I spent ALL DAY at our flooded house that is not livable or sanitary at this time waiting for the mobile mini to arrive. Phone call, after phone call was placed to Mobile Mini and we were given a different excuse each time i.e. not enough drivers to finish the days deliveries, or the driver could not fit our delivery into his schedule without going over his legal allotted hours, etc. I finally had to call the corporate office and leave an emergency call for manager to be able to get anyone to finally get the mobile mini out to us on SEPTEMBER 18, 2017 AT 5:30 P.M. 18 DAYS AFTER IT WAS PROMISED. To top it all off they did not have the 20 container that was reserved on August 29th so they sent us a 16 foot and CHARGED US THE SAME AMOUNT AS 20. The driver who delivered the Mobile Mini could not have been nicer. He was very apologetic and professional. When I told him how long we had been waited for our delivery and how much of our time has been wasted sitting around waiting for them to come and then not showing up........no phone call telling us they were not coming, they would just not show up and I would have to call again and again to get this straightened out. The driver commented that he had been sitting around ALL DAY waiting for a delivery....he wanted to work but was told they did not have anything for him to do so he was on his way home when he was called back to deliver our unit as an emergency delivery!! No one from the Houston office has apologized or tried to make this right in any way. In fact, I am now fighting them to change the invoice to reflect the small unit because I am not paying the same price for a 16 unit as a 20 foot unit. AFTER I CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE AGAIN AND TOLD THEM HOW DISSATISFIED WE ARE WITH THE LOCAL HOUSTON OFFICE!!! I am a Real Estate Agent and I have referred MANY clients to Mobile Mini when they needed a pod to store their belongings in while preparing to move. I cannot ever refer this company to a customer/client again after the experience we have had. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
