Azteca Rental ….. what a nice place to do business with .I was in a bind as they were going to close before I got there .I called and explained my situation and Stewart was willing to wait util after closing hours to accommodate me .The other employees waited with him until after I was taken care .Simply classic of these guys .This place has a nice feel when you walk in and happy to rent from them .Appreciate the self sacrifice Stewart, thanks for waiting on me . Called about a 6 wood chipper on 1/25. Guy on the phone said they had one in stock. I put in a request that day to rent it on 2/5. Called to make sure everything was good to go, and the response was Sorry, we rented both to someone else and theres no telling when theyll get back. Wow...

I promised the team at Aztec that I would write the best review they have ever had. Mind you today is Christmas Eve and I did business with them back in August. But the invoice has been on my desk to remind and I finally picked it up to do this review. All I have to say is that this company literally went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced when it comes to customer service. They saved my event in entirety with over 100 people attending. They did not have to do what they did, but did it anyway to help. Only if every company had the customer service I experience on my trip to Houston with Aztec.....If you are considering using them vs. other companies. I promise you they will do you right. Highly recommend for rentals. I rented an Ozone machine. The process was a breeze, less than 5 minutes and I had the machine in hand. Cost was extremely affordable. Look forward to dealing with Aztec Rental Center again soon for diy projects.

The guy at the front counter, I forgot to get his name, was very nice and quick with getting me set up. The guy that helped me hook the light trailer we rented and shown me hownto use it was also very nice and got me out of there within 30 minutes. They where very busy. I would highly recommend this place.

The staff is friendly, the rental process was easy, but they have no guarantee that the equipment rented will work as advertised and wont provide a refund if it fails. I rented a 7000 watt generator and, although it powered on, it did not meet the advertised 7000 watt capacity. It wasnt capable of even half of that and thus was money wasted on faulty equipment.Edit: I talked with the manager since this review and he agreed that faulty equipment shouldnt be charged to the customer. Ive updated my rating to reflect the great customer service.

Excellent service. I rented a trailer and was pleased with the price. Also they hooked up the trailer for me and unhooked it also. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Aztec isnt just a rental center, they are more like a business partner. Their staff is truly knowledgeable and once even came to my job site when I had a problem...that wasnt even their fault!

Rented a trencher from Aztec but halfway through the job, the machine went down on me. No one at fault just bad luck, but Aztec sent out their mechanic promptly. We had to wait until the next morning to get the replacement part as removing the machine in the broken down state that it was would have teared up my lawn. Following morning the machine was up and running, and Aztec restarted my rental period and took great care of me. Great company with great staff!

I have used this location for repairs and purchases of equipment. Awesome staff, always nice, helpful, honest, upfront and knowledgeable. Have you ever walked in a place and the employees arent doing much and you stood there for 10 min and no one acknowledges you or offers to help you.....NOT this place. They acknowledge you immediately and will assist you then or tell you it will be a few minutes. I will and do drive farther and will pay more for this service. Not many businesses like this anymore.

Easy rental. Rented 20 enclosed tandem axel. Reasonable price. Friendly staff both inside and out. Way better and worth the drive a opposed to the uhaul, also they have bigger trailers.

To the guy who left a 1 star review because his guys didnt have a Texas I.D. I know this might be a shock to you but Texas I.D. is very important here in the State of Texas in order to rent equipment and if you didnt know that then obviously there is something very wrong with you! I have NEVER had any problems with Aztec Rentals and I have been doing business with them for almost 30 years. They are very nice folks and if they dont have the tool I need, they will let me get a better one for the same price. Best place in Houston to rent tools and equipment by far!!!

I was going crazy trying to find a decent weed eater that wasnt a heavy duty commercial gas model. Home Depot or Lowes didnt carry anything worth two cents. I stopped by Aztec on my way home from work one day to see what they had and those guys were awesome. What I found was such a nice surprise. A group of professional well dressed guys working hard and eager to help. A young man by the name of Gary helped me and said most of the stock was at the other store. Other store? I had no idea they had two stores! They also run that big party center next door! Anyway, Gary made one phone call and hooked me up with a battery powered Stihl thats perfect for my small yard. Next day I picked it up. In a world where good customer service is rare, it was great doing business with these guys.

I rented a pressure washer. Small-ticket item, but the counter staff was polite, knowledgeable and professional. They were out of 2500 PSI washers, so they gave me a 4000 PSI for the same price. I rented Saturday morning, and they only charged me for one day to keep it over the whole weekend.They also do small motor repair apparently. This is my new favorite place.Now Im looking for reasons to go back and rent something else, my wife is going to hate this!

I walked in with a Husqvarna trimmer not working. They said it would take 2 weeks just to look at it and charge $50/hr. The front desk guy was nice enough to walk me out back to speak with the mechanic who was very helpful and kind enough to diagnose the problem. He found what was wrong real quick and unfortunately the trimmer was toast.They still helped me look up the part that needed to be replaced and one of the managers/sales guys showed me around the floor to help me pick out a potential new Echo trimmer. He was very informative and took the time to recommend the right trimmer. I ended up purchasing an Echo and will be bringing it into Aztec should anything happen to it.

Is not right that if a house owner wants to rent the sewer camera to do the job him self. He has to have a “plumbing license. To even rent out the camera.

This company is a joke! A complete waste of time and money... I called to rent an engine hoist and the guy says yea I got one come on down so I send my guys down there and they wouldnt rent one because they didnt have a Texas drivers license! Do you think that you couldve told me all the requirements before I sent someone down to pick it up?! I didnt realize that I needed to have a list of requirements covered before I went down there, Im just the customer they should have informed me of all thats necessary! Good business guys!
