Recommended to rent supplies from Lance Rental by another contractor. My sales representative was spot on with everything. Im a first time renter and wanted to pay a sizable rental with credit card but the main office required the set up of a full blown account. Company needs to understsnd that emergency and uber urgent projects require expeditious processing! Being told by a VERY rude woman at the main office that the use of a credit card for a rental wasnt acceptable is BS! This was followed by the typical Ill call you back after providing a contact at my division office that surprisingly DIDNT happen! Waited 4.5 hours before finding an alternative supplier. Buyer beware!
