I rented a floor grinder to do an garage floor epoxy project, ultimately it was quite an ordeal trying to get the grinder to work properly, as it turned out, there was an issue with the machine. However, dealing the with exceptional staff at the Shepard Rd location made the situation much less painful. They went above and beyond to try to help me. I would work with these guys again any day, because I know for a fact, that if you ever run into any problem, they will make it right. Thank you Carlos, Angel and Dennis!

Amazed at the customer service level at this place. Tim helped me locate an owners manual and service manual for my machine. Very knowledgeable about the equipment, is able to look up the parts from OEM manufacturers, or if I wanted to save money, he recommended the aftermarket options. He really took the extra time for helping answer my questions. Appreciate his attention to the details, as I havent experienced service like this for a long time. Thanks again for your help!

Here of late been going to this place to rent equipment. Staff behind counter are great most have the same mentality as the customer. Crew outside are great as well and wont let me help unload equipment. So ive made a game out of this experience. I try every time go to weasel my way into helping one of them take down equipment in the back of my truck. So far Im losing this game.Great Job guys!
