Free for military. Otherwise 5 dollar fee. Hard to beat. 80 different currencies. Fast and easy. I did exchange the Indian rupee for 72 to a usd as opposed to the market rate of 66. So they take a 10% cut

Liar, liar. The rep told us when we exchanged money that if we needed to exchange after we returned that we would receive the same rate, howeve, that was incorrect. They purchased our remaining Euros for .19 on the Euro less. Better to exchange at your destination. Crooks!

Poor customer service. Only interested in selling currency. No option to exchange large bills for smaller bills or coins of the same currency.

Staff service is ok but no great we order over 1000 usd is a foreign currency and they said it be here Tuesday and we came to pick it up and then they said they havent order it yet

While their staff is courteous, they attempted to give me half the going rate for my exchange. I would compromise a bit because I realize there are transaction fee etc., but half of the world market exchange rate is completely ludicrous and unacceptable! I highly recommend that everyone avoid this location due to their obvious rip off efforts.

After driving across town to do an exchange I was told the currency is too old and was rejected. There was no indication on their website on date, restrictions or limitations.

Just got quoted an exchange rate of 7.5% lower than the market rate. I understand they need to make a living, but its worse than a bank.

Went to Memorial city to get some pounds for vacation to London. In London now I just had a 20 pound note rejected as counterfeit, took to a local bank and had it confirmed. Total embarrassment.

We stood in line for over 30 minutes waiting to change money. There was only 1 person in the queue being attended and a huge line formed behind us. I dont understand how Texas Currency Exchange builds such a giant structure, with several windows, its only 1 clerk working. Nonsense! Shameful! I never go back to this place.
