Lee is a visionary for safety and sees what others dont. Lee has a way of getting everyone on the team or the jobsite to think about others and making sure not only them but others make it home safely everyday. Several years ago I went to Lee with a vision of what I wanted our safety program to look like and he helped show me and get me engaged and involved and become a better leader in safety for our company. Our company was one of the first to go 100% OSHA 10/OSHA 30 for all employees no matter what they do. We just announced our commitment to go 100% OSHA 30. One more thing worth mentioning, Lee also has a servants heart and gives back to the community as well. I respect the integrity of who he is and how he conducts himself.

Safety by Design are experts in all things related to creating and maintaining a safe workplace for not only the workers, but anyone in the vicinity. They teach your workers as they inspect to keep your company out of risk. Its cheap insurance to have them on your team, so why wouldnt you? I have nothing but praise for Lee Hart & all of his team. They make our construction company look good!
