I used to go here all the time but I stopped going when the person who didn’t normally do my nails did them and while checking out she questioned my tip amount. I typically tip 20% but this time wasn’t super pleased with how they turned out and only had so much in cash, so I gave all the cash I had which totaled maybe 13-15%. She looked at me visibly irritated and said “that’s it?” I was taken aback by her remark and never came back.

I had an appointment at 10am which means I was the first customer. I was the only who was not attended to until after 8 customers had been sat and service started. 20 minutes later, she asked what color just for formality and went pass, mind you, all 8 customers are White and I’m a black beautiful educated woman. 25 minutes later, she comes and said, go there. And open the water, I sat in water soaking my feet for 8 minutes, I was taking a video the whole time. I will post the video on Facebook and YouTube to make sure such businesses DO NOT DISCRIMINATE PEOPLE. And all of them are Asian, make it make sense…. Very very disappointed and disheartening

I have been going to Bellagio nails for 4 years. Yesterday they called to push my appointment back from 4 to 430. Typically this is no issue however yesterday I was unable to reschedule. I kindly asked if some could get started at 4:15 i was told no and everyone was busy...I replied “I made my appointment a week in advance.”I was told “It’s not like you made the appointment a year ago” this was the manager JADEN. Once I showed up JADEN snickered as I walked through the door and spoke to his colleague in Vietnamese.This is how you treat to loyal customers? I spend over $150 a month, if customer service is not a priority at least recognize customer loyalty. JADEN the manager is incredibly rude. I will no longer be spending my hard earned money here.

This place lacks customer service and quality all around!! Went in for an appointment, they made me wait and after I got my nails done they were awful. Cuticles were not taken care of as they should be, and the shape is so terrible - it’s embarrassing. What a waste of money. The manager or owner, whoever he is is extremely rude after I expressed my concerns, he could care less. Well - that’s how you fail your business. Would not recommend as the cleanliness was not up to par either.

This place preferably wants only a certain race of people to serve as customers, Im black have been waiting for an hour to get serviced and got up and 🚶 walked out. Others came in and got served immediately. This is not my first time here I have had my nails done here on several occasions and its always as if they want to see how long I will wait. I will never come here again.. I dont lnow why they think the people they seem to want to cater to care about them. In this 21th century, this is sad that we still have theses type of behaviors going on. God bless.

I’m not going to name who did my nails that day. But I got cut PRETTY BADLY (with the nail drill) I did not pay for the service since they told me I don’t need it. (But that’s not the point) I’m very disappointed and upset at how badly I was cut, it’s been over a week and my cut unfortunately got infected real badly, it also hurts so bad. My point is PLEASE be careful when you’re using the drill on humans.(I posted a picture)

I came in here and got full set nails, no chip . The following day came into the salon to show how uneven, and chipped they were . Spoke with Jaiden, he argues that they look good which they look terrible and quite embarrassing, and he refused refund and refused same day service. He was very unprofessional and laughed because he thought this situation is funny ? Then he says “I am done “ walks away . I do not recommend this place, horrible service, and very rude !

They did an incredible job on both the pedicure and manicure. My fingernails were wrecked because of my job and they used a Dremel on them and they turned out beautifully!

This place is excellent! Came for the first time yesterday and will definitely be back. The staff was friendly too! I feel happy every time with my nails. Clean, and as quiet and odor-free as a nail salon can get. Already booked my next one with her.

Always a great experience. Pass many other nail salons to get here, not the staff is by far the most courteous and professional. Appointments are honored And you always come away with a fantastic product. Dips are great, gels as well. Pedicure stations are clean and relaxing. My girls and i have tried other salons but always come back. Love this place!

I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure here today. The salon is clean with a great polish color selection. The prices are reasonable and the chairs are comfortable. Each chair has its own individual set of lights above it that the technicians turn off during the massage/relaxation part of the pedicure to make the ambiance much more relaxing. I will definitely be back if I’m ever back in town.

Went to get a pedicure done and also told the girl I wanted an eyebrow wax. During my pedicure she cut the cuticles on my toes and made them bleed. It was not a long massage time, and for what you pay, it’s a rip off. I left there having paid $80 and she didn’t even remember my eye brow wax which is a good thing because this place is WAY OVERPRICED. Save your money, go elsewhere and for that amount you can get a mani&pedi anywhere else!

They are AMAZING! I’ve been going here for over a year the staff is amazing. They are very assertive of the customers they are always clean and willing to help you. I’ve been going to plenty of different nail salons and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but bellagio I refer SO many people here and I always will. Love them

Honestly not horrible. Timing is good, they reall take good care of your nails and give you what you ask for... although.. I went with my mom and she asked if they can just file her real nails and not cut them, yet they cut them super short. She was very upset. I also realized my nails got stained super easy. But, it’s still better then any other nail salon in the area.

They do good work, I just would think for $52 they would at least add the clear coat with gel no chip instead of regular clear coat polish ( dip powder service) . But over all good place just a bit over priced

Pros:-Many stations, walk ins welcome.-The work is done quickly and efficiently, they get their manicures very close to the nail bed but don’t paint your skin so the manicure should last.- no awkward small talk- average price, lots of colors available and lots of different manicure and pedicure packages to choose from.- willing to try fun designs (this is a big one for me)Cons- It hurt when they were cutting excess skin from cuticles more than what I’m used to.I just got my manicure done. As long as it lasts as long as where I usually go then I’ll be coming here from now on without hesitation.

Best nail salon experience Ive had, ever! Technical is great. The manicurist are super helpful and experts at what they do. They take their time and care. The utensils are sterilized after each use. I loved the color I picked out. I continue to be such a big fan of [Bellgio Nail And Spa ].

I like Bellagio nails very much. Everybody is always very nice, place is clean, not long wait and you can make appointment if you dont want to just walk in. I am always happy with their work so I keep coming back for a while. Hannah is awesome and she is doing fantastic job!

Fantastic place! Took my mom here for a manicure and pedicure for her 80th birthday and treated myself to a pedicure with her. Staff is very friendly and professional. They are very skilled and know what they are doing.The place is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I went to the Spa today and I got the milk and honey pedicure, it felt rushed and the paint job wasnt good. I witnessed at least 2 angry customers due to appointments being made and they werent able to accommodate, so whats the purpose of having an appointment? I also paid $40 and the service was $35 and they refused to give my $5 back, I still tipped $10 I will not be going back and its a shame because this was my first bad experience after going here for a year.

If I can leave 0 stars I would !!!!! So rude. 0 for customer service. I went in to get a service done and they didn’t even speak to me until I was there for 15 mins! After I was asked what I wanted done, I told the MANAGER that I have an appointment, and he argued that I didn’t when I made sure I made one the previous day. And when the person I requested was already doing someone else’s nails I requested that I was placed with someone just as skilled as the girl I made the appointment with because of my upcoming special occasion I was yelled at and the person that came after me was taken instead and i was told “let someone else do ur nails” when I was still smiling and speaking politely. I feel like I was treated unfairly and was disrespected I always used to come under old management! When (John) and his wife used to own the place was honestly my favorite place to go such beautiful kind people and these selfish, money hungry, disrespectful, racist people came and ruined this place. Got hot stone pedicure and love loved it! Gel nail manicure was perfect. They have a central vacuum system on the manicure table so, no dust!

Nails are beautiful, but I was the only black woman in there and no one even spoke to me. They spoke to all the white women that came in and I spent 60 just on a gel fill in with a design. However I know when Im in places Im not wanted so I will not be back. She never even told me to wash my hands. Nor did she ever put any cuticle oil on my hands. Just did my nails straight thru and I left. They are nice but I cant spend 65 with tip just to be treated like I wasnt supposed to be there.

Made an appointment for 530. They called me and asked if I can do 545, I agreed and at almost 6pm, I’m still waiting. Don’t take appointments if you cannot accommodate them! A waste of my time!

I sat for 45 to 50 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and that was on a Monday. They allowed several people to go in front of me without an appointment (this was after I spoke to everyone in there so they knew I was there). People hate when you bring race into it but if you are black or brown, pass this place up and go somewhere else. So unprofessional, the way I was treated.

As always Kelly does a wonderful job with my white tea and cucumber dip manicure. Especially enjoy her arm and hand massage.

First off, let me say there are many other nail shops you can go to in the Southwest suburbs that will give you quality service. I went in for a acrylic nail removal. Simple. Nothing complicated. The worker who helped me, he has blonde streaks in his hair, was extremely unprofessional. First off, any woman who has nails understands the process of taking them off. Sometimes its painful and the acetone burns thin nails. He literally laughed and ticked his tongue when I told him I was hurting. Then to top it off he cut my nail without even apologizing. I complained to the manger and he sat on his phone with a smug on his face. The owner was very sweet and told me I did not have to pay but all it takes is that one worker to mess up the reputation of your business. Stay away from the guy with blonde streaks.

I have been hopping from salon to salon lately trying to find a place i can stick to and keep coming back. Went to bellagio nails and spa today and this was by far one of the most amazing places i have went to. They were courteous and very friendly. not to mention, my pedi came out fabulous!!! They took their time and really put in the effort. I think i have found my place. I will definately be back. Also, i recommend the milk and honey pedicure.. pure heaven!!!!!

Made reservations for 5 ( the family ) at 5:30 and when we walked in the guy told us he tried to confirm the appointment 30 minutes before 5:30 and told us we would have to wait another 30 minutes for the first person to sit down. Terrible business. Wont return especially with how many other nail salons in the area.

This was my first time here today. I was getting a mani/pedi with my friend for my birthday. We asked to be started at the same time for our pedi and the girls working on us were put out. During the service the pedi was ok. My tech made me bleed and tried to cover it up, then she slapped some lotion on me and didnt even massage. We both wanted the same color and they made me wait for the color. They started my friends mani way before mine and said they had too. My girl was SO roud. She kept slapping my hand and taping on the table to get my attention. I was asking her questions and total attitude. They are very high on there prices and they charge a fee if u use a credit card and THEY DONT TELL YOU AHEAD OF TIME. I found a coupon on there website and showed my girl and she was upset i had it. DONT PUT COUPONS ON YOUR WEBSITE THEN. I was walking up to meet my girl and she yelled at me to Go and pointed up front. Coming from the nail industry, this is unacceptable and very poor customer service. I would never recommend this place. Save gour money and time and go to a better place..

I was very disappointed when I brought my Granddaughter for her first Princess mani/pedi which I was told would cost 30.00 while I had my acrylic nails done. I was very disappointed when she was getting her mani done during the time I was finishing up my nails and the nail tech just left her sitting there at her station when she was done all alone not even moving her to the station to let her nails dry. I finished my nails and went to get her sitting crying and frightened all alone at the other station not knowing what to do. I moved her to the station to dry her nails while nobody seemed to be even keeping an eye on her. Once the were dry...which I thought....I went up to pay....I was told now it was 40.00 for the Princess Mani/pedi which I questioned and was told that was what the tech said it was!!!! Like a goofball I paid and tipped... As we got outside I noticed her nail was all smudged and went back in to get it fixed and asked again about the price and was told it was up to the nail tech. What nerve!!!!I was not satisfied with my acrylic nails either. They are put on so thick and not cut or filed straight. I paid way too much for a service that was not acceptable. I should have paid by credit card and not cash to dispute the services but you get charged to use your credit card at this place so I paid cash. Looks like a fancy nail salon but I will never go back. After spending 40.00 for a Princess Mani/Pedi and 35.00....not sure of my charge...,for my acrylic nails which I was dissatisfied with and I tip well with a total of 25.00....which I wasted 100.00 and took a toll on my Granddaughter frightening her I feel I deserve some type of a credit back to me for myself from the owner to take down my review. This is a totally true review which I will pass on verbally to others in the Orland, Palos, Tinley community to avoid going to Bellagio. How can you allow anybody to treat a child in this manner...what type of person would do that....Just terrible customer service to be treated the way especially for a child for her first time.I wanted to speak to the owner but was unable to.I would like my money returned but will never happen.

I made an appointment for my daughters and I to spurge prior to my sons wedding. The appointment was for a mani pedi for 4. We arrived at 5:30 promptly. We were not greeted for a while, not serviced for nearly an hour and left 2 hours after our appt with perhaps the worst gel manicure and pedi ever. Guess what ? After threatening to pick up and leave at 6:25pm the young lady struggling with another huge bridal party discounted only 1 service by 10%. Big deal. My daughters pedi left her toe bleeding and nearly unable to wear her bridesmaid shoes. Oh and they were flats. Spare yourself and go anywhere else.

I went to this place on a whim to get a mani/pedi session. My appointment was made at a certain time, but I was not able to get service until 45 minutes after the original time I booked the appointment. They were quite busy and a bit understaffed to handle the volume of clientele that they were getting.So, unfortunately, I sat there in the pedi spa soaking my feet for way too long, while they serviced their other clients first. This was a bit frustrating to say the least. However, the staff was nice enough and did apologize for the time it took them to finally get to me. I didnt let the waiting time ruin the experience, so I just kicked back, relaxed and tried to enjoy it.The overall experience with the pedi/mani was good enough for me to come back and recommend this place to others. However, do expect to take a long time waiting, because they do get busy. Some other clients had to shorten their session, because they had to wait a long time to get serviced, too.If you want to try coming here, book your appointment a day to two days in advance, and try to go on an off day and NOT during a holiday. You might have a better chance of getting service on your appointment time. But, make sure you have some buffer time to spare, just in case.
