So far HCI has done an excellent job for us. Theyre clear, upfront, professional, fair and honest. They clearly lay out all the facts, explain your options and help you make the best decision for yourself and situation. We likely ended up with a much better plan and cheaper than if I did it on my own. Were happy we found them for our health insurance needs.

Five Plus Stars for Dustin Neider with Healthcare Consultants, Inc.!! Eighteen months ago I enrolled with COBRA thru my former employer US Imaging. Initially Kathy Hulsey was very helpful with answering my questions and facilitating communications with Baker Benefits. A few months after my COBRA health and dental started, I began investigating what my options would be once my COBRA coverage expired. Kathy referred me to Dustin Neider to assist me with exploring my future healthcare coverage options. I called and emailed Dustin so many times over the next 16 months and he always promptly took my calls or responded to my emails. Initially I asked lots of questions about the Affordable Care Act thinking that would be the best option for me since I was no longer working. Patiently Dustin answered my every question and emailed me information that helped me understand the ACA. Even though Dustin assured me on multiple occasions that when the appropriate time came he would find the best plan for me, I continued to call and email him because I was so worried that I wouldnt be able to find coverage. With Dustins guidance I recently selected a Memorial Hermann Insurance Plan and a TruAssurance Dental Paln. I am still awaiting confirmation for my health coverage but TruAssurance approved my coverage for both myself and my husband immediately!I have always worked and had group insurance coverage so finding an individual plan in todays economic and political climate was intimidating to say the least.
