I ordered a bridesmaid dress online and it did not fit at all. I took it to another alterations place and they told me it was impossible to fix in the short amount of time before the actual wedding. I was totally freaking out and brought it here. She calmed me down and fixed it for me just in time for the wedding! With a reasonable price as well.

I was referred here by one of the ladies working at the fabric store around the corner. I’m so thankful to Vee for making this beautiful dress for me in less than 2 weeks. I received so many compliments on your work. I definitely recommend her if you need a dress made or alterations.

I was using this alterations place for a long time, mainly because it was right next to me place, and the lady in charge was nice. However, the last few times I was there one of the other ladies (who I saw before, and thought I hope I don`t have to deal with again) was taking and delivering the orders, but she doesnt do a good job, she is bitter and doesnt know what customer service means. I found another place a bit further away, and they are all nice, helpful, and do a good job for even a slightly less price.

Wow this place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!I came in today to pick up my hemmed dress pants. The bell rang and no one came to the front. Another woman walked in, still no one. A third lady came in and they just yelled hello from the back. A fourth woman came in and I finally walked back there to ask if anyone would help us and they looked like they were scrambling to finish up some piece of clothing and yelled for me to go to the front. When I got my pants, the lady at the counter was very rude and just said 12.99 when she previously said it would only be 12. I was so frustrated with them I just gave it to her and left. That was the second and last time I will ever go there.To make matters worse, my pants were returned wrinkled with some mysterious stains. Poorly sewn as well. 😡

I brought a dress in on Tuesday to be picked up on Thursday. Went to get it and thought it still looked large but did not have time to try it on there. Got it home and tried it. Only half the alterations they were to do were done. Still to big as the back seams were not touched. You pay in advance and frankly I do not want to deal with them on this as I had to wear the dress the next day. Taking it to a different place to get it fixed before tomorrow night. Very disappointing.

They didnt make the alteration I asked them for, but then they proceeded to charge me an additional amount to fix their own mistake. If they couldnt fix a simple dress, I wouldnt trust them with any important clothing items!

I used to bring a lot of my stuff here, but after my last experience, I will NEVER come here again!Terrible customer service....I dropped off a dress, which was not altered right, so I had to keep coming back and was finally able to pick it up on the 3rd time. However, when I was paying, I was told that the credit card machine was down. I only had a very short amount of time to pick up the dress, as I was going out of town. The lady told me to run to Randalls and get cash. However, I did not have time and offered to write my card number down and they could charge me later. The lady said no and grabbed the dress (my dress) in the middle of the conversation, as if she thought I would just leave with it or something. The man waiting behind me told her that i looked like an honest person, that I would come back and pay her and that she should write down my number. He then told her that if she wouldnt, he would pay for my dress. I didnt want him to do that so I ended up going to get the cash and was late for my appointment.The point is that this is horrible customer service. I have been there many times and for them to act like that was totally insulting. I didnt expect to walk out for free, but they definitely should have been more helpful in trying to find a solution, instead of just insisting that I go get cash (even though I told her multiple times that I had to be somewhere in 15 min and was going out of town so I could not come back that afternoon).Also, the reason why the dress wasnt right is because they added elastic to the sleeves and when I picked it up, they had just sewn it into the sleeve at about every inch so you could see the elastic perfectly. It was almost funny that they thought it was okay to return the dress like that. So on the 3rd time, it was finally right..... I feel like I should have been paid after my multiple trips and terrible customer service.

You get what you pay for. I had a pair of jeans taken in at the waist and once I got them home I realized hemming wasnt straight. The pockets on my butt are almost touching. I do not recommend this establishment.

I went in to get my skirts hemmed for school and I asked for it a certain way. She was extremely judgemental and wouldnt let me tell her what I wanted. When I finally was satisfied with the length and width, I left expecting it to be the same when I picked it up. When I tried them at home, they were MUCH longer than I told her, and crooked. She deliberately made them longer even when we paid her a lot of money for lousy service. I am NOT happy with it and I will be going back expecting a free change so that I can get what I ordered. I will not be going back and I am going to tell everyone I know not to go back as well. In the future she should do what the customer asks for and not be judgemental.

They are very expensive, but I have had a few dresses altered here, and they always do a great job.

Very rude owner, never coming here again for my alterations.
