Had a pair of dress pants shortened. They did a great job and it was quick and priced reasonably. I will be going back!

If I could give zero stars I would. Needed a dress altered for a wedding this summer and dropped it off. They closed their store for a month with no word to me beforehand and I was not able to get my dress in time for the wedding. I was told I would not have to pay for it. When I went to pick it up they told me I needed to pay at least half of the cost. The whole experience with this place was frustrating and ridiculous. My family and I have been going here for years but after this incident and the rude way I was treated we will not be going back.

Everyone in my family has been going to Lauras Tailor forever. Tammy is the best.
