I dropped off a $600 shirt to get dry cleaned. I told them DO NOT IRON IT. DO NOT STAPLE IT. Low and behold look what they do; Exactly what I told them not to do. I now have a $600 silk Versace shirt with crease marks. ON SILK. Staple on the tag and all… The whole point of the shirt is to have it naturally hang off the body and compliment my natural body shape… why the hell would they touch it with an iron?! Why would they commit such an atrocity? Never in my shirts life had it come in contact with heat. I trust you with my $600 dollar shirt because I support small businesses… and you literally ignore my request and mess up my shirt over a $2 dry cleaning charge. I’m actually angry. On top of that me and another gentlemen were at this place at 7:40 in the morning and they were not open even though that’s what’s listed online and at their door. We give you our business the least you can do is heed a request especially if it was a reasonable one… would it have killed them to use steam instead of an iron?? You deal with clothes and fabrics you should have some sense. Unprofessional as heck.

I took a suit and sport coat to be clean.Both were 100% wool, Suit coat came back mess up.lt look like to much heat was use on it.The sport coat came back four buttons off of the sleeves and the coat had shrunk.i took It back the owner says it was the material and they was not responsible. Would not do anything to make it right.Do not take your clothes here if you value them.

Literally the most unprofessional place ever. She lost my fathers blue polo shirt and doesnt know if it was still in the washer past time that it was supposed to be ready for me to pick it up, or if she had given it to another guy that she thinks she gave it to. how do you lose clothes that you are supposed to be responsible for and getting paid to take care of and to clean? And then to LAUGH in my face when i asked if there was someone else i could speak to. Obviously didnt mean anyone in that unprofessional dry cleaners, & i will be doing my research cause she lost a $40 shirt, & im either getting my shirt or my MONEY. RIPOFFS!!

Wash and iron

Finally, my search was ended! I was new to the area at the time, and was frustrated with the cleaners that I went with. A few months ago, a co-worker referred me to Sunny Cleaner. She told me that she has been with them for over a year was very happy with their service. I skeptically tried them with a few shirts and slacks. My clothes was done on time; nicely cleaned and pressed. I was impressed. They even removed some stains that other cleaners gave up. I also like their pricing: fair and consistent. Since then, I became their regular. They do have same day service, and a drive thru. I definitely would recommend them.

Used this cleaner for about 6months. I accidentally left 2 $100 bills in my pocket and went the next day when I noticed. The lady basically told me it was my word against theirs, I figured I wouldnt recover it but thats not the way to make a customer feel welcomed. Never apologized, showed empathy or offered any other solution. Prices are a bit too steep but it was a convenient location. Id rather go back to my old cleaners even if its a bit further. Good owners keep good clients.

Never Again! Suit damaged. Stains Uncleaned. Inconsiderate service and over priced.And then she had the nerve to expect me to pay again to fix the damage she put on my suit. RIDICULOUS.The woman clerk (Asian) or owner at the front was inconsiderate in her attitude when dealing with me. On top of that, I paid a hefty price for several stains on clothes that werent even removed.I originally saw the reviews and thought Id give them a try. Until I saw my suit that has been dry cleaned before and never had problems ended up with some wrinkles in the material. And Im pretty sure theyre not air bubbles either. On top of that, there were stains on the suit that they never cleaned off. She did try to press it back out a second time, and it came out a little better but the problems were still there. She wouldnt try to get them out again.I asked her if she was sure there was nothing she could do. And she confirmed. No offer to make it up. Im just out of luck as a customer. No, one day theyll probably be out of business.Wont do business with her again.

I have been bringing my clothes the sunny cleaners for the past year, Cristin has been excellent helping me out with my clothes, What make me take the time to write this great review was that last night after I got home from work I realized that I have let on my jeans $875.00 in cash.This morning I stop by and to my surprise they have found my money and have put it aside for me to pick up. As a business owner myself this is a place I will continue doing business with. We need lots of more business and people like the ones at sunny cleaners. Thank you Cristine

Weve been using Sunny Cleaners for about a month and they have always been prompt and polite. They really went above and beyond when they found a pair of headphones in my boyfriends pants and they bagged them and clipped them to our order.

Ive been with them for several months, and dropped my clothes once a week. Friendly, reliable and reasonable. I also had them adjusted my pants, shirt sleeves, jacket sleeves to the right length (What can I say, gotta look GQ!), and I was impressed with the out come.Chillax...and life is good again...

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I brought in a brand new, down comforter for dry cleaning. Reiterated dry cleaning only when the item was dropped off.Upon pickup of the item, employee stated it was washed. I even saw it in the back, hanging to dry. Took the comforter home and saw it shrank so bad it wouldnt even fit across the mattress. Spoke to the manager, who said it was dry cleaned and she doesnt know what happened. Spoke to another employee who said no it was washed. The tag says clearly, dry clean only.I have no doubt this was not cleaned properly. After 5 visits, Sunny Cleaner would not even refund my cleaning charges, let alone any type of reimbursement for a ruined $150 down comforter.Charges have been disputed with my credit card and Sunny Cleaner has lost a customer forever.Stay away from Sunny Cleaner!!

They are close to home. They would be a great cleaners if they would stop breaking all the buttons off our shirts.

I had just started doing business with this place. My first experience was so bad Im not going back. When I picked up my laundry they gave me a different shirt size 17.5 ( I wear 16). When I took it back, they said *its not possible*. I was expecting, atleast they will try to investigate and possibly find out if someone else has been given it mistakenly.

By far the best fitting alterations I have gotten. Staff was super friendly and helped me with everything I needed.

Ive been a regular customer for 6 years now. At first from time to times when I theyre mess up my clothes I dont noticed till I finally got change to wear it, then it to late to tell them and I let it go. But theres couple of time I did confront them and they always blame on customer that put glue on a brand new shirt that I never wear it before, and whos stupid enough to put glue on a brand new shirt. They said they know the product that theyre using I think who ever want to get they dry cleaning done think it twice before take it to Sunny cleaner on hyw 6 and Bissonnet.

This place has your clothing ready the next day and you can pick it up without having to get out of your car. I once came to pick up an item and was shown that it still had a little spot, so they would be re-washing it for me to pickup the following day.They do alterations as well--which is not too cheap, but I like having a one-stop shop where I can get it fixed and washed with next day pickup. Gotta respect a place that does the job right.
