My technician arrived at the beginning of his time window, called before arrival with estimated time, discussed quote up front and asked if I had any specific issues I needed addressed. He was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. It was overall an easy and great experience. My carpets look and smell brand new. We will be using ZeroRez again!

Ive had other companies clean my carpet and they werent able to get all the stains out but with zerorez they all came out!! They also cleaned my upholstery and it looks beautiful. I spent $445 for them to clean a rug for it to return the exact same way. Unacceptable and a total waste of money. We had a great first experience with Zerorez! We have 6 cats, 2 dogs, and 2 kids, and we are all constantly tracking dirt through the house. We have one cat who marks his territory and our older dog had a lot of big accidents before she passed away. We know we need to replace the carpets but I honestly don’t think it’s worth it until the kids are older and our territory marking cat is no longer with us but I was just so disgusted by the dirt. Our carpets feel so clean and refreshed now, I didn’t believe it was possible! Also the technician was very polite, professional, friendly, and great at answering questions and explaining options and pricing. He even gave us a deal beyond the coupons I found. We had our tile cleaned and sealed as well and it is shiny and bright! It was getting pretty full and dingy too.

Courteous efficient tech did the job. Charged $25 for a 2ft by 8ft swipe of a walk-in closet. All walk-ins are not created equal. Tried Customer service but they said work was done and that’s the charge so no refund for that swipe in the closet. Yeah it was done but doubt if they will be used again. How’s that for customer service satisfaction.

I had a 1-3 appointment window today and nobody ever showed up or called. At 3:30 I called and was told the technician was just finishing a job would be here by 4:30. I called back at 5:20 and was told no one was available today . Thanks for wasting my time and completely failing your customer.

The service was good, but did not expect a water disposal fee to be tagged to the total. This was my first time using ZeroRex carpet cleaning, and after explaining we were not informed of the fee, they were able to waive it. Great customer service.

This was my first time getting a carpet cleaning done. So have nothing to compare them to. But I had a great experience. Keith and James were great. Punctual, efficient, responsive, informative and super quick. The carpets were relatively clean to begin with. It was more of a power clean up we wanted before moving into a new home. But it still made a difference. In one of the rooms, what seemed like a shadow was actually a stain which vanished when they were done. Also, opt for their spray on (I forgot what it’s called, but it’s the scotch guard equivalent- ask for a demo, it’s cool), makes getting the clean up worth it.

I use Zerorez regularly to clean carpeting for many years now. Won’t use any other company. The process is easy and efficient and employees are friendly and professional. Garrett came on this visit and did an excellent job cleaning very dirty carpet. Zerorez process is the best I’ve experienced and carpets dry fairly quickly.

Just got our 3 bedroom carpets cleaned by ZeroRez. They look great! We have 6 pets in a 2100 SF house so we know our carpet cleaners! Wellll....i would say mixed. The technician was great...friendly and contacted me before arriving and was right in the window of time expected. He cleaned fast and efficiently. HOWEVER, the price quoted on the phone was way lower than I ended up paying. And the price quoted was supposed to include my couch. The technician then informed me the couch wasnt on his list and said it would be an additional $50 per cushion...which is insane. Final price was $ 75 higher than the quote. Once dried I noticed the heavy traffic areas are still darker and the cat urine area still does not smell fresh. The rest of the carpet looked good. I think he was in a hurry to get it done and get out.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I have a rental that I requested their services, they gave me a timeframe between 1-3, I dont live at the property so I asked for 30 min call so I can head there. I waited until 3 and I had to call to find out what happened because nobody was calling me to let me know, no answer. Finally, at 3:30 they contacted me that the technician was still at the previous job and couldnt get there until closer to 5. I have small children to pick up from daycare and couldnt do that so I told them to use the lockbox to go in on their own, but they wanted me to pay upfront over the phone. Now why would I do that if they already showed signs of unreliability?!! The manager wouldnt work something out so I had to cancel and get another company instead.

We had our living room area rug cleaned and they did a great job. Most of the indentations from the furniture were removed as well. It looks great and they are priced well! Would use them again in the future.
