I was thoroughly impressed with our recent service from Molly Maid. I specifically asked their names because they did a wonderful job. Team 11 Aricely and Gloria were very kind, hardworking women and I’d highly recommend Molly Maid based off of these women’s performance!

I hired Molly Maid to clean our house. I got the deep clean package initially which covers baseboards and cabinet cleaning as well as general cleaning. They did a great job. Linda was very meticulous. I have never had maid service before so nothing to compare to but I am happy with their service and will be having them back on a monthly basis.

Omg!!! The ladies just left and I’m in HEAVEN!!! They did an AMAZING job!!! My husband and I work all the time and are so tired we don’t have the time or energy to clean! These ladies came in and did a fantastic job on our house!!! They even washed the dishes! We are forever grateful! Thank you so much Molly Maids! We will definitely be using your company again!!!

I wanted a move in cleaning for a home I purchased and decided on this location because of the generally good reviews. However, I deeply regret making that decision. The toilet was still filthy, floors looked as dirty as before, and closets / shelves were still unclean. Save your money.

Love them highly recommend their services. Especially Ms.Glenda & Ms.Marcia so friendly & on time. They are always so nice & quick and clean my apartment so well I never have any complaints.

Hired them for a 300 sqf brand new garage apartment on WU ( every 2 weeks cleaning). They charged me Double the price of a normal maid service and I thought if they are doing a good job I don’t care. After the first cleaning which supposed to be a spring cleaning (double the price again because it’s the first time!!!) and spent 2 hours by 2 maids, I came to check and this is what I found:1. Bread crumbs from that morning still was on dining table and chairs even didn’t get wiped.2. I had to go and clean the shower again myself because they didn’t bother to clean any corners or wipe the tiles on higher areas.3. Few pieces of blueberry from that morning still was in front of the fridge which made me wonder if they even did vacuum the place or just did a fast wet mopping instead because I could see small piles of wet dust in every corner. Under the couch was untouched too.All the baseboards were dusty and untouched inside the room and bathroom.4. Toaster oven / fridge/ stove did not even get the outside wipe.And the list is going on. I took photos after they left and called them which made me cancel future cleaning. If you’re looking for a decent cleaning don’t use this company which I thought they are overpriced due to a better service which was a mistake.

Man, let me tell you. I dont even know why I hired them and paid almost 200 dollars. I was robbed to be honest. I hired them to clean an apartment for a move in. I ended up cleaning the apartment after they left because guess what? the fans were dusty (they thought they clean them), you can still see spider webs in the ceiling, the cabinets and the top of the cabinets were still dusty, the top of the fridge was also dusty, the top of the doors were still dusty. They said they would take care of that for me but yet i had to go and do them myself after they left. I think they only thing they did was rinsing the tub with water (no soap) and vacuuming the brand new carpet that was not even dirty. The windows were clean (that i will say) but the corners of the windows were dusty. Overall, I would NOT recommend.

For $315.00 was definitely not worth it. I request for a deep cleaning . My couches underneath has not been swept or mop. Dishes were still in the sick. Bathroom still had clothes on the floor.

Have been with Molly Maid for 30 years. I like the idea of the maids being bonded and insured. I have never had anything stolen or broken. The teams usually do a good job. Also, I like the idea of 2 maids at the same time which makes for a shorter time in cleaning.

Molly Maids are very courteous and efficient. I never have to worry or give them directions. They just come, do their thing, and when I come back the house smells so nice and clean. I like that I don’t have to guide them or tell them what to do. The front office is excellent - they respond to all calls quickly and always let you know when the maids are on the way to your home.

The ladies that clean my house are fast and clean wonderfully. I highly recommend them. I have a bad back and its a blessing to have their help.

Molly Maid came highly recommended to me for an apartment move-out. Very efficient and our apartment looked like the new place we moved into last year when these two ladies were finished with their work. On time, they did what they said they would, and we are very pleased. I will call them again and highly recommend their services.

DO NOT USE THEM! Ana and Karen did a horrible job on my place. They were scheduled to come do a DEEP throughout cleaning of my home and dropped the ball severely. I’ve attached pictures. I called and spoke to the manager and he pretty much could care less. Told me “why didn’t you call the next day? We only give 24 hours if you have a problem.” First off where is that particular information located? Second I travel for work sometimes and did not get back into town until Friday this job was done Wednesday afternoon. I called Friday no one returned my call you’re closed on the weekends, I called Monday morning and I get the disrespectful manger. Do not use these people they only care about taking your money. See attached the pictures of their “cleaning”****UPDATE**** 10/17/2018After seeing that Molly Maids replied to my review I need to clear some things up. This was my house that you cleaned as it was paid for by a realtor as I was getting ready to move in. You were not contacted 5 days later but 2 days later on Friday and I left a message with no return call. Your office is closed on the weekends so I called again on Monday. So you were contacted twice regarding this situation. The offer was declined because I had no choice as you were only willing to come back the next day. I work outside my home and being on a business trip I cannot come back when YOU want me to. It should be on the customers schedule not yours.

I came home to a brand new home! I hired them for a move out cleaning, and I was beyond surprised and amazed at how clean the house was. Keep in mind my house had years and years of us living in it, it had been through a fire so there was some smoke residue and cobwebs on the ceilings,walls and light fixtures. They came out and left and we came home to a brand new house that is move out ready! I cant say enough about how pleased I am with their customer service and their work! I would highly recommend. If they can work wonders for my house I know they can do the same for yours!P.S. I wish I took before and after and Im sorry I didnt

Team #9 has done an excellent job of cleaning our home. I would recommend them to do the job for anyone. Very professional and thorough.

If I could leave no stars I would. To start off with after four hours the house was just as dirty as when it started. I walked around and I saw corners with dust, I did the finger test and picked up dirt and dust from the floor in rooms where they supposedly cleaned. I only heard the vacuum going as well which is odd since my entire ground floor is wood flooring and tile; more on that later. They didnt clean over any services, including tables, counters, and the likes. They must not have used soap either because the house did not have that just cleaned smell. However that was not the worst part, I saw that my wood floors, brand new after Harvey, had giant chips And scratches in it. I confronted the cleaners about my damaged floor and the turned hostile. They called over a supervisor who asked me skeptically if u saw them damaging the floors. I dont follow the maids around and relayed as much. Then she had them eyewash the floors in 5 minutes and demanded payment. She refused to leave and even told me how nice she was being since she wasnt charging me extra for the extra clean. She impressed upon me that a claim would be submitted for the floor though. I called today to follow up and the woman had an attitude and raised her voice, laughed at me and said no decision had been made but it definitely wasnt their fault because we hadnt even seen the maids drag the vacuum across the floor. It seems pretty obvious that something was wrong with the vacuum and they know it is their fault. My wood floors are destroyed and molly maids is at fault and refuse to fix it. Do not use them if you dont want your house ruined or even if you just want a clean house.

I have used Molly Maid for probably fifteen years and I have always been satisfied with their cleaning. They are dependable and they always know what to do. My house always looks so good when they have been here.

We have been using Molly Maid for the last fifteen years. We lived out of the country for ten of those years and would use the company when we were in Houston. We were always pleased with their work...they completed the tasks that we had requested, when they made the initial visit.The last three years, we have had them clean our home every other week. I requested their first appointment of the day on Friday and they arrive on time and clean thoroughly. They come in teams of two and there is very little conversation or visiting, while they are cleaning. They clean our home in just under two hours. The ladies are friendly and polite. Since our time is early in the morning, they wait on us to finish breakfast before starting on that area. They clean our office first and my husband and I both work in there, if he is working from home that day.They always call the day before our cleaning day to remind me that they will be there at 7:30 a.m. the next morning. At the beginning of the year they provide a calendar listing our cleaning days. By doing this, if our cleaning day comes on a holiday, either Molly Maid or us can schedule a different day for our cleaning.Several times a year, I schedule a deep cleaning day and have the ladies do additional tasks that I do not have them do on regular cleaning days.I have also had this company clean my granddaughter’s homes in different parts of Houston, when they have moved into new homes. After dealing with increasing disabilities that hinder my daily functions, I finally decided to use a cleaning service. Im glad I found Molly Maids.After my initial cleaning, using a team of three ladies, I was offered a couple different cleaning packages. I chose the every two weeks package at a reasonable price.Ive pretty much locked in Team #8 (Jarlesa and Telma) as my regular cleaning crew. They are always friendly and greet me with smiles. Their work is exemplary, and theyve got the process down where they are also very quick. Weve settled into a routine where my home office is cleaned first (while I sit in another area of the apartment), and then I move back to my office and they continue on with the rest of the apartment.I have also been pleasantly surprised with their thoroughness. A couple times Ive had dishes in the sink, waiting to be loaded into the dishwasher, and after theyve left I found they hand washed the dishes! Completely unexpected on my part.I am more than happy with the service I receive. And knowing myself as I do, having this help keeps my apartment neat and tidy as I know even simple things such as dusting can be a chore.Its a pleasure dealing with the team and the main office!

Molly Maids of West Houston has been cleaning my house for 8 years. Team #5, led by Maira, has been wonderful! Currently, Maira and Marlene are cleaning my house and my brothers house every two weeks. Good value and they take good care of our houses. When my sister lived in this area, they also did her house and were extra careful to not let her cat out. We really appreciate what a great job they do and would recommend that to all.

Totally over charges, and under performs. It took a team of two people 2 hours to clean a small size living room dining room kitchen, master bedroom and family room. I asked them to clean the refrigerator as part of the cleaning services when they were here and even though it was included in the 2 1/2 hours charged to me, they still charged me 25 bucks. Not happy, and would not use them again.

Molly Maid of GWH has been providing my home cleaning service once a week for 10 years now. Always so professional and the ladies consistently do a very good and thorough cleaning. The office staff are easy to work with whenever I need to reschedule. In all of these ten years of weekly service, they only missed one day - the week after Hurricane Harvey. I recommend Molly Maid of GWH to anyone in the Sugar Land area.

They did a good job and it was prompt, but the price you pay is pretty expensive. I would take the time to find a decent housekeeper elsewhere but I cannot deny the cleaning was good.
