Initial cleaning - not to happy but the second cleaning(i call it rework) was excellent and done by gentlemen name Victor. He done the job like he was doing it for his own house or better. Very meticulous in every step of the job.I just love the way he work. Nice and clean paying attention to what he was doing. No mess and clean job.I would recommend Victor any timeAfter all people make the name for the company. It was a floor grout and tile cleaning and sealing.

I have only written a few reviews over the last few years and unfortunately due to the nature of business these days, usually because companies deliver less than promised. This time it is to say what an excellent job Stanley Steemer did, especially the two techs who came to my house . Time and effort trying to remove all the stains and succeeded beyond my wildest expectations. Thanks to Stanley Steemer and whatever their magic potion is made from, everything looks (and smells) great again. I truly appreciate it when a company actually delivers on their promises and highly recommend their service. As a bonus, they came out only one day after I called them and I felt they were very fair with their pricing.

I hired these guys to clean my carpet in a condo I’m trying to rent. The first time it was for the smaller bedroom. They came out saw it called me and were straight up saying if they clean it the spot will be bigger when it drys because the stain is in the pad. So I bought new carpet.I called them out to do the master bedroom because of that. They go there got in cleaned i and it looks great. I’ll be using them fir anything I need done like that. Thanks! Had 5 rooms, hallway and stairs steam cleaned and deodorized. Rooms turned out great! We had several stains from kids and dogs and now they are gone. The house smells fresh again. Also, had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned followed by a sealer. You don’t notice how dirty your grout is until you see it clean again! Danny did an outstanding job describing the process and having me check the spots as he got the rooms cleaned. He was on time, polite and professional. That guy works hard and should be commended. Will definitely have them back for more services in the future.

We have always had great service from Stanley steamers but unfortunately this last time after they cleaned our carpet we had a huge brown spot pop up. Spoke with Kelly who has been very helpful and believes its a brown out which doesnt happen often but has offered technicians to come out and try and fix it. The first crew to come out went over it but it came back and then the original crew that came out and made the spot came back and said that we need to get new carpet that its because our carpet is too old. I do agree our carpet is old but I have cameras that prove that area of the carpet has never had a stain before. We have one more technician coming tomorrow to try and get it up but if they cant then we will definitely not be using stanley steamers again.

The guy that came was there right as our appointment time frame began. He was super professional and explained everything that he was doing before he began, and even moved the rest of the furniture from the room. It was so easy to book online, they called this morning to confirm and sent a text including the persons picture, name and ETA. I hope I never need to have carpet cleaned again, but if I do I will always use them!

The technicians were very prompt. They got to my home and got to work. The furniture smells wonderful! The loves eat and the recliner are drying now but I have no doubt when they are dry they will look great. Exceptional customer service! My husband and I are very pleased.

They steam cleaned a mattress that had been in storage and an antique chair. I am very pleased with the service and the price. Didn’t take long at all and I am happy with the results. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Staff is notified of several grout lines that were not clean. When doing comparison to other grout lines it was noted that all grout lines were supposed to be as clean as well as he showed me how clean they should be.. He noted that the ones that were not clean were still wet therefore they showed as dingy. However, after waiting 1 hour the same grout lines I expressed concern with were still dingy in comparison to the other grout lines. I have contacted the service provider so they can go back and leave all grout lines parallel clean

They did a great job cleaning my rug and couch. They were very thorough and professional. They also took the time to answer all of my questions.

We made an appointment for our bathrooms and shower stalls to be cleaned. The first time they came, they didn’t have the proper equipment to do the showers. We reset the appointment for another day. The work they did was adequate, but we expected better. They could have done a better job on cleaning the grout.

Paid over $300 for 3 bedrooms to be cleaned. High traffic areas looked worse and had to pay extra for deodorizer per room. Start to finish they were here for 15 minutes. Carpet dried looked worse then before. I called explained they spent less then 6 minutes in each room. They came back out the next day werent here long at all and still smelled horrible and floors looked one different. For $300 I was beyond angry. Never heard back from the company and never got my money back.

I should have stayed and watched everything they did. I asked them to clean under and beds and they said they had plenty of room. Happened to notice that night when I dropped a kleenex.......it had not been cleaned at all. They did the kitchen tile at a outrageous fee and I went back and picked up lint and dirt he had left and showed him. He said that much have come back on the kitchen table he moved back in. I was watching this from the living room expecting him to buff it again. It was there from the time he started. Also had two bangs in the wall where paint was like a hole. I would not recommend them to anyone again. I had used them in the past and the same older man took pride in his work and I would ask from him and son . We are in the Spring TX area.

My living room carpet was sticky and dusty with small stains from an old chihuahua with bad eyes and a weak bladder. I’ve tried renting the Rug Dr on several occasions over the years but I decided to call for professional help. The guys came in and had everything visibly cleaner in under an hour. They were very responsible, respectful and thorough. They even arrived early! I would use Stanley Steemer again.

Had a wear stain where an old big screen TV once sat. They cleaned the area.....at least that is what I thought. The stain was still there, my wife use resolve to get the stain out. So.....if you have an area that requires more elbow grease, recommend you pre-treat the area before Stanley arrive.

The Technician we had was really good & worked hard on our carpets.We have small dogs & some high traffic areas that needed some attention.Our Technician was able to remove some spots that we were not able to do with our carpet cleaner. I have a black and yellow floral area rug t .hat had been literally destroyed by my German Shepherds with their hair shedding. Needless, to say, they are no longer in the house. My rug was brought back to its original design color. It is bright and colorful. The black is back to its original color, not gray and the yellow is like the sun. The guys did a great job. Very professional and thorough. Two oriental rugs sustained damage from busted water pipes. They were able to clean one rug. The other rug cleaning was not successful and they did not charge despite the effort. They also cleaned tile floors in two rooms and look great.

My husband and I are in Houston to help my father-in-law with his house. We will need to replace the carpet in his living room in the near future, but we wanted to have it cleaned to get by. We were not optimistic. Danny was so very professional. He explained what he would try, but he did not make any promises, which considering the condition of the carpet, was very appropriate. When he was about halfway finished he called us over to take a look so we could see the difference. Oh my word! What a difference! It wasn’t just that we were pleased with the results, it was how professional and kind Danny was. After a week of helping my father-in-law, that kind of grace was so very appreciated!

I booked a carpet cleaning for my clients move in service due to my company being unable to provide that service(schedule completely booked but I wanted to accommodate them anyway). Upon doing so I requested and agreed to a certain time/date for SS to to arrive. When the day came I reached out to my client for an update on how her cleaning went and to see if she was satisfied.She then let me know that no one had called or shown up(this was the 2nd time I’ve had this occur btw). I reached out to SS and long story short not even the representative knew that no one had not shown nor called my client or myself. I basically got the run around until I reached corporate and still had to wait until the next day for someone to reach out to me. Kelly(from corporate office I’m assuming) reached out and provided a complimentary gift card for $60 which I’m thankful because I was paying for the cleaning out of pocket. However I did pay the balance and I let it be known that the service was unacceptable and not only did it cause me to look bad, it caused SS to lose a client. My client was grateful that I went out of my way for them but overall was disappointed that no one communicated and let us know the driver wouldn’t be arriving. The excuse given was “the truck broke down” but when I spoke to the representative they showed no call in from the driver saying they were stranded nor did the driver EVER reach out to me or the family scheduled to receive services. When asked what time they would arrive the driver simply told the rep that “it would be SOMETIME during the evening”.Sometime is not an answer and overall that drivers communication needs improvement. I booked for SS to arrive between 12/4pm, I reached out to clients shortly before 5pm for an update which was more than enough time to let us know they wouldn’t arrive at the scheduled time.

Room was nice, had to keep going to to the front desk for things that were not stocked, (paper cups washclothes, soap) Bistro is overpriced and food is only so so. Too many food options nearby to subject yourself to sub par food and service.. this is just a warning and not the hotels fault.

My dog got sick all over our carpet, we called Stanley steamers and they sent Jose out. He was right on time, and did a great job. Unfortunately it still smelled the next day, So I called them back and they sent him out again. He retreated the carpet and it smells great, looks great and feels great! I’m super happy with their service and customer satisfaction that they would send him out to re-treat our carpet! I really recommend Stanley steamers if you ever need your floors cleaned!

Personable, professional, representative did a goodJob. The only issue was the Stanley Steemer truck had a leak that caused my neighbor to report the company to authorities. The representative was not at fault for the truck issue.
