My technician Rudy was very thorough and professional. I had a move in clean done and he spent all day focusing on my home which looked amazing afterwards. I was looking for peace of mind as we moved into the house because it was pre-owned and just knowing that every counter, cupboard, appliances, etc. were cleaned, I felt a sigh of relief and was able to begin unpacking.

(Good help is hard to find) As we searched we came across Detail Cleaning Services in the beginning of the summer (have to give a few chances and let the tech learn what you like as everyone has different preferences) and we believe we found the company. 2 story’s with animals to me is never the easiest to clean; we had a few things we preferred and we voiced our thoughts and the things were addressed. The entire process was amazing from the first phone call. I spoke with a rep named Lety and she was amazing. Then I had a call before service and two service techs name Jenny and Olga came. We are so blessed to have found Detail Cleaning four years ago. The first visit was a deep clean which we desperately needed which was done by Mary. Mary has been an amazing worker from the time we met her. She is excellent at details due to taking care of my parents. The attention to detail (hence the Companys logo) was perfection. Mary wiped down absolutely everything such as windowsills, all surfaces, paintings/photographs, kitchen appliances etc. Mary is very outgoing and conscientious of all of our surroundings especially since we are now living in a bubble due to the virus. Diana cleaned our house top-to-bottom. We hadnt deep cleaned since lockdown 15 months ago so it needed it with 2 cats and a dog. She was right on time. Used our cleaning stuff as I had requested. She applied some serious elbow grease. Even my husband noticed how hard she worked! She was really great with the animals too. Our dog is a nervous nelly and Diana was really sweet to him. Yarelis is fantastic and well definitely request her again some day! :) I mean...vacuum lines on the couches?? Amazing!
