Great carpet cleaning services

This company is amazing. After reading about their 5 step carpet cleaning service, I just had to give them a try. The crew of two came in, took their time explaining the process, and discussed what we could expect. My carpets look restored because they took their time to ensure a deep clean, without cutting corners. Because they also do furniture cleaning, I had them clean the sofa and love chair. Both turned out beautiful, and has brought the pieces back to life. I would highly recommend this company, and commend them for their professionalism, speed in which they were able to book me, excellent communication skills and their hard work.THE ONLY COMPANY WE WILL USE!

The owner was able to get my furniture cleaned at a time that was convenient to me. Edward & Christian showed up on time & did the work that I requested. They put down a tarp on the floor to protect the hardwood before starting. They were done in just over an hour. Nice job at a good price. I would recommend using them if you need furniture cleaned.

The gentlemen arrived promptly and are very friendly! Walked through home thoroughly. Communicated up front speciality areas that needed treatment most. I have 4 very active children. We did not want to replace our carpets just yet. And WOW!!! Our carpets look brand new!!! A relief and a blessing with the best prices around. Highly recommend them for all services! This review is not based on the level of cleanliness they provide but more about professionalism. I’ve used them once before and they did a great job however they were extremely late and no one called to say anything. I called them and he said a guy was on his way. I figured things happen and gave them the benefit. Once the job was completed we were satisfied so I decided to use them again. Here it is, I scheduled an appointment with them and no one has called or showed up. It’s been hours. Never again. I won’t even bother calling.

Excellent! Reviews are correct! Charles was super nice and professional even when i has to reschedule. They even came on a Friday afternoon. Carpets look great and smell amazing-even with special pet enzyme correcting spray... definitely recommend! See y’all again for my upstairs.

The guys did a great job on my carpet. They were punctual, professional and courteous. They took into account that I had a very important event that I had to attend and came early so I could leave as scheduled. I will use them every time I need carpet cleaned and will recommend them to family and friends.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Ive used them twice so far and I will never go anywhere else. My dad is in an assisted living apartment so he has a good amount of spills and accidents. In June, after checking online reviews, I decided to try Mighty Kleen. The friendly crew came out quickly and completely removed the spots and stains. I booked an appointment then I called back twice during business hours to change the appointment time and left multiple messages and they never replied back. Finally I called and canceled my appointment and went with another company Who is slightly more expensive but reliable. If you dont have time for your business then youre not going to get mine!

We had them come out and clean up a gross spot our dog left in the babys nursery. Not only did they get the service done quickly and professionally - the carpet is as good as new! Mighty Kleen did a great job to save my carpet! I have light berber carpet in my house. Recently I used a carpet cleaning service and their techs used too much water on my carpet which pulled up the dirt below the carpet and left sizable brown spots. I asked this company come back to clean the spots but the 2nd time made it worse. I was at my wits end and I searched all the Houston carpet cleaning services and Mighty Kleen seemed to be only company knowing the wicking problem. They went extra miles for me. I had a family party going the next day and I asked Mighty Kleen to come to my rescue. Their schedule was full prior to my party but Charles, the owner, managed to ask one scheduled customer to delay her time and came to my house. They did a wonderful job removing the ugly brown spots and saved my carpet. Charles really knows carpet and all the techniques. Their customer service and carpet cleaning skills are truly the best. Highly recommend them!

I am a floor cleanliness snob, and an odor freak, so after my darling puppy has spent the first 2 years of her life ruining my brand new carpet over and over again, I knew my Bissell couldnt keep up and I needed to bring in the big guns. Charles captured my attention for being a pro at cleaning pet stained carpets as I read his other reviews. The first thing he did when he arrived was get out his black light flashlight to see where the biggest problems were. I have never had a carpet cleaning company so focused on pet stains! They worked quickly and efficiently. Once my carpets were dry, they looked and smelled brand new! I no longer have to rely on air fresheners all over my house. Thanks to Mighty Kleen and a baby gate to keep my dogs away from carpeted areas, my house isnt embarrassing any more! I will absolutely call them back when needed.
