This place was fast and effective!! I had my car and my floor mats super dirty and filled with dirt and debris!! I had my brand new Tesla and was very cautious as this was my FIRST car “wash” ever!I like that they are eco-friendly and it was a water free wash! The outside was super dusty and the front was definitely dirty, once I saw it the car seemed brand new with a nice wax look! The car floor mats were vacuumed and wiped down, they also looked brand new! For the seats I gave them my own wipes to use and they also did a great job on those no residue!I was also super surprised how nice and clean the windows looked from outside and inside as well as the wheels were cleaned thoroughly. Best part is being able to shop around inside The Galleria and getting texted once the car is done and ready for pickup!! :)

Very bad job i paid for the deluxe $75They threw my tools in the back. Not even cared to place them down where they wont fall.Still alot of dust and dirt on my interior. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO BRIOS AUTO DETAIL IN THE HEIGHTS INSTEAD. SAME PRICE AND BETTEE QUALITY PLUS THEY WAX IT. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!

Whatever towels they are using are like sandpaper.... Left horizontal scratches all over a freshly repainted car....its very 1st wash after...and he’s like... we didn’t do that...my towels are new...look. Sorry...New doesn’t mean good. And the Dude actually got mad with me lmao..and I’m the one that has to go pay for a paint correction. Zero integrity.

Terrible. Had a wash and wax today on my brand new ford. Was the worst I detail ever. Waxed over bugs, left part of wax on, streaks everywhere. Poured armor all all over, ran down side of vehicle and wiped that around too. Inside same way, door jams missed, poured armor all all over. Windows were smeared. My chrome on outside including bumpers had so much smeared on them they were an oil blue color. After working all day and paying $89.90 I got the privilege of returning him and washing/waxing and cleaning windows myself. I guess they work in an underground garage where it’s dark and just have no idea what they are actually doing to cars due to lighting. Benefit of doubt. Won’t be back and don’t recommend.

One of the better car washes. It was awesome that I could multitask - car washed while I ran errands in Galleria (with my mask on). Definitely will return.

I’ve had great experiences when dropping off our cars here. The guys are always helpful, they do a great job, and our cars look shiny! I like bringing the card here because I can go shopping in the Galleria to kill time and then they text me as soon as the car is ready! I highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service. The guy is not able to explain anything and is totally unclear. Even though I was not wrong I was willing to pay their $15 late fee even though I got to the wash within 15 minutes of him calling me until he started giving me attitude and telling me he will call security. I was being nice and they were being totally rude and I am the customer. I dont recommend them whatsoever. Worst customer service, totally rude and have no understanding of how to work with customers. Best part was when he told me they would give me my money back but refuse me service in the future. I didnt take my money back because Ill never come back to this place again.He wouldnt apologize for being rude and blamed my handwriting for not being able to figure out my phone number to call me sooner.Just like your employ shoved the terms and conditions of your carwash in my face to justify that I have to pay then you should train your employees to double check the customer info they need before letting the customer go.Enjoy the $60 bucks you took. And wish you the best of luck in ever getting repeat business.

Got my car wash here it came out wonderfull almost new again and the Marcelo was very helpful he helped me find the right car wash package for my car and after it was finished he sent me a text notifying me it was ready.I will definitely be returning for my next wash and highly recommend this carwash to everyone.

Horrible detail service. They kept my car for 4 hours when I got the car back it still had bugs and spots all over the windows. My seats still had debris on them and the interior was still filthy. I left still needing another car wash. My service was performed by the owner which tells me he obviously does not pride his work. Not worth the money. Take it to a real detail spa.
