Really disappointed with the service I received today at Keep It Clean on Washington Ave. my sister and I got here this morning in both of our cars, right at 9:00 am when they opened. There were only 2 or 3 cars ahead of us. So we shouldn’t have had to wait too long. We ended up being there for a full HOUR. When one of the employees said my car was ready, I went to check the inside as I never saw them vacuum the interior. Sure enough, the interior floors were still filthy. Looked like they hadn’t been touched at all. So I told the employee it needed to be vacuumed. I had already paid and tipped, a total of $40. Meanwhile, my sister’s car was sitting there near the exit of the parking lot where they put cars when they’re ready. No one had touched her car for at least 30 minutes but when she asked if her car was ready, the employee told her no, it wasn’t ready. People who got there much later than us, were leaving before us. We got basic washes with interior wipe downs & vacuum. Having got there right when it opened, we should have been some of the first ones to leave. Once they told my sister her car was ready, again, the interior was not vacuumed. She had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be vacuumed. When she spoke to the manager inside about the frustrations, he said “well it’s busy, it’s not gonna be as clean as you want it.” EXCUSE ME??? WHO SAYS THAT? To a paying customer? We’ve been coming here for years. We’ve recommended this place to friends in Houston. Leaving so disappointed and we will never spend our money here again.

I’ve used them in the past for detailing my car and occasional car washes. I haven’t been in a while and stopped by today for a cleaning and vacuum! Professionalism, customer service and efficiency is still the same- exceptional. The team was quick and efficient. Also, the price is reasonable!

Not only was it super affordable, they were extremely professional, and really did a good job! When I say that my car was absolutely disgusting, I mean that it was super gross, haha they took really good care of not only my car, but me. I now feel really happy to drive around that car, it’s shiny, and clean, and the interior has a nice wax so it looks very shiny, it was overall a really good experience, and I highly recommend them!

I’m speechless. They did an incredible job doing an interior detail on my SUV. I have gotten my car detailed before, but no one has ever done this great of a job. They removed stains from my 10-year-old car that I thought were permanent and had been there for years. I have never been so happy with a service before and they did it for such a great price.

Great place, I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I own a lifted Jeep and that makes it impossible to go through one of those automatic car washes. Their hand car wash is perfect for my Jeep. After one visit I Was hooked. I own three vehicles, two of which can go through the automatic places and I’ll be honest nope ain’t happening keep it clean please keep it up outstanding service..

I use this place every Thursday on my only day off. I work Saturdays and they are closed Sunday. Well this Thursday I had to work. So I took off an hour early to make it before they close. I arrived 20 mins BEFORE 6pm (closing time). I was denied service. This was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. This is no way to treat loyal customers. If you advertise you are open until a certain time you should honor that.

I usually get my car washed and cleaned here. Today very few customers all the employees were sitting around I waited 30 minutes for my interior to be wiped down. I told the manager I was leaving with the car as is. He gives me a buy 9 get 1 free card I will never bring my car or recommend this business.

First time at this place. Didnt want to run my black truck through those regular carwashes, so I found this place. The price is the same if I went to Mister Carwash, but the result is incredibly better. It looks like I drove it off the showroom floor and only took about 30 minutes.

We have been going to this car wash for many years. They work fast and seem to enjoy their jobs. They are thorough with shining all the surfaces, both inside and out. It always feels like Im driving a new car out of the parking lot. The prices are reasonable.

I’m so disappointed and frustrated with this place right now. I will say that they did a good job hand washing the car and treating the leather but they took an extra hour to clean the car because first the people brushed me off saying they knew how a Tesla worked but didn’t actually listen to the instructions I gave them and second they left the car with damages to the leather that I am now going to have to pay to fix because they refuse to take responsibility for.On the first note, I brought the car over and was trying to talk to them about how the car worked, because it’s a Tesla Model 3 and I know it can be funky to deal with. Instead the guy brushed me off saying he knew exactly how it worked and it would take about 45-60 minutes to clean the car. They had a small and loud and crowded waiting area so after waiting around for 10 minutes, I went to walk around the neighborhood. When I got back, the car hadn’t moved because the guy hadn’t listened to me and was so busy brushing me off, he didn’t get the key card out of the car and it locked behind him. So then I had to wait an extra hour because they hadn’t even gotten started on the car.Then when they are finally done and I’m driving home, I looked over my left shoulder and I noticed damage to the leather of my car on the back door. That damage was definitely not there before coming by the car wash. I immediately called them up and the manager said that he doubted it was anyone there but that I should bring the car back and show him. I turned back around and brought the car back and the people proceeded to give me the runaround. They kept stating to me that there wasn’t any possible way that they could have done that damage, saying they use sponges to clean the car (which is such a condescending argument because of course a sponge used for cleaning the outside of the car isn’t going to do that damage).I pointed out to them that while that was true for the outside, they also have plastic bottles with hard plastic that comes to corners that they have hanging at their waist and the vacuum with hard plastic and metal and it is very possible someone accidentally leaned against the door and a corner of the hard plastic caught into the leather with their body weight and tore the leather. The curved backs of the bottles actually match the curved impressions in the leather in the tear and below it in the impressions in the leather. The guy kept going on though that it was absolutely not possible for hard plastic to do any damage to the leather and refused to listen to me. Frustrated and exhausted after over 2 hours from when I initially got there, I just left. I wish they could have just taken responsibility for what they did but they would rather just give any excuse they could and weasel out of what they did.This was an awful experience and if I were to ever bring my car back, I am going to make sure to take photos to make sure they don’t try to lie again about damages. Now I am going to have to pay way more than I did for the car wash to fix the leather that was damaged. This was a horrible experience and I definitely recommend people to be very careful if you decide to bring your vehicle.-Anthony

Wow. My car is almost 6 years old, but every time I bring it in, they restore it to basically brand new. I get the full detail and they shampoo, clean, dry, buff, and wax to a beautiful shine. Great job!!!

I used to like these place, but the last couples of times I came here ( including today feb. 1st 2021) they didn’t do a good job. They left water marks at the windows and the vacuuming was terrible. Very disappointed.

Its always a pleasure to come here and get my car cleaned up. The prices are reasonable and the team is happy and welcoming. Turnaround time is pretty quick (less than 30 minutes) and theres a nice waiting area to stay out of the heat. Be sure to drop a $tip in one of the boxes for these guys!

Best result for the price, speed, and service. They might try to talk you out of getting a wax because it takes a long time and they’re incredibly busy, but I have to say they really are great at it, especially when it’s only $55 and other places charge at least $25 more than that. Highly recommend.

First few times here were great but now everytime I go, there is always something that is missed on my wash in multiple places. I know things wont be perfect (after all its not a detail) but I expect my windshield to be clean and all obvious dirty spots washed off including the bird poop that was left on my vehicle today. To make things even better Ive been coming with the same vehicle for the past year and all of a sudden I got up charged due to the size of my vehicle (it hasnt changed for the past year). I wont tell them how to run their business, I just wont be back.

My wifes car wash left her car showroom clean. I didnt ever think anybody could do such thorough work in this town. They really did what they said they would do. Detail it. Excellent work!

Ive been here a few times, and for the most part, its awesome. Although last time I went, I decided to get my car detailed for the first time, and boy, was it lackluster.When you spend $100 on a carwash and detail, youd expect it to be pretty close to perfect. And everything was... Except for the windshield. I didnt notice it when I drove off, but a few hours later I noticed my windshield was foggy. I turned on my defrost to fix it but it wouldnt go away. Then I realized it was because this establishment used dirty towels filled with wax on my windshield. I could barely see through it.To be fair, Ive been here a few times just for a regular car wash and theyve been amazing. Detailing on the other hand is not as pleasant. They do not pay attention to detail when detailing.. Hope this gets fixed

This place is AMAZING. I took in my 2-year old minivan that my two children had completely trashed. The car was covered in old spilled milk, kids snacks were ground into the carpet everywhere you looked, everything was stained, not a single surface clean. It had actually been rejected by the dealership the day before for a repair because it was so messy. I took it here and they spent an entire day working on it. When I picked it up it looked like brand new. Every surface spotless. My very light color, fabric upholstery that was badly stained before looked absolutely perfect. It was amazing and worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Got here on an good time with no line and the service was quick and not expensive at all. However they did not vacuum the trunk, even after I asked if they wanted me to remove the items I had back there—clearly wanting the trunk cleaned. Also they missed beach sand by the front doors. basically, If you pay for the basic wash you’re not gonna get a thorough vacuum inside, just a quickie. But the outside was was perfect. One side note, tell them not to spray the tinting inside your windows with windex, this could damage the tint.

Rude owner and not customer friendly. Drove up and the guy didnt even ask me what kind of wash I want. Asked for the manager to someone else and the guy said he was the owner. I dont appreciate his condescending tone at all. I just told you what a basic car wash entails. Obviously not friendly to single women by themselves and definitely will not be back. Also, the website says they can buff scratches out, but that is false. They can only buff them out if the scratch is less than a fingernail deep. Probably should clarify that on the website, as that was the main reason I came in today. Oh, and 75 dollars for a wax? Yeah, no. I have been waiting since I got here to pay and no one is at the checkout to help customers. Not impressed at all.

This is my second car that Ive brought for interior detailing on as this place is awesome! I took my car somewhere close to home and they didnt do even a third as well as Keep It Clean, which made me drive back from Dallas to have it done here. They are great!

This is the best car wash in this area! I’ve been to them all. It’s not fancy and there’s no free popcorn or cookies, but they actually clean your car, inside and out. The others all give you a crummy car wash and charge more. Keep it Clean is consistently the best value for your money.

Its expensive but they get the job done. I handed my keys to a guy that walked up and asked him to not clean the glove compartment. Then I walked inside and told them Id be back. Came back and paid, but when I got home I realized they had cleaned out the glove compartment. They threw away my entire napkin collection. Also, a Superwoman sticker I had on my review mirror was removed. Overall though I really like their service.

Loved this car wash, but did not appreciate the treatment. I take my car to have it cleaned there at least twice a month. Most customers are offered a card that allows a free car wash after so many visits. When I presented my card the gentleman examined the card and felt all of the punches as if I was trying to take advantage and had punched the card myself. After he took the card I asked for a new card and was told I could get one when I came back. Now I observed others being given cards, but I let it go and figured I was just being sensitive. Yesterday I went after work because Tuesdays are double punch day, so I paid for my services and again was not offered a card, though I observed others being given a card. I asked for a card and wouldnt you know it, I only got one punch. So I politely asked a young lady standing outside if today was double punch day and she responded yes. Now I could see if I was rude or picky about how they washed my car, on the contrary I was always pleased with the service, but unfortunately I wont return. Everyone deserves to be treated with decency and respect no matter what ethnicity you fall under. I am very disappointed because overall this is a great car wash.

This is hands down the best car wash in town. I have been coming regularly for years, driving across town after I moved. Nobody pays attention to the details like these guys. Expect a 30-45 minute wait for a basic wash though. Plan to leave your car if you want a wax or detailing.

First time to try this hand car wash. Got my f250 fully detailed for under 30 bucks! Wash, Vacuum, windows cleaned, tires dressed, interior wiped down. Took about 25 mins but I was blown away by the attention to detail the guys gave my truck. After the wash they pulled my truck to the front and 3 guys went at it with towels and spray making sure every spot on the truck was fully clean.Great price and great service. Will be back!

Go on a not so beautiful day. People love to get their cars cleaned when it is nice out. I recommend this place over other big place you might think of when you think of hand car washes.The prices are much better than other places and the service is solid. They have a cute little covered patio where you can wait while they work their car cleaning magic. Seriously. I have 3 dogs. They work miracles.

It doesnt matter if you have a Ferrari or a Bentley...they take care of your car. Hand wash. Ive also done the full showroon detail twice. They will let you know about issues without you knowing and then FIX them. No extra charge. The only way they get better is being less busy cause everyone loves them.

Really liked the place after going for the first time. The only downside is that the wait is a bit long for they to wash your Car. But I understand it cant be helped, they have lots of employees, yet, it takes them a while get the job done quick enough. I do not blame them because they take their time with each car. I was happy with the result. One thing to mention though, I went on a Sunday, so of course it was going to be packed. Im sure that on weekdays the wait is not too long.Its just $14 for the standard wash, which includes, the Wash + Inside Vacuuming, Windows polishing and Tire Polish/Shine. Well worth the Wait and Price. I Recommend it.

Fast top quality service with unbeatable prices. First time here and decided to get the basic wash + trim package. Had a ton of bugs on the front from driving back from Louisiana earlier this week. From the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out it was a total of 30 mins. They did an amazing job removing all the bugs and cleaning the rest of my jeep. All in all it was $22. You cant beat that. Wish I had known about this place sooner. I will definitely be coming here again. For every 9 washes you get one free! Im also eager to try their wax and detailing service when I have the time.

All I can say from my experience is that this is not a great place if you want your car at least decently washed. I paid the $16 car wash and my car came back with stains all over it. They didnt even try to remove the dirt from some places. They did a great job with the tires but besides that it was worthless. It was my first and last time here. You only get one chance to make a good impression and you guys blew it.

Ive never had my car detailed, so you can imagine how extremely filthy the interior must have been. After three hours of deep cleaning, my car looked brand new; almost unrecognizable. The staff is nice and pays attention to detail. I highly recommend this detail shop regardless of where you reside in Houston.

Decent hand wash but you get what you pay for. They charge more if you have a 4x4 (even if the 2wd drive is the exact same size). Also tend to miss a lot of spots, definitely check your car before you drive off and have them redo the spots they missed. Again, not a bad experience, just not the best wash Ive ever gotten

All I wanted what the outside of my car washed. I guess since I didnt go to get everything done I became very unimportant. I sat for over an hour just waiting for my car to even get washed while other ones were pulled ahead of mine. I said something and was treated as if i had bothered them. Decent place but make sure you get everything done or u may get pushed to the back.

Ive used CA Detailing a couple of times now and their work has been flawless. Theyre professional and their customer service is great. The price is definitely worth it.

Poor service. I communicated what I needed to the outside attendant. He sent me inside to pay. The manager asked what type of car I had and then told me the total. (This was after I waited 5 minutes for him and his employee to finish their personal conversation). Upon pick up the inside of my car was filthy! The manager told me that all I paid for. Telling me I just told him I wanted the “basic” when I never told him anything! He then wanted to charge me more. BEWARE!

Even with the basic wash my car is always clean. I just wished that the customers that complain have to realize the difference of a car wash versus a detail.

On April 22, 2016 I decided to take my car small Chevy Cruz to get the inside cleaned I told them I had minor flood damage to the carpet and he agreed to do it for $170.I called ahead of time to see if they could get it done before 5:00, when I get off work. The manager told me he could, I also called right before dropping it off to confirm he could meet the deadline of 5:00 he assured me again he could. Around 3:30 I called again to make sure it was going to be done and he assured me it would be finished. I show up around 4:45 and all the inside paneling is still off and not only that the area between the seat and center console still had trash between it. However the smell was gone and that is why I gave 2 stars and not 1.The worst part was I got an unexpected phone call at 4:00 for a family emergency and needed to leave, I only showed up 15 mins early to get my car. I ended up taking the car how it was and retuning the next day to get it fixed, and I live all the way in Katy.It was obvious they didnt start my car soon as I dropped it off, they probably started around Noon or 1:00.I dont recommend getting a detail here, but a quick wash is probably a safer choice. He really needs to hire more help too.

Love their hand car wash and level of detail. Takes on average about 30 minutes for a hand car wash. Their Detailing service, buff, wax, etc. is okay. I took my car to get some scratches out and it looked better, but I took it to a different car wash in NW Houston and they were able to removed everything for the same price.

Lines get long especially on Saturday at open but wait till mid day and you should be good just for a regular wash. The prices are pretty good for what you get, I paid 80 $ for a wax on a full size truck. This included added dressing to exterior trim and cleaning of the inside.Other places usual add extra just to do the wheels and tires but that is included in the basic wash. Hand wash is a plus and they use microfiber cloth to dry but during the washing process, they will still leave micro marring. My grip is that they never fully clean my wheels. They are aftermarket chrome wheels and your car is run through the line but when the wheels are dirty and they are not completely cleaned, it shows real bad.

I’ve been coming here off and on for the past year and love how easy it is to get to. I wish I had time to wash my own car all the time, but I don’t, and this place is great and cost-efficient! You get a card stamped every time you come, and you can get a free wash after 9 or 10, I think (too lazy to go find my card right now lol). They do take a while to get the job done but for the volume of cars there most of the time I go, the wait isn’t too bad. Sometimes the seat position isn’t moved back or things like that, but I don’t mind that at all so I keep coming back. I also like that at the end, there’s multiple people drying your car to ensure that every spot is clean and dry before you roll out. There’s a waiting area inside and outside and has a soda vending machine as well. Small, but fits everybody. The only time it sucks is when it’s a Saturday in the Texas summer heat and there’s only outdoor seating left! Luckily I always run errands in my “athleisure” wear so it’s never phased me. The guy who takes your payment at the end is always super nice and has even consolidated a bunch of cards I had with just one stamp each haha! As long as I live in the area, I’ll be returning!
